Auto phone robot is out of control. One of the worst, most frustrating phone robots ever. Good luck getting to a live person to ask questions about information needed on test containers…

I came here today (Saturday) for some routine lab work, and was helped by Joletha (I’m probably not spelling her name correctly, so I apologize for that). My doctor’s office had failed to send the request electronically as they usually do, and she spent 20 minutes researching, calling, and confirming in order to make sure I was able to get my test done today as it was a pressing issue. I can guarantee that if I had gone to the LabCorp in Sunnyvale I would have been turned away and told to return on Monday after I had contacted the doctor. But not Joletha! No, she actually takes her job seriously, and recognizes that time is valuable. I will definitely return to this location.

The only reason I gave this place one star was because of the phlebotomist Mercy. She handled herself so well under the pressure of 9 pairs of angry eyes and people complaining to her every 5 minutes. She was the ONLY worker at that location.
There’s so much room for mistake when you have a phlebotomist rushing to get to people and their medical testing needs. It’s lab corp you guys are everywhere! Spend some money and hire more people so that there’s more than ONE person at each site!
I’ll be going to Quest Diagnostics from now on and hope to see Mercy at their location. She deserves better.

The lady sitting in front desk (she also does the tests) is rude. She did not answer any of my questions and treated me very rudly

I have to get my blood drawn every six months and have been coming to this location for the last 6 years. Wait times were short and location is convenient so I was happy to have found a place that made the experience a bit more bearable.
The last 3 – 4 times I’ve come, the wait has been crazy. I’m currently sitting here in the waiting room… it’s been 40 minutes as I start to write this. They’ve only taken 3 people back since I got here.
Also if you ever have to call them, be careful not to leave a message that includes any personal information. They have an old school type of answering machine where you can here the person leaving the message. The volume is loud and the room is small so everyone in the waiting room can hear everything you’re saying in the message.
If you’re able to come midday for your bloodwork this place is still good, but they just don’t have enough staff in the mornings.

Ladies at the front reception can get rude sometimes. First day I came and the lady sitting there was not that nice, but the second day I came there was another lady who was not nice as well. They need to improve on their behavior little bit. Everything else was fine.

Hey Labcorp lady… if someone doesn’t understand you because of a language barrier… raising your voice doesn’t make it any easier to understand you… especially if he’s an older gentleman.
ALSO, if people make mistakes and they ask to fix them… don’t tell them that’s why you asked them to look over the paperwork in the first place… the guy realized he made a mistake and respectfully asked to fix it… the end.
Alsoooooo, when you ask for MY CreDiT CARD… don’t ask me to leave it at the desk…
I will not leave my card with some random, RUDE, stranger. That’s how people get their credit stollen. Jesus!!! A little kindness goes a long way… the end

Location is easy to find as it is right next to Valley Fair and there’s parking in front and back. You can schedule an appointment online but I don’t see the point cause they accept walk-​ins and you have to sign in anyways and then wait even if you had an appointment. The person that works at the front desk is also the person that does your blood work.

Waiting room has a filthy carpet… dark spots scattered everywhere. Im wondering why would the management take a look at the overall appearance of this location. Girls were helpful but talk in their native language.
I come to this location for my standing order every 3 months. And the dirty carpet has been there for years. It’s gross. I just need to find a better lab, i mean a cleaner lab closer to where I live.

I’ve had blood drawn twice at this location. I may have been lucky, but neither time was anyone else waiting ahead of me and there was parking on the street in front of the door (there is also parking in the back). Fast, clean, efficient with experienced phlebotomists.
They do take appointments on their website for this location, but neither time did I have one.
