Recently bought a phone here and it’s broken. Came back to see if they can help and they did. Call and got a replacement and been gave me a loaner to borrow. I know why this place gets bad review. They ask for too many feebee. It’s a business, they need to profit to keep their door open. Great team work gang. Coming back and referring more people to my friend and family.

Yeah, I can understand people’s frustration with this place. The lines and wait times are ridiculous when trying to talk to them. I see a lot of people coming here wanting something for free. They don’t want to pay the $ 36 upgrade fee, they want a free phone, they don’t want a data plan with their iphone, they want free accessories, and etc. This is just what I’ve observed from sitting there for a few hours. They tell the workers to take care of it so there’s only a handful of them calling to take care of this for their customers. I’ve always been reimbursed fully for all the stuff I’ve been billed. Yes, I do admit it takes a long time to get the phones you want, but in the end, it’s always a good deal for me. I don’t mind the wait. I guess these people don’t know what real shady people are unless they have dealt with Global Air Comm, but that’s a whole different story.

Ugh. We thought we’d be the insiders(or whatever it was) and get a good deal, ESPECIALLY since we had a friend of the family working here. At the very least we wouldn’t get ripped off, right? HAHA, NOPE. Don’t go here unless you want people messing with your personal information.

Like everyone else I would also like to give this place a negative STAR! After I realized they were charging my credit card for phones that I did not order, I later had to cancel all the credit cards that they copied because I was afraid of further damages. This place is very shady; I’m surprised they are still in business. Someone need to go shut these people down! Are they even allowed to represent AT&T? I’m stuck with a weird contract from AT&T because of the way they set things up. In addition, I never got the iphone rebates they promised. I’m tired of dealing with these scammers.

Like Nam, I’ve been with Intouch Cellular since they first opened. However, like Linda, I wish I could give them a negative star. I ordered extra phones through them to get the extra rebates they offered. I wanted an atrix but they told me to go buy an iPhone while they place an order for the atrix. I bought the iPhones and gave it to them which they reimbursed me the discounted price. They took my brother’s credit card info to placed an order for the atrix and asked that we put down $ 100 in deposit for each of the phones. That was 2 months ago and I still haven’t received my atrix. They kept telling my brother it was on back order everytime he called to check the status. Finally fed up with having to wait for my phone and because my current phone is out of order, I called them to check. Yesterday I called them and they said they will find out what happened with my order and to call back at noon to give them time to call AT&T in the morning. I called around noon and Michael told me he would check up on it. He got my phone number and said he’ll call back when he found out. Two hours later, I had to call them to check the status. Michael told me his sister was the one who took the order so she’s going to take care of it. This is the third time they promised to check on the status. She said she’s on hold with AT&T and it’s going to take awhile. I took her words and waited. Again, no one called me back so I had to call them. Again they tell me this bullsh! t excuse that the phones are on back order. I decided to call AT&T to check if they really had a back order that long for the Atrix. By the way, it took me less than a minute to get to a customer service rep. They informed me that the order was shipped back in June and was received 2 days later. It was shipped to a Tan Pham in San Jose(most likely their house). And the order wasn’t even for the Atrix that I wanted. The order was charged to my brother’s card and shipped to their house. They also initiated another order through my account today for two phones that didn’t even include an Atrix. Again, they charged my brother’s card. I’ve been doing business with them ever since they opened that store, mostly through my brother’s sister who is supposed to be friends with Christina. I don’t know if it’s the economy that turned them shady but you should NOT do business with them unless you want to have to cancel your credit cards(they told us the first credit card was declined so we had to use another card, which looking back I think they just wanted to get the credit card information) and have to file a fraud alert through the credit bureaus. They have my brother’s info so we have to take all precautions to prevent unauthorized charges or identity theft. They are a shady business and I will never do business with them ever again. You’ll be smart to not do business with them. Stay away! Oh! Another thing, you can find better prices else where. I found that the Infuse was cheaper at Frys.

I’ve been a customer with intouch since they opened 7 – 8 years ago when global warming was still a rumor. My memories of this store are like that of a family reunion where you see all your loving relatives, some old and even some new faces. The first time I came into the store I was treated with VIP service the entire time I was there. It really felt like coming home and having your mom greet you with freshly baked apple pie. It’s just something about the atmosphere you get from here that gives you the most warm and fuzzy feeling inside, like when you squeeze a puppy. I felt that the plan I chose was right for me and that I was making an informed decision with my best interest not only on my mind, but on theirs as well. There was no rush(and there never is here), it’s very evident that Christina(the owner) is all about matching you with the phone and plan that fits your personality and your habits. The service she provides here goes above and beyond the call of duty, as I saw she took care of everyone’s needs(from simple troubleshooting, to rather complicated billing issues). You can tell that she puts her best foot forward each day, and really goes out of her way to build a relationship on trust and love. Really though, isn’t that what the foundation of any good relationship is? Don’t you feel like you can conquer the world when you have someone who you can trust and someone who trusts you as well? That’s how I feel here with intouch! Each time I have visited their store, I’ve always received top-notched service partnered with extreme quality. I have never been cheated out of any money here and if anything, Christina makes sure that I get my rebates on time if not earlier. In all the time that I’ve been at intouch, I’ve never experienced personally or seen any«shady» business, or anything unethical. Christina has always been straight with me, and trust me on this one… You want her in your corner when you have some gripe with your cell phone provider. A specific example of this was when my cell phone provider(cingular at that time) kept on overcharging me on my bill. I live very far away from San Jose(I operate out of Los Angeles), and all it took was one phone call to intouch and all this was straightened out the same day. I’ve never had one single problem reaching anyone at the store to speak with about any and all concerns I’ve had. Going here though, is like going to Costco. The prices beat any competitors, the service is truly 100% satisfaction guaranteed and yep you guessed it, the lines are long(though I suppose you’ll never want to leave when you get here). This is to be expected though because just like Costco, Intouch Cellular is very popular among the Vietnamese community as well as among a certain clientele who recognize character, honesty, and American values. Always remember that quality work takes time, and there are no shortcuts when you want something done right. You certainly don’t want your mechanic to take any shortcuts when they are fixing your car, and you definitely don’t want your physician to take any shortcuts either during a medical procedure right? So don’t expect that Intouch Cellular will do the same. This place embodies character, honesty and American Values. I know that as long as I’m with Intouch, I’ll never be out of touch.

BTW they deserve a negative rating, which i can’t even do on here. this is the worst company ever, DONOTGOHERE! Not only do they have the worst customer service, because they will not answer phone calls, but they will use your confidential information after you attempt to cancel your contract with them, if you are successful. I have a pending urgent case against them with AT&T where they still have not returned the phones that I returned to their store and they tried to use my credit card to make a payment. Do not purchase extra phones that you do not need from them to try to get extra rebates, they are very shady and should be shut down!
