Chris and his team did a great job on cleaning our stone floors. The kitchen slate turned out amazing, looks as good as it did 12 years ago when it was installed. The bathroom marble turned out great as well and they did a great job with the shower. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future.

Wow! What a fantastic experience. This Company is simply the best. I have a lot of stone in my home and it was starting to look pretty bad. I received a great recommend about Chris and his company from a friend, and I was not disappointed. From the very beginning, arrived on time, reasonable quote, appointment for the work, and especially the professionalism and quality of their work was top notch. I had an entire bathroom (vanities, floor, double shower, tub surround), kitchen counter tops and travertine floor honed, cleaned, touched up and sealed as well as a large tile bathroom floor that looks like new. A lot of work. Thank you Chris and crew for your outstanding work at my home. You all are awesome!

I actually would give 4.5 stars if possible. However, value for the price warrants moving to 5 stars, not down to 4. 2 people came in and worked their butts off for about 4 hours. Our tile tube was disgusting when they started and beautiful when they left.
I would use them again without hesitation.
Excellent value for the money. That said, my main reason for calling them in was to rid me of the silicon caulking that the previous owner had put everywhere. When I went to repair the cleaned tile, I found I had to use a razor blade in a few locations to remove some additional silicon. It wasn’t a lot and I don’t feel it justifies a 4-​star review. However, since I am giving 5-​stars and do still highly recommend them, I feel obligated to point it out.

Chris and his team were terrific at my house from start to finish. Chris came out promptly and provided me an estimate for sealing my granite, stone floor, and outside tiles and slate. His team did a terrific job — the work indoor and outdoor was top notch. The granite and stone floors never looked so good. Even when cleaning the old outside tile with caked on lacquer turned out to be more work, he stuck with it at the same price and eventually got it great. They provided outstanding service and quality of work, and left the house looking great. I recommend them very highly and will use them again whenever I need stone work. thanks!

I hope Chris posts the before and after photos of my floor because it really looks too good to be true. I can’t believe the difference. It’s like I have a brand new floor. I installed my travertine stone floor about 10 years ago. I have 4 kids and we entertain guests a lot so we have a ton of foot traffic. Our floor was initially sealed when we installed it but never bothered to seal it again after that — hence the nasty looking dirty floor. I had an area rug under our pool table all those years so that area of the floor was protected from the sun and foot traffic. When I lifted the rug you could see exactly how dirty my floor had become. I moved the rug before Chris came and now you can’t even tell there was a rug there in the first place (where before you could see a rug used to be there from 50 feet away!). Chris and his crew started at 9:00 in the morning and 2 of his guys didn’t finish until late at night. Talk about perfectionists. They wouldn’t leave until every inch of the floor looked like glass. Thanks, Chris. You guys rock!

Chris and his crew worked on our rather neglected travertine tile shower today. Chris was in here doing the work alongside the crew, which is always the sign of a good business. They did an amazing job on all fronts, as he also honed and sealed a marble vanity top, sealed a marble vessel sink, and helped me learn how to best care for all of these surfaces. I was thrilled with all that was done. They even filled in a crack in the travertine floor tile, which I didn’t know enough to ask anyone to do, and they did it without my direction. I so appreciate when I have this type of experience with a business. I would not hesitate to recommend Integrity Stone to anyone with stone care needs. Thanks so much Chris!

Our textured porcelain floors were not in great condition when we moved into our home. I received a few ridiculously high quotes when we first moved in and decided the only solution was to replace the floors in a few years. Then I called Pedro at Integrity Stone & Tile Cleaning. He came on time to give me a quote, told me about the multi-​step process, the time needed to clean the floors and helped me pick the perfect grout sealant color for my floors. Was it inexpensive, no but in my eyes extremely reasonable given how labor intensive the process is to get the floors to like new condition.
Today his partner, Chris and his team arrived on time to start the lengthy grout and tile cleaning followed by sealing the grout. Despite the very, very long day and the heat Chris and his crew were very meticulous about their work. They did a phenomenal job on our floors. I am AMAZED at how beautiful the floors are. My only regret is that I did not call them first and have this done years ago. Call them you won’t be disappointed.

Chris showed up right on time to clean the travertine floors in our house. The floors were so badly scratched and dirty, that I wasn’t sure how they would turn out. After may hours of work and multiple steps, he made our floors look brand new again. He was so detailed and caring in his work, and did not just want to rush through and finish. He also has a vast amount of knowledge about floor care.
We will definitely have them come back again. And I highly recommend them for anyone who needs their floors cleaned and repaired!

I am a raving fan of Integrity Stone and Tile! From the start it was a bit rocky as I submitted a request for an estimate online and I never got a call to follow up. However, the auto email response said to call (408) 998‑8781 if they have not contacted you in 3 days. So I called and got in touch with Pedro, Pedro immediately apologized for the oversight and a came to my house the same day to provide an estimate. Pedro was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about his services. I had gotten an estimate from another national company but Pedro’s knowledge and professionalism won our business, plus we wanted to support a local business too. The day of the cleaning came and Pedro showed up with his crew, he introduced the team and explained step by step the process. In addition he went over the dos and don’ts I should follow after the service was completed. The team was very careful with the surroundings of our kitchen to make sure nothing got damaged. Once they finished cleaning the granite countertop and the tile floor it looked even better than when first installed about 5 years ago. I would recommend them to anyone.

