I looked these guys up on Unilocal for a friend. The review all looked really good. My friend scheduled a service call with them and asked about the advertised coupon offer here that still appears here on Unilocal.They told her «that offer expired and is no longer valid, but I will honor it» in a annoyed type of voice. First of all there is no expiration date on this offer on Unilocal at least and second of all the offer is still advertised today which is over a week later. Lastly they NEVER even showed up and didn’t even bother to call! She waited and waited during the time window she was given.

Service is good and technician is very punctual with time schedule. Very helpful. He give recommendation what is best to have efficient heat. Price is reasonable. I will definitely use their service again.

These folks are terrific. I was lucky enough to be referred to them by American Home Shield after Ecosystems (they of the horrendous reviews) could not service me for over a week. Although they did not have an «official» open slot, the dispatcher sent her husband, Brian, over immediately. He came, did everything necessary and had my house warm and cozy by the time he left. JS is a family owned business and they are my go to for heating from now on!

Heater finally broke down just at the start of winter. Called AHS and they assigned my service repair to JS Heating & Air Conditioning. I was contacted the following day and setup a mutually agreeable service appointment within a 1 week timeframe. Bryan showed up on-​time, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and already had the part on-​hand which was awesome! He tested the system several times prior to leaving to be sure everything was working. He also performed a system tune up which was a great proactive maintenance requirement. I intend to be a repeat customer when it comes time to service my AC unit before this summer heat begins. GREAT customer service and AWESOME work. I have found my go-​to guy for HVAC service !

He took his time to explain the issues I was having in laymans terms, which made it so much easier for me to understand. I just found my go to AC/​Heat tech! I called on a Sunday afternoon for AC service and I got fast service the next day at 8am. Bryan came prepared n worked efficiently n fast because I had wrk. Took care of my AC n inspected my ductwork! I’m very happy n satisfied with his work. Will definitely be my AC n heating go to guys.

With heat striking at over 103 degrees, I had been suffering without an AC unit for over a month before I finally got around to calling and comparing different prices on the web. After a referral from a trustworthy friend I’ve known for years, I decided to contact JS Air Conditioning, and was immediately connected to Bryan.
Bryan was very attentive to my needs and offered to fix my AC less than what I was quoted by three others, and had availability the same weekend. I was very impressed with his responsiveness, his courtesy being on time, and within schedule.
AC is now working as it should, blowing nice cold fresh air, and thank Bryan for his great service. Highly recommend JS Air Conditioning for any AC/​heating needs.
