Very exhausted from work so I decided to utilize their online ordering. First thing I noticed was that pretzels were unavailable for online purchase . It’s hot out so I decided to beat the line all together. I checked in as instructed upon my arrival. I also ordered my pretzel soon after . But I ended up waiting a very long time. Found out my pretzel was sitting there but I was not told it was mine. It was then that I reminded them I was still awaiting my online order . I wasted more time placing the online order than it was worth.

Standard menu just like other Jamba Juices however, I went on a Sunday afternoon and the cashier had the worst attitude(eye rolling included with my order)…which is not ok. sorry I didn’t get a green juice?(shoulder shrug) besides that the rest of the staff was nice and courteous and my smoothie was quickly done. Overall meh…

Had a horrible experience here recently. Got my drink waited for about 20 mins. Along with about 5 other customers. One of the female employees was very rude to the other employees and bossy, mind you she was the one making all the drinks, taking her time making them while her and the other employees chit chatted about what their«rapper names» should be, and what they were gonna do that night. Meanwhile everyone is sitting down patiently waiting for drinks that take no longer than a min or two to make. Horrible customer service.

I love Jamba Juice. Especially the price of their juices are very reasonable. What I have an issue with it the plastic container glasses they use. They used to have non-plastic glasses but now all that is offered is the plastic ones. This is a big deal for me because of the toxins and the reactions people have to plastic containers. I try to avoid plastic because I noticed swelling in my joints when I would drink from plastic containers. If you do t mind getting a few more toxins in your body then Jamba Juice is ok. I for sure would NOT let any kids drink from plastic. They plastic DOES effect hormones including estrogen. I guess it’s ok if you want your little boy or little having breast at a very young age.

Had an order put in this past Tuesday for 60 drinks and a Saturday 8am pick-up. I arrived on Saturday and they had not even started my order. It ended up being over an hour late. When I finally arrived at work and unloaded, there were no straws. Will not order from here again!

I love this place. Except lately they have been having issues with the Mobile order. It seems to me the employees don’t really want to do the Mobile orders. At first I would come in and they would be on top of the mobile orders no matter how the line is. Now I come in the store and there is nobody in the store and I have to wait 5 – 10 minutes to get my order that was supposed to be ready 10 – 15 minutes ago! It’s getting ridiculous.

Drinking natural juices is good for our body but waiting time and SERVICE in this area is VERYRIDICULOUS! I waited for almost 30 minutes and they forgot my order.

Your typical Jamba Juice. The folks behind the counter were super nice, and the place was very clean. There was a decent line but the staff moved through all the orders pretty efficiently and I didn’t have to wait long to get my Jamba on.

Out of an ingredient so ordered something else. Refused to refund my card even though the new thing I got was cheaper.

I’ve been coming here for a while and I’ve experienced great service but I felt compelled to share that there was a really long hair in my smoothie… Please staff, be aware of keeping a little more clean.

The smoothies they make are chunky. Other locations are pretty good about blending. No bueno

I had a good experience. Only downside, the cashier wasn’t really helpful or informative when I inquire about juices. I made my order and stepped outside since it was very loud in there. The manager came out to inform me they were out of an ingredient and suggested another one. He also walked it out to me since I was outside. The space is small and the place must have been 50 degrees in there burr. No other complaints and my drink was very good.

It’s a Jamba Juice, so nothing unusual to report here. Good smoothies, excellent oatmeal(bananas and brown sugar please!), and it’s well-kept. Nice!

I’m a fan of Jamba Juice only because it is a health(ier) option than most other drink places, especially boba cafes. With fruit and juice smoothie options available, I’m all game! The customer service at this location was pretty good — it was early(came around 7:30am on a weekday), so the worker was not in the most chipper mood, but no problem, I wasn’t either! :) They were playing great music though, and for that, I was grateful. They have a number of options available in their store, and if you don’t like any of their fresh drinks, they have drinks you can take to-go right next to the register, and they also have a small case of items for sale too. They had a sourdough parmesan pretzel and other hot breakfast items too. Pretty pricey though — in which case, I would have gone next door to the bagel shop. But again, options may be healthier at this Jamba Juice!

