We offer an almost complete diversity in areas of practice: Personal & Business Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Family Law, Tax, Immigration, and Criminal (Felony, Misdemeanor and Parole hearings), and Business Law.

Our staff is bi-​lingual and several attorneys speak both Cantonese and Mandarin (Chinese). We have Vietnamese, Hispanic, Cambodian interpreters to assist all our non-​English speaking clients.

Business Owner

Julie Pulliam completed her undergraduate degree in English Literature and Sociology at Georgia State University. She then studied Chinese medicine at Five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz, California. Ms. Pulliam later received her J.D. from New College School of Law in San Francisco, where she interned at Santa Cruz Legal Aid Society. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997.

After being admitted to the State Bar, she did extensive research and writing for the Federal Death penalty attorney and former Santa Cruz elected prosecutor turned defense counsel, Peter Chang. Attending the «oldest public interest» law school in the country was in line with the goal of promoting social justice through the practice of law.
