I called to make an appointment to see the attorney, the administrative assistance gave me an appointment and told me not to be late. I arrived at the office, told the receptionist I had an appointment (mind you I was 10 mins early) I sat on the waiting chair for 15 minutes before the admin came and gave me a questionnaire
ire to complete. I completed it in less than 5 mins. I kept waiting for another 15 min but no show from the admin. I stood up and walked out of the office.
this office is very unprofessional and its not work while taking your business there. poor service and no customer service skills.

After learning some upsetting news about a loved one I reached out to Nick today and he was quickly responsive with my questions and inquiries. Just want him to know how appreciative I am. I give 5 stars for Mr. Cvietkovich. My family was going through a terrible tragedy and on top of that had a legal issue that was time sensitive. I contacted Nick Cvietkovich and in just a few hours Mr. Cvietkovich got all the parties together and resolved the issues. Some things are worth more then money. My family and I owe Mr. Cvietkovich way more then he charged which was extremely reasonable. Everyone needs a lawyer that not only gets things done but gets things done quickly. Law Offices of Nick Cvietkovich has filed a small claims case against me where the firm is grossly misrepresenting facts to a court of law! My court date was yesterday — obviously they had no ground to stand on as they requested the case be dismissed with out prejudice.

I had sent payment to this law office — by accident the check was paid to the payee nickname «Lawyer» — the check took several weeks to be returned into my account. I called Nick and gave his assistant consent to use my ATM and charge the fee due. I requested an update on what has been done today. Law Offices of Nick Cvietkovich failed to provide me any information requested.
7÷6÷15 (AM emails) To date — this attorney had only collected fees. He sent his associate to any meetings. He did not file any of the paperwork requested to be filed. I requested a summary of all work competed to date. Law Offices of Nick Cvietkovich failed to provide me any information requested.
7÷6÷15 (Lunch emails) Law Offices of Nick Cvietkovich stated they were in the process of obtaining records. The tactics they use to cover the fact that no work has been done — is they ask you to meet in person so they can convince you to spend more money. I asked specifically — What has been filed to date? — Law Offices of Nick Cvietkovich failed to provide me any information requested.
7÷6÷15 (Afternoon emails) Again, Law Offices of Nick Cvietkovich is pushing for face to face meeting. I requested again specifically: What has been filed to date? Would you kindly provide me a summary of all work to day? Law Offices of Nick Cvietkovich failed to provide me any information requested.
7÷6÷15 Late afternoon: «If I don’t get a payment, I’m done. I’m doing my best on this. There were other witnesses. My philosophy on this is simple. You got to trust me as your attorney. If you don’t, I can’t help you. If I don’t get paid, get another attorney. Period. If you and him listen to me I am confident the offer will get much better. I think this case is over-​charged. «

This is just the «nice» exchanged I experienced with this firm.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
This guy is a Grade-​A douchebag! I’ve received several letters from his office that were addressed to, I assume, a previous tenant. The post office will not return the mail to sender or stop delivering the mail to my house from this guy because as sneaky as they are, they also put «or current resident» on the letter. I tried calling his office to request that he stop sending mail but when I called, Mr. Cvietkovich answered the phone with «law office.» When I asked to whom was I speaking to, he replied «the lawyer.» When I asked for clarification on who exactly I was speaking to, he very rudely cut me off and began asking me who I was. He eventually told me who he was, hence how I know it was Mr. Cvietkovich, and I tried to explain to him that I’ve been receiving letters from his office that were addressed to someone who doesn’t live here anymore, but again he rudely cut me off and started to tell me that I «better be prepared for 20 or more letters.» While still trying to keep my calm, I asked him if there was any way to put a stop to this but again he interrupted and said «too bad because you’re going to get letters from other offices as well.» I asked him if he seriously thinks people should do business with him if he’s such an a**hole to his potential customers and his response was to call me a f*cker. I was about to tell him that I will promptly be placing this review on Unilocal but he spoke over me while yelling profanities and hung up. I tried to call him back but was sent to voicemail, in which I further told him I’d be placing this experience on Unilocal.
Since my last call, Mr. Cvietkovich has called my phone 4 times in less than 5 minutes and I answered only one of those calls in which he did nothing other than yell profanities at me. Very professional… NOT!!!
In this type of practice, anyone has the potential to be a future customer. You’d think that he’d capitalize on a bad situation and make it pleasant. A simple «hey, we’re sorry. We’ll stop sending you mail, but if you’re ever in need of a defense attorney, feel free to contact us.» I guess pleasantries and common sense is not his strong suit. I hope Unilocal charges him a ton to have this 1 star review removed!

Nick has been terriffic. He took on my son’s case, got us the best possible resolution and has hung in there with us while our son has been relentlessly pursued by the people that used to be the victims. They have become the predators and Nick has protected our son every step of the way. A small mistake made at 18 shouldn’t dictate the rest of a person’s life. thank you Nick!

