I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ramamurthy and her office staff. I could spend paragraphs outlining my experience, but I’ll spare you the details and will leave you with this.
Dr. Ramamurthy is a kind and gentle soul who will take exceptionally good care of you. I’ve never felt compelled to hug an endodontist until today :).
She is patient, she is kind, she is SMART AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. She will explain what’s happening. Her office staff keeps you apprised of everything – there is no guessing, there is no wondering. The office is clean and peaceful. You won’t mind spending hours here, if you have to.
I can’t express how amazing this woman is.

If I have to say in one sentence: Dr Ramamurthy is the BEST. utmost patience, personal care and caring staff at her facility.
I was recently treated for re treatment on root canal and I am happy my dentist referred to Dr Ramamurthy. After the treatment the doctor so much time to explain what the next steps are. which are very important. Thank you for the excellent service.

Beware of this office. Their billing practice is borderline fraudulence or dishonest (to say the least).
When I called the office to schedule a consultation, I told them that my insurance benefit has been depleted for the year and wanted to be treated as a non-​insured patient (paying in cash). The person I spoke with agreed and said it would cost a total of $ 120. So I scheduled the consultation appointment.
On the day of the appointment, I filled out the new patient forms and was asked to provide my insurance information. BIG MISTAKE. I should have never provided them with my insurance information. After the appointment, they charged $ 120 on my credit card.
About a month later, I received a bill for an addition amount. It showed that they’ve also made a claim with my insurance even though I have already paid out-​of-​pocket for the visit (as a non-​insured patient).
I am appalled by the dishonesty. Any dental office (or any business for that matter) should have enough integrity and self respect to stand by their words.
One lesson I learned is to never provide insurance information if you don’t intend to use it and always ask for an itemized bill for co-​pays.

Dr. Ramamurthy is so knowledgeable and honest. She is very thorough in explaining the procedure. She is also very nice, gentle and has such a calm demeanor. The staff are also very friendly and helpful! I also love the office and music. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone searching for an endodontist. I have had Dr Ramya perform 2 root canals. Right from scheduling the appointment to getting thru the procedure, Dr. Ramya takes very good care of the patients. I would recommend her for any root canal procedures.
I am extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and quality of care extended by her.

I recently had two root canals done by Dr. Ramamurthy. I had a great experience! The first one was a retreat so I expected some complication. But, nope, she did it in 1 visit and no problem. The 2^nd one was a complicated one so it took 4 visits. She took great care of me and my tooth. I cannot be happier. Even though I really don’t like to visit dentist’s office, I would have no problem going back to her office if I need another root canal.

The Best doctor after my messed up case by a stupid dentist she was the one who took care of my tooth since. Very profesional service. I am always scared of going to the dentist but not with DR Ramya she is the best.

My wife just went here for a consult and found Dr. Ramamurthy to be great. She was the first dentist who took the time and had the ability to explain everything clearly. In the end, a root canal won’t be needed, and I would quickly recommend Dr. Ramamurthy to my friends for endodontics. As an FYI, they accept MetLife.

I just went to Dr. Ramamurthy today for a root canal infection clean up and I have to say, I’m very happy with the way she conducts her practice. The first time I went in for a consultation, she was patient and straightforward. She took about an hour asking me where I was feeling pain, which type of pain etc. and then she took an X-​ray which indicated an infection in a canal which had been treated over 10 years ago.
When I went in for my actual surgery today, she was also very gentle and asked me a few times whether or not I was OK as my neck started hurting a bit. She asked if I wanted a pillow or some suctioning during the long procedure and she was very good about telling me to take meds prior to the surgery since I told her I was afraid of the pain.
I was a bit hesitant about the cost not being covered by Delta, my dental insurance company, so her office printed the quote out for me up front. I am hoping that I can go back to her for a post op visit and have things cleared out.
Oh, the best part is her office. It’s like a spa with soothing music playing in the background, water and tea in the waiting room and attention to the «root» theme and the logo. Very creative and not like a dental office at all!
I would highly recommend Dr. Ramamurthy!

