Attorney Marc Wiesner was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. After attending Santa Clara University for an undergraduate degree, Attorney Wiesner spent several years working with small local and international businesses. Attorney Wiesner returned to the Bay Area and graduated with honors from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Attorney Wiesner has honed his legal skills by working with Superior Court Judges, Federal Prosecutors (AUSAs), State Prosecutors (DAGs), and County Prosecutors (DDAs) as well as working with community organizations and low-​income law clinics.

Attorney Wiesner proudly uses this rich, «inside» experience to help his community by representing individuals in administrative, civil, and criminal trials. As an independent professional, Attorney Wiesner’s practice combines high skill with low overhead.