I cannot be more thankful for this law firm. Thanks to Nick Cvietkovich I can breathe, talk, eat and sleep again. The stress of not knowing you’re future can be very overwhelming but ever since I first spoke to Nick he made me feel like this was just as important to him as it was to me. I explained the situation and he listened with empathy, he understood the circumstances and never once made me feel like he wasn’t interested or that this was just another case. I was a victim, but case was complicated as sexual scam was involved.
You wasted precious time for investigation. I had witnesses ready to tell that the same mishap happened before in that person life, that’s why he moved to America, because of sexual scandal, and the witness was friend of his family + his ex wanted to talk too.
You didn’t call them, you didn’t investigate. Case became old, because of yours doing nothing. I terminated you, and could only work on deal, and public defender got better deal than you. 3 times better and for free. Also, I lost my vocation day because of you. Because you don’t care what your customers tell you, and you don’t want to reimburse me my loss? Fine! Be rich, but stop harassing me. It is my right to say what I think about your services, and I say: v e r y b a d e x p e r i e n c e. I would never hire you, if I knew what I am going to begoing through: unprofessional, minimum efforts, egocentric, narcissistic, and you lie.

This man has pulled off the impossible. I have a record myself in my past and was now facing a bogus strike case. It took him over a year to get my case all the way down to a misdemeanor and that was exactly what i was praying for. I know not any lawyer could have done this. I had no issues with nick at all. Nick is one of the best attorney’s I’ve ever had the pleasure to hire. He is a champion supporter and expert litigator who simply does not take no for an answer. His expert timing and knowledge of the law were able to get my DUI & Hit/​Run reduced to a Wet Reckless AND I was able to keep my drivers license. Something, I never would have dreamed of happening. I know some people want to micromanage their attorneys but this guy has it together so well, if you just give him 100% trust, then I promise you will walk away happy. Nick was one of the best lawyers and I’m very blessed to have found him. When I got my dui on July 4 of last year, I was scared out of my mind. But looking through all the lawyers that sent mail. I found Nick’s, very affordable, very knowledgeable, does a great job finding all the facts and will fight for you till the end. So after two months of going to courts he got my dui dismissed! Nick Cvietkovich, you couldn’t ask for a better attorney. He was extremely kind punctual and doesn’t give you any bs.
My cousin recommended me to nick when I had a felony case, and he and his staff took care of the case for me. Best part was that he didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for his service and he’s always willing to help people who are struggling financial.
I’d recommend him to all my friends, family, or anyone in the Bay Area looking for some legal help.

I’ve am a former client of Nick Cvietkovich and I wish there were Unilocal reviews before I hired Nick as my attorney so I could have avoided a huge amount of unnecessary stress and controversy by hiring an attorney that had my best interest in mind. Nick will charm you into believing he is the best lawyer in area and no one else will get you a better result. After my experience with Nick I’ve painfully realized his charm is actually arrogance and his defense is a house of cards designed to maximize his profit at the expense of your defense. I have never met a more unprofessional and condescending person in my life.
Nick’s attitude toward his clients can be clearly seen in his rude and aggressive responses to his Unilocal reviews. Also, in personal conversations with Nick he is insulting and stoops to personal attacks and bullying to try to intimidate you into getting his way. I stress that you read Nick’s responses to the reviews and keep in mind as a business owner you should always conduct yourself in a professional manner. Unilocal even provides guidelines and advises business owners to respond professionally. None of his responses indicates he is willing to resolve any issue professionally. This is his attitude toward his clients and how he will treat you if you question his services.

Nick was an absent attorney in my experience working with him. He never showed up to any of my court hearings, instead he payed different attorneys on separate occasions to represent me. The attorneys sent had no idea what my case was about and were unable to help me in anyway. The only time I ever met/​spoke with Nick was when I went to his office. Still, I had to wait about an hour before meeting with him.
When meeting with Nick, he came off as if he didn’t care about his client and did not have their best interest in mind, unless he would be making a significant profit on the case. He would rather get paid and do whatever requires the minimal effort in the case.
Since there is no way to give negative stars on Unilocal,I gave him 1 star. However, if I could, I would give him a rating of –5.
I would strongly advise taking your hard earned money and finding a more proactive attorney. His lack of effort in dealing with your case will not be worth the money invested. My public defender ACTUALLY HELPED ME, was proactive and treated me as a human being instead of a potential profit. Nick is young and arrogant. He only has his bank account in mind when he deals with his clients, HE IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY AND IS AN EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT ATTORNEY.

I first heard about Nick through a advertisement that was sent in the mail after a loved one was arrested. Since I didn’t have much time to find a lawyer, I went with the first one to call back, BIG MISTAKE. Nick was that attorney. I would highly recommend investing in a different attorney, or YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Nick quickly accepted the money and the case. Due to time constraints, I scanned and emailed him all court documentation I had on the case to assist in any way that I could, including letters of recommendation for his client. However, Nick never met with his client before going to court and never showed at the hearing. Instead, he sent an attorney on his behalf that was not debriefed on the situation. The attorney he sent was not only unprepared, but also late. Nick did not take the time to notify the courts that he or another attorney would be representing his client. To me, this was very irresponsible. I even emailed him at court demanding he advise immediately as no attorney was present for his client. Obviously, Nick was no help in this situation. We felt very taken advantage of for his lack of effort and representation. After court Nick did not call or email to follow up, so I emailed him to express my discomfort in selecting him as our attorney. Instead of trying to reassure me and his client that he had our best interests in mind, he became defensive. I even stated if he did not have the time for our case, we would like a refund and would seek counsel elsewhere.
I may unfamiliar with our judicial system, however it is my understanding that his clients should be represented each time they attend court. His clients should know what to expect when going there, what the possible outcomes are, what to say and what not to say, how to prepare for court, etc. Needless to say, in the end we had the judge relieve him of his duties and was appointed a public defender.
