Mr. Griswold has been a member of the California State Bar since 2008. He is licensed to practice law in all California state courts. He works primarily in Alameda, Santa Clara, and San Mateo Counties. During his time as an in-​house counsel for the Air Force, Mr. Griswold litigated in a wide-​variety of different trial forums, and was the officer in charge of the environmental law, labor law, contract law and legal assistance sections. In these capacities he worked with hundreds of clients to resolve a broad range of legal issues, such as those involving employment disputes, contract disputes, wills, trusts and estates, family law, immigration law, landlord tenant law, and consumer protection, to name a few.

Business Owner

I have served in the military for over 14 years and am a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. While in the Army, I graduated at the top of my Chinese Mandarin class at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California. I also graduated in the top ten percent of my senior class from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, and am a cum laude graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-​Champaign, College of Law, where I received a full-​tuition scholarship all three years.
