Cold sides, tough turkey, and ice machine didn’t work. Night and day difference from the Boston market on Santa Teresa, will never settle for another location again

Would give zero if it was possible, I came to around 8:45pm and the place is absolute barn… Worse! Its disgusting! All the employees are just sitting around. To too it off, they practically kick us out! I took my daughter out of her high chair just to calm her down from crying and one of the employee comes and takes it and starts mopping and were not even done eating! Rude as sh** if you ask me. And mopping while were still in the restaurant? When its 45mins to closing? Um, hazard? Never ever coming back! Not even likely I would recommend this place.

This was not what I pictured when going in for my home cooked meal. The macaroni and cheese was watered down, every noodle I picked up was pretty much sauce less. So disappointed. I had to ask for forks twice as well as salt and pepper, and they only had large drink cups. I will not be returning because honestly the food was just unsatisfactory.

I went to Boston Market for the first time yesterday, it was DELIOUS! I didn’t even know what to order, everything looked so good there. I was helped my a very nice young lady named Gaby. I was very happy and pleased for her patience and explaining in detail what my options were, as the menu looked a little complicated. After ordering my food, she took it to my table! That was pretty sweet. I will defiantly be coming back because my experience was soo good!

I heard so much abt this place that i thought i have try it today. Staff was courteous and they good selections of sides. After pondering for 5 mins, i decided to have mediterranean chicken salad bowl as take away. Reached home, eagerly opened the box. To my surprise, there was no chicken(5small) pieces. I am disappointed by the quality of boston market. My first experience was bad. But i will try again this week. Finger crossed.

Nice, clean location. Friendly employees. Food is what you would expect from any Boston Market. No more, no less.

I don’t usually like to come to Boston Market very often unless I can’t think of anywhere else to go or if I need a quick bite to eat. Food is okay, though I think the portions could be improved.

Wanted some quick wholesome rotisserie chicken. Decided to stop in and grab some. Since I normally don’t have a Boston market in glad to go a location. When walking in. Instantly got greeted. Which is always nice Then go to the menu nothing new there. Decided to go with a sandwich. I’m always changing my mind. So got the rotisserie chicken sandwich with a side. Got roasted potatoes as my side. I’m not sure what happened on this one. But we got it in a tiny little to go box and was given these before my food was ready. Which is so weird to me. I didn’t order an appetizer I ordered a side to my meal. Anyways end rant. As waiting for my mail meal I started into my roasted potatoes which looked delicious. Took first but almost no flavor. Then tried another piece hoping for something better. Nope. This one actually had a crunch I the. Questions if these are roasted potatoes or something else. All the rest in my portion were not cooked fully also. Mentioned to staff offered a new set which was nice but after this set didn’t have faint they would taste good do I declined. Once I received my sandwich it was good tasting. Juicy meat slippery insides. Overall meal was good. Side was not. And locate was empty that can can be good. I must say for giving you fresh chicken the price per item is crazy for a fast food considered meal. That something with Boston market not this specific location.

Seen Boston Market for years but never tried it till recently… the Spot is actually not a market… I was imagine it being a safeway or a lucky’s supermarket but it’s a restaurant that serves food like a fast food restaurant. Got the dark meat rotessire chicken, mashed potato and corn for around $ 8 pre tax. The chicken was quite juicy, more juicy then a Costco chicken would taste like. The mashed potato was good but you can tell that it was powder mashed potato rather than real mashed potato. Something similar to KFC’s mashed potato. The corn… well it was just corn I’m sure… possibly from a CAN? Decent food but nothing too special. Good for a quick Grub!

I love Boston Market. It’s kinda like a fast food restaurant in a way because you get your food pretty quickly. Everything’s already there in front of you, you just have to choose what you want. They are constantly baking their rotisserie chickens and always replenishing their side options. I always get the quarter white with my usual sides, which are usually mac and cheese, corn, and their purple/red rosemary baked potato slices. I usually alternate the potatoes and corn whenever I feel like it, but I always get the swirly mac and cheese. I love it! The chicken is pretty juicy and more flavorful than the one at Costco. That one can get a little dry sometimes and that’s probably because they’ve been sitting out for a while, even if it’s under constant heat. One plate is pretty filling for me and always includes a piece of cornbread on the side. They have the best corn bread, not kidding. My total is usually around $ 8. There are other options on the menu like ribs, turkey, ham, three piece dark, but the price varies depending on what you get. Oh, and you can ask for dipping sauce on the side if you want! In the same plaza is Jamba Juice, Starbucks, and Noah’s!

