Our practice focuses on family-​sponsored green cards and employment-​based visas. We are immigration attorneys who believe it is important to work directly with you to answer all of your questions, find creative and personalized solutions to reach your goals, and clearly explain our recommendations so that you feel completely confident in moving forward. We are based in San Jose and San Francisco, California, and serve clients internationally.

We can provide a translator for non-​English speakers.

History

Established in 2013.

Isabelle and Nicole met while representing foster children. They quickly found that their shared values and complementary problem-​solving approaches mesh perfectly when advocating for clients.

Hurtubise Weber Law assists with all types of immigration issues, including lawful permanent residency (obtaining your green card), citizenship, and visas. Our team is committed to providing excellent service to clients across the globe.

Isabelle and Nicole are both active members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Nicole currently serves as Chair Elect of AILA’s Santa Clara Valley Chapter.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Nicole graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2008, where she attended on a full scholarship. After law school, Nicole represented low income clients, including immigrants, as an attorney for children and victims of domestic violence, before starting her own immigration law practice with her partner Isabelle.

Nicole is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and is active in AILA’s Santa Clara Valley (SCV) Chapter. She currently serves as Chair Elect of the Chapter and as the Chapter Coordinator of the American Immigration Council’s Annual Celebrate America Creative Writing Contest.



Nicole is committed to her community. She volunteers at pro bono legal clinics every month and serves as a mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children.

Nicole is an active member of the State Bar of California, #257 767.
