I needed 2 rooms cleaned in a condo that my tenant left pretty filthy. Everyone I called wanted way too much and they weren’t able to accommodate my schedule. I got a great deal from J&J and the carpets were spotless. I really liked that fact that I didn’t have to pay cash/​check and could use my credit card. That was an added bonus because most small businesses don’t offer credit card payment.
I highly recommend J&J and will definitely use him again in the future.

I called J&J at 9 am this morning and Jeffrey was able to fit me in his schedule the same day at 12. Very affordable, kind, and professional. He did a very good job and even cleaned my landing and stairs! His prices are a steal. I love my newly cleaned carpets. It looks brand new again! Thank you Jeffrey!

Jeffery did an amazing job on our living room and hall way he’s a hard worker and will not stop until he leaves your carpet like brand new. So there are two rooms. I measured them. One is 11 ft by 9 ft. The other room, since the Queen sized bed was in there. All was left was a space of 9 feet by 5 feet to vacuum. So there is a total of 144 feet to be vacuumed. The guy that came looked and it is $ 130 to do it. I said okay well the landlord is not here, so if she hired you guys, go ahead for now and I will call her to check. I left to get groceries, called the landlord and she said that’s super expensive. I went on the company website and with the square footage it should be about 80 bucks. And there’s a Unilocal deal too!
When I told him that the prices was high and that i saw a Unilocal deal, he got really mad. I thought he was going to punch me. He yelled and pulled all the cords to the vacuums out of the wall and shouted something like,” Don’t be surprised if you get robbed!!!” Or something like that. I tried to talk to him about the price and finishing the second room. He didnt listen at all. He stormed out and yelled while he was grabbing all his stuff. Even the two handymen working in the kitchen and bathroom fixing the house asked me why he was yelling and if I was okay.
I was asking about paying him. I told him that I would call the company to check on the prices. He did not listen to anything I said or respond at all. He threw his stuff into the white van and sped away. What the…

Jeffrey did our large area rug in our tv room, stairs, hallway, and traffic areas in our 3 bedrooms. He did an excellent job. He has a great eye for seeing stains that we were not even aware of. He is definitely a hard worker and displayed a great attitude and personality throughout the whole time of his service. We will be booking him for future carpet maintenance.

Jeffery arrived and deep cleaned 3 high traffic areas and 16 stairs. Excellent job, the carpets look like new again. Very friendly and knowledgeable on carpet care. Yes, I recommend! Yes, I will call Jeffery again for carpet cleaning.

Jeffrey did an excellent job cleaning the carpeting in our house — better than I thought was possible. We were moving out of our rental and we had stained the carpet pretty badly. We have three kids and a dog and I was just trying to get the carpeting as clean as possible. Jeffrey got out almost all the stains. I would definitely recommend him to anyone planning a similar move.

Excellent work — above and beyond! The carpet was a tough one with two active kids and an outdoor Gardner. Did an excellent job and there was no resurfacing of dirt like some other companies. Would recommend with no hesitation and would use again!

We called J&J Carpet Cleaners this week to get our carpets cleaned and could not be happier with the result. We had horrible stains in our entryway and hallway and with Mr. Collins’ careful multi-​step process, he was able to lift them right up! He was very professional and got the job done quickly. J&J is by far the best carpet cleaning service out there! I have 2 small children and I always have other children over so you can only imagine the traffic that goes through. I first tried the rug doctor to try and do it my self! The carpet didn’t stay clean very long. I then reached out to other carpet cleaners again it didn’t stay clean very long and when they were finish there was a smell I didn’t like! So I was recommended J&J and I’m so glad I was! Jeffery is very nice and professional and he knows his stuff! Apperently we have been cleaning the carpet wrong and he explained to me it was matted so it was a bit of extra work for him. I also have 3 rugs and Jeffery said he could do them too! I was really surprised because no one ever offers to do more work right? No Jeffery kept a great attitude the whole time! J&J is also very affordable. I would highly recommend J&J!

Jeffery is a very professional and honest man. My apartment is on the 3^rd Floor corner and it was very tough to find anyone who had a portable cleaner. Professional work, humble guy and knows what he is doing. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Mr Jeffery is truly passionate and dedicated to his work. I had a cat previously and lots of cat hair were embedded in the carpet. He cleaned it like its brand new! I have to admit it’s the skill and expertise that get the job done! In the past I use to do it myself with a rental RugDoctor but the results weren’t as good.

Mr. Jeffrey Collins did a phenomenal job. And he definitely had his work cut out for him. He was also very friendly and did not mind explaining why our carpet was the way it was and what needed to be done, for such a reasonable price!
My husband works as a garage door repairman and always has greasy dirty shoes on the carpet. I’ve also been know to be a klutz and have always spilt my liquid face makeup in the past! It had been in the carpet for a while. Time, grease and stains together do not make for an ideal combo. But he got the job done wonderfully! We will definitely be calling him to come back to treat our carpet, he recommended every 6 months, but I’m sure we’ll see him sooner.

J&J Carpet Care comes over to our house once a year to clean the carpets in our 6 bedroom house. They do an excellent job and I highly recommend them to all of my friends.

Jeffery is very helpful. He arrived on time, did a thorough job, no up-​sales. He even moved the furniture for us and cleaned those hard to reach area. Our carpet is very clean and smelled fresh after the cleaning (we have a boy and a cat at home so you can imagine how our carpet looks before cleaning) .