This is for online ordering… Don’t do it. Placed order, was given a time it would be ready for pickup. When we got there, they hadn’t even started it. Had no clue that it was paid online. Back to school night and I was trying to keep it easy, no such luck. Very ineffective.

Food is good as always, and it’s close by. The staff is super friendly. My boyfriend and I were helped by Eric today, he’s our favorite. He’s humble, has warm energy, always smiles, very hospitable, and gentle spirited. Thanks Eric for your awesome customer service. :)

Not the best. I think the chicken tastes weird and kinda slimy. It’s always way too soft and almost gooey. I ordered the three piece dark meat chicken combo with two sides. The sides were alright. The mashed potatoes tasted like they had been sitting for a really long time and were kind of sloppy. The mixed vegetables and complimentary corn bread were the best parts of the meal. For the price, $ 8 – 9, I think there are many better options to choose from. The food quality isn’t good enough to justify being a repeat customer.

I was looking for a quick bite and came across this place. Their tagline is «home-cooked meals» which really did tasted like it. I had the three pieces of dark chicken with two sides: cut potatoes and mixed veggies($ 8.36). The chicken is flavorful and juicy. The lady who helped me was helpful and brought my plate to the table for me, which was nice. Nothing too special but good for a lunch by yourself.

Great place to grab something quick to eat! I love the Mac n cheese! My favorite thing. I would always order the dark chicken, Mac n cheese and a side ! The side varies from the squash casserole, sweet potato casserole, creamed Spinach, and mashed potatoes, or loaded mashed potatoes! All the sides are good! The meal also comes with yummy cornbread ! A faster higher dine fast food!

I’ve loved Boston Market for as long as I can remember. Given that I loved Boston Market even when living in the Midwest, we are talking at least 15 years here. As a Chinese American, I grew up eating Chinese food, so eating things like mac and cheese and meatloaf are a treat. Over the years, Boston Market meals have actually become comfort food. Besides the meatloaf and the Mac and cheese, my must have’s include the creamed spinach and the cornbread. The mashed potatoes and stuffing are delicious too. Basically, it’s a struggle every time to decide exactly which two sides I will have. If I need a quick snack, I’m glad they let me order the kid size portion without looking at me funny!

This is my favorite Boston Market. Been going here for as long as I could remember. The staff here is always so friendly, helpful and attentive. I wouldn’t have expected much from a fast food type place. This location is also always clean. Food is consistent and comes out quick. I always order my usual the 3 piece dark with two sides for 7.99. For the sides I usually interchange between Mac and Cheese, Creamed Spinach, Squash Casserole, and Sweet Potato Casserole. I really appreciate the staff here in making sure our experience is great.

Friendly service, food is always consistent and a clean place. We went there Saturday evening and it looked like we just missed the crowd. The two guys at the counters were still helping customers. The tables still had some dirty plates. But once the line died down, the guys were on top of it and cleaned all of the tables. The entire time we were there, I noticed the employees were always cleaning, stocking the food, or just working. They weren’t standing around talking to each other. I really appreciate that in customer service. This stands out in my mind and will remember this next time we think about going to a Boston Market.

Came by for dinner the other night to finish off my holiday gift card. Boston Market typically has a Buy $ 25 get $ 5 Gift Card free over the holidays annually. Check your receipt as there is usually a Buy 1 Meal & Soda and get 1 Meal free the upcoming Saturday. Ordered the 3 piece dark meal and most of the chicken moist and fresh. The other piece had been sitting out for a bit. The corn was tasty but the mashed potatoes had been sitting out for a bit. The cornbread was on the sweet side. They now bring your meal to a table of your choice and bus your tables too! ~$ 8 for dinner!

This is my favorite Boston Market. The chicken here is consistently juicy and moist. My usual sides are the creamed spinach and loaded mashed potatoes. The staff is friendly and is generous with the portions. Tue, the manager, is great! He’ll make his rounds sometimes to check on all the customers. They definitely upkeep this location. The raspberry lemonade is my favorite and is always available. When I go to other locations, it’s almost always empty. The parking lot is a bit cramped but there are usually plenty of spaces. Don’t forget to ask for a receipt. this past month they have been running a promo where you get a coupon for a b1g1 free meal(with purchase of drink). That’s a deal!