Pedro and Chris do a great job. I did not meet Pedro in person, but my hubby did. Pedro was always very responsive, showed up on appointments very promptly (sometimes even earlier). I would recommend Integrity to my friends and family and will use them again in the future.

We hired Integrity Stone & Tile Cleaning to clean a large amount of tile in our house (kitchen, living area, bathrooms, dining area, hallway) and I am thrilled with the outcome! We just bought our house 2.5 years ago and I have been dying to get the tile cleaned. I am so happy to have found and hired Pedro and his family. They were responsive to my multiple requests to reschedule, confirmed the week of the cleaning, and showed up exactly on time. Three hours later, they left our house in perfect condition and our tile looked shining new. The price was just right — AND they filled a tile with a chip in it as well. I highly recommend them. Team Pedro did a great job in cleaning the grout and tile in our kitchen. The job was exceptional considering it was poorly maintained for a number of years. The result is that the kitchen looks as good as new. I would use Integrity again if the need arises.

We had put in new tile about a year ago and wanted to make sure we kept up on the sealing. I called and was able to get an appointment for an estimate the next day. Afer getting estimates from 2 other companies (Integrity pricing was in the middle of the 2), we decided to go with Integrity. Very thorough job and uses high end products. Very pleased with his honesty and the quality of the work.

Pedro and his staff were super friendly, very polite and extremely professional! I will recommend him to anyone I know needing tile work or cleaning! I bought a new house with tons of ceramic tile that were so dirty, the grout was black and I knew it needed to be professionally cleaned. Called a couple companies to give estimates. Pedro came out, cleaned a sample tile and gave me an estimate. I was also having hardwoods installed and Pedro and his team accomodated my schedule and my flooring guys. When they were done it looked like we had new tile laid. It was beautiful!!! I can’t recommend enough!

All I have to say is that these are great! Pedro was very honest and unfront with me. He didn’t make any promises that he couldn’t keep. I asked him to do some grinding on my Travertine floor due to poor installation from a contractor I hired. The floor was just a eye sore for me every time I looked and felt it because it was so uneven. I called Pedro and he eased alot of my worries. He said he could make it beautiful but there were certain areas on the edges that he wasn’t confident that he could get because his machine would not allow it and told me up front of the risk but assured me that he would try his best effort. That was good enough for me because from from the get go I can tell that he was passionate about his job and was an honest professional. I had another folks come in to give me a quote but none of the others gave me the confidence that they could do the job properly.
The day of the job he showed up pretty much on time with his brother who was also very cool and friendly. Pedro to ease my concerns did a little section for me to show me there was nothing to worry about which I really appreciated. Him and his brother worked their butts off from 8:30am to 7:00pm while I was at work. They came back the next day on time and finished the work that evening. When I got home I was very happy with the results. The floor was actually flat and beautiful. Everyone that has seen the floor previously and saw the floor again were amazed by the results. Pedro was actually able to get the majority of the edges that previously he said he might not be able to get. The floor went from Dull and uneven to flat and shiny. Needless to say I was thrilled that they were able to salvage the work from the previous contractor without me having to rip out everything and start over.
Overall, I’m thrilled with the results and the service. Pedro, his wife, and his brother Chris are probably the nicest people that you would want working on your home while you are away. They love what they do and they do it right and on time. This was definitely a great experience. I don’t usually take the time to write a review on Unilocal but in this case, I felt that this was warranted. Congrats to Integrity. You have a very satisfied customer. I will definitely be calling again when I have stone problems. (hopefully not too often :)

Looked around and got several quotes for grout cleaning and decided to go with Pedro. He was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. What set him apart was that he really took the time to explain what grout cleaning and grout coloring do. He gave a demo right on my grout and showed me how easy it was to clean up any messes. He told us to call him back in a couple days and suggested we go and try get that spot dirty.
Well, we trusted his word and scheduled for him to come. We ended up scheduling for him to come do grout cleaning, coloring, and granite cleaning and sealing as well. I personally didn’t think the granite sealing was necessary but darling hubby said we should.
Well boy am I glad I had him come. He was able to get off all the hard water stains on my granite! That was worth it as I was too scared to use a razor on my granite.
About the grout. It was worth every penny. The other day, while we were gone for a long period of time. My dog decided to take a dump right on the grout. It was CAKE to wipe it up. No stains, nothing.
–½ star for some minor miscommunication. He arrived earlier than we had scheduled. Also when it was time to pay he asked for more than what he quoted. He realized his error and apologized.
I would recommend Pedro to anyone who needs a good grout cleaning, coloring or granite cleaning and sealing.

Great service at an affordable price!
I needed the grout of the tile flooring of my house and my kitchen countertop cleaned and color sealed in a different color. We were tired of looking at the dirty and inconsistent coloring of the grout we inherited when we bought the house.
Pedro was an all-​around professional. He had just been in the neighborhood when I called him, but he did not hesitate to come back that same afternoon to meet with me. He took the time to discuss in detail what he would do, as well as go over the color samples. He asked good questions about what results I expect and what look I wanted.
He went home and emailed me a quote promptly. The price was very fair, and we were able to start the work that very same week!
The work was completed in a quick, professional manner. Everybody working was pleasant and took care of our property. Best of all, my wife loves the new color of the floor and the fact that it will be very easy to maintain from now on!
