The Law Offices of Bernadette W. Connolly is an immigration law firm that specializes in family-​based immigration and deportation defense. Located near downtown San Jose, California we have dedicated ourselves to helping immigrants from all over the world improve their legal situation in the United States. We serve clients located in San Jose, the greater San Francisco Bay Area, and throughout California.

We do our best to provide services that are culturally and linguistically competent. We speak Spanish, German, French, Japanese, Bosnian, and Tagalog. We also work with interpreters for Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, and many more languages.

Business Owner

Bernadette Connolly is an immigration lawyer with over fifteen years’ experience in family-​based immigration, citizenship, asylum, and immigration litigation. She has handled over 850 cases throughout her career, including affirmative asylum applications before the Asylum Office, removal proceedings before the Immigration Court, appeals before the BIA, Habeas and Writ of Mandamus actions in Federal District Courts, Petitions for Review in the Federal Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and Petitions for Writs of Certiorari in the U.S. Supreme Court.
