My name is Karan Dhillon and I am the owner and a Personal Trainer at Keep Fit with Karan. Being a Personal trainer since the year 2000 in the Bay Area, I have worked with clients of all ages (13 to 75) for over 10,000 hours of personal fitness training!

History

Established in 2007.

Prior to 2007, I had been working as a personal trainer for a well-​established gym in the bay area. I had worked there since 2001, and while it was fulfilling, working for a big company was very limiting. I was not able to train outside the gym to better fit the needs of my clients, for example at their houses or wherever they prefer to meet. This also posed limitations on my clients. So, in 2007, I decided to form Keep Fit with Karan, so I could reach more people and share my passion and help others reach their health and fitness goals.

Founded in 2007, Karan Dhillon, has over 10 years experience and 10,000 hours of personal training. His philosophy is to design a program that doesn’t feel like a punishment; the goal is to work out and get fit within the limits of your own lifestyle.

Karan can offer personal training anywhere in the San Francisco area, including but not limited to: San Jose, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Saratoga, Campbell, Cupertino, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Gilroy, San Francisco, Fremont and more.