I was very impressed with dr. Ramya. She did a thorough examination. She could have easily said I needed a root canal and made some money off of me as I was in a lot of pain and would have agreed to do it. But she was truthful and very sweet and patient. They also gave me an appointment within a few hours. The clinic is beautiful! It’s like a spa.

These are not just pretty words but truly describe what they do. I’ve seen a number of endodontists in my life and Dr. Ramya Ramamurthy and her practice is by far the best !
When I visited GreenRoot Endodontics & Microsurgery in July 2013 for the first time, I was amazed by their beautiful spa-​like facility. It is not only visually and aurally pleasing and relaxing but very well thought out to provide patients with comfort and convenience. High-​speed free WiFi is provided as if it were air. Convenient all digital (online) paperwork is something I’ve never seen in any medical or dental office. Restroom is unbelievably clean and gorgeous like a five-​star hotel. Free tea service is certainly nice. Therapy rooms and equipments are super clean, high tech, and comfortable.
Dr. Ramya is an exceptional doctor in every sense. She’s not just a highly skilled and experienced endodontist but also a good counselor who is friendly and caring enough to patiently listen to and answer every questions and concerns I had. My root canal problem was not straightforward. It was not infected but rather inflamed with lots of calcifications. She very carefully treated it using hours and the results were outstanding.
Her office is very good, too. I visited their office a few times but have never kept waited for more than 5 – 10 minutes. Phone/​email communications were very smooth and prompt, paperwork was fast and accurate, payment adjustments were done smoothly and correctly, and the office staff was smart and friendly.
My experience with GreenRoot Endodontics & Microsurgery was far beyond my expectation in every sense. When I need a root canal therapy for other teeth in the future, I’m sure I’ll come back to Dr. Ramya and her practice with no hesitation.

Dr. Ramamurthy is the most unassuming and outstanding endodontist I have come across. She is wonderful to deal with and highly skilled. I am impressed to the highest possible degree.

I was referred to this office by my dentist. I had severe infection and needed an emergency root canal done. I had received an email the day before to fill out the registration paperwork at my convenience before going to the office. I had arrived a little too early for my appt & Dr. Ramamurthy came outside to greet me and inform me that the front desk staff will be in shortly. The staff is very friendly, office is very clean with a great color combination that really sooth the eyes especially when lying on a chair with the mouth open and we are looking at the ceiling.
Dr explained the entire procedure to me very well before starting and answered all my questions. I felt no pain during or even after the procedure. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who has been referred or just visiting them for first appt.

I’m writing this and I haven’t even had my treatment. I was referred to GreenRoot by my general dentist. Dr. Ramamurthy and her staff are stellar! The doctor really took her time to explain my dental issues and options. She’s very gentle, warm and personable. I may not have to do my root canal because the tooth is doing better but if I do, I will return to them.

Yay! I’m the first reviewer. I totally love this place and Dr. Ramamurthy and her assistant Jessica. Both are very friendly and communicative.
I was really impressed when walking in, just very clean and nicely yet simply decorated. Love their company brand and logo and it’s on their back wall behind the concierge and even imprinted on their windows. They really took their time coming up with a brand for their company which can be seen on their website.
They also have water and tea setup in the front so you can help yourself. They also play yoga music which makes you feel relaxed and peaceful ha.
Very technical savy too. I wasnt able to register onto their system online, but they have a computer for patients to use to fill it out and sign paperwork and answer questions concerning pain and medical history. A nice ecofriendly alternative to typical paper questionnaires.
My root canal surgery for an upper molar took about 90 minutes and I didnt feel any pain at all. The doctor explained everything to me about my situation during my consultation and further explained what she was doing before she did it during surgery. She constantly asked me if I was ok a’s well, and reminded me to raise my hand if I was feeling pain.
She was also understanding about my financial situation and did her best to accommodate for a payment that I could afford. She also told me about carecredit.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend anybody who needs a root canal to come here!
