Kapsack & Bair

I am writing this almost 8 years after my incidents, but it is long past due!
In my youth, I made the mistake of driving under the influence, not once but twice in a one month period. The first one probably wouldn’t have happened if my psychotic ex-​boyfriend had not thrown my personal belongings out of the window of my vehicle on highway 85 at 3 am, but, I digress…
I received a second DUI a week or two later, due to being an ignorant young 20 something that felt my first one wasn’t justified or my fault because I was not actually driving when I was arrested, but picking up my personal items off of the freeway. Seeing as I had told my instant-​ex-​boyfriend to kick rocks as soon as we stopped the car, I was the only one on scene, and thus, the scapegoat for the first DUI. The second one was due to me being cocky and trying to prove a point, which I paid dearly for.
Kapsack & Bair were amazing! I thought I was going to be screwed for life, and was ready to face the music, but these guys worked some magic and I was driving again within a year (AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN NEAR MY CAR DRUNK EVER SINCE!!) After 18 months of classes and nearly $ 10,000 (Yeah, guys, one is ENOUGH. DON’T GET TWO!!) I was all done and ready to drive (SOBER) again!
I cannot remember which of these two amazing guys worked my case at this time, but due to the closeness of the two incidents, they were able to arrange one of my court dates on a Friday, and the other on a Monday, so since the courts were closed over the weekend, my first one had not been processed, therefore I was charged with «two first offenses» in the eyes of the court. (Yay for loopholes!) This meant i did not have as severe of a penalty as i would have had i gotten an official second offense. It helped SLIGHTLY that I was not actually in the vehicle or driving the first time, but not that I was honest with the officers that I had been driving before Mr. Bipolar Pants threw my shit out the window.
The process was as painless as could be, considering my situation. I never had to show face in court, they did all that for me. They were attentive, answered all my questions when I called and as you can see are GREAT at finding loopholes! I am so glad I called them!

Well it’s obvious why I’m writing this. THESE GUYS ARE GREAAAT. I got arrested for a D.U.I. and these guys got me a dry and reckless. I was so happy because I really thought I was in for it. You can call the office and speak to one of the lawyers and he will give you his honest opinion about your circumstances. They let me live a normal life while they went to court on my behalf. I was notified via mail about what happened in court and could always call them if i had any questions. These guys even had a payment plan option. I can’t tell you how convenient this is. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Trust me you will need it in the Santa Clara Valley.