This is probably the worst Jamba Juice I’ve ever been to. I rarely go to Jamba Juice, but I do enjoy a nice treat once in awhile. This weekend’s bogo prompted my visit to this particular Jamba Juice for a nice«freshly squeezed» juice for the warm evening. This is the closest shop to my home. I ordered the veggie harvest and it tasted like a bunch of slop. Horrible slop. It was mushy, thick, and did not taste good at all. I don’t know what kind of –juice– tastes mushy. When I want juice, I want juice — without all the pulp. Gross. Seriously? I have no idea what they were thinking when they started blending up greens in the blender trying to convert that into juice. FYI, to juice greens, you put the greens into the juicer, not the blender. What the heck happened here? HORRIBLE. Right when I got home, I had to get a strainer to get the juice out of my «juice». Well, I definitely won’t be ordering this again. Also, I’ve been here once or twice before, and this store is always so empty, but for some reason so freakin’ slow. Seems as if team members don’t know how to work efficiently together.

Decent smoothies… really wouldn’t call anything they have here juice… it’s mostly powdered concoctions of things. Not a lot of fresh ingredients… mostly frozen I believe… I prefer Whole Foods Juice bar across the street. they also have smoothies there… much healthier.

How long does it take to make one smoothie? Apparently 15 – 20 minutes according to this Jamba Juice. I love Jamba Juice but hate how slow this place is.

This is where Ken L. and I like to go after our long runs on the Los Gatos Creek Trail. The staff are always friendly and the service and wait time is reasonable. Parking is also easy to find. During our last visit, I noticed that«wellness bowls» were added to their menu. I guess that’s Jamba Juice’s version off acai bowls. This sounds like a healthy option and the prices are lower than other places. I can’t wait to try this out one of these days.

Came here today intending to juice for lunch– the chain is promoting the hell out of their new whole-fruit-and-vegetable juices, finally cashing in on the juicing trend, since they already have the equipment and produce resources to do such a thing. Got a $ 3 coupon to try the new line of drinks in the mail and stopped by today. Should have known something was up when the line at 1PM took me nearly 10 minutes to order. It would be nearly another 20 before I walked out the door with my single cup of juice. Ordered the #5– a combination of kale, apple, and citrus with ice. Should have left out that ice. Line was slow moving– seemed like a manager was running register, but stopping between orders to give directions to the staff fulfilling orders. Register lady was polite though. Sat to watch the process and wait for my order. Nearly everyone seemed annoyed that their juice was taking so long. Many people ordered from their now-expanded food menu for breakfast burritos, sandwiches, and other baked snack-y things. Unfortunately, for most the heated food items came out a good 10 minutes before their juice did, so what seemed to be intended as a quick lunch visit turned into eating in line while they waited for their beverage. Finally got my juice– a little annoyed that I got a 12 oz cup that was overblended to the point that everything was beyond liquified and almost foamy/creamy. And there was a good 3″ of my beverage left in the blending cup after pouring into my serving glass. Really would have been able to overlook the ridiculous wait if Id been served the full amount of my drink– disappointing though it was. Maybe they still have kinks to work out with the new juice line– which my now they shouldn’t. Maybe the majority of my frustration is due to coming at what was unintentionally such a high-traffic time. Initially I stopped going to Jamba because the price was more than I could justify for a beverage, but when I saw that they started juicing I thought pricing would be appropriate and chain was more accessible than the other niche-market juicers in the Bay area. But I was disappointed yet again. Extra star for the expanded food menu.

I haven’t been to Jamba Juice in awhile, but the little brother needed some after getting his wisdom teeth pulled. Location is great for eBay employees, but being at the corner of Hamilton and Bascom during rush hour, it’s a pain to get in and out from Hamilton. Since I have not been to JJ in so long, I don’t know if this is normal, but this place TAKESFOREVER. There was one cashier and one worker making the smoothies. When she didn’t have customers to take orders from, she helped. There were quite a few people, but maybe only 4 orders before mine. Let’s just say I played all 5 lives of a very long Candy Crush game… at least 15 minutes passed until I got my orange-a-peel. Workers are nice, but woo-wee, takes wayyyyyyyyyy too long to get a drink here, and seems like all the grumbling customers agreed.
