If there is a minus star, I’m gonna give it to them. The dentist is so rude. She didn’t care how painful I was feeling. She cleaned my teeth only in 10 minutes and did not stop complaining about how dirty my teeth were. Even when I could not hold the pain, she just only said that «don’t move your head. Your teeth are dirty that’s why you have to bear with this!». I know that my teeth are not clean, but it does not mean that she can clean them with that such of violence!
Are there anyone recommending me this place? Oh hell no, thank you!

I gave her another chance again to clean my daughter’s teeth. The appointment is at 3:15… But we didn’t get to check in until 4:15. The cleaning is in a rush, it hurted my daughter so much, she don’t even seen to care. The whole cleaning only last 10 minutes, and it cost 80 dollars. They have asked us to pay upfront, or I will have left

I came here for a filling and I thought I was ripped of. I have to pay 220 for two filling. I have insurance and my insurance pay 40 for each filling. So the total of each filling is $ 150 each. Not a reasonable price! My friend who has no insurance went to a different dentist place and pay only $ 90. I am so stupid for not looking around. But any way my appointment was at 2 so I came in around 1:50. They put me in a room around 2:15 and didn’t work on my tooth right away until 2:45. Did you know why? Because she was busy chit chatting on the phone. They had no customer and the dentist saw me waiting too! Their work look crabby, I have one filling in the front and it did not look natural. I am piss. She took about 20 to do two fillings.

I have gone to this dentist for years, even after moving up to San Francisco temporarily. The receptionist (Tam) has the sharpest memory of anyone I’ve known and she always asks how my family is doing. The place is always clean and bright, with a children’s movie playing in the waiting room. I have yet to see children (or adults) anxiously waiting in fear of their appointment.
The dentist is exceptional as well. She has always been very gentle, yet quick during procedures and I love how she always explains what she is doing before she does it. From my encounters with her, it seems she is the perfect dentist for more fearful patients.
Overall, I think this is a stellar dentist’s office and I am ever grateful for their kindness, patience, and skills.

After a few years of dentist hopping, my family and I have found a good dentist! We’re been living in SJ for 13 years and have only found KC Dental about 2 or 3 years ago. They are wonderful and do good work here. The main receptionist is a sweet lady who calls you when you’re due for a teeth cleaning and will wrestle with insurance companies for you. The dentist and her assistant are very thorough. They’re easy to talk to and will try their best to make you as comfy as possible. I’m so glad that they switched to these new holders for the xrays.
