Reasonably priced, but after further investigation their license is revoked /​suspended.

We just used Go Pro for our move and they were terrific. Professional, courteous, friendly and hardworking. They also stayed pretty close to their original quote. Moving day went smoothly. Highly recommend!

These guys are terrible. They are never there. They don’t return calls. I can’t get my stuff. Go somewhere else!

Will someone from the company contact me? I have been waiting over 2months to have everything completed. I need my belongings at your office and have called everyday and left messages and emails. I had things broken and missing I would like to have this all worked out and belongings returned or picked up.

These guys moved me over the weekend and I can honestly say I am impressed with the service.
From the first phone call I felt like Go Pro was responsive and professional. I talked to Deanna who scheduled and estimate and gave me an idea about what to expect schedule wise. They were able to make arrangements to come out for an estimate that same day. Definitely felt like customer service is a strong point.
On the day of the move the crew showed up a little later than expected but they got to work immediately. I felt like my property was handled with care and the truck was loaded in a timely manner. Go Pro even stopped en route and picked up a couch I had at a family members home.
These guys did a great job and it was very affordable. I was so happy I tipped the whole crew $ 50 each.
Go Pro is a good bet if you need to handle a move and want affordable and reliable service.

One word: RELIABLE.
I have used GoPro for two full moves and have used them to move some heavy furniture when I can’t do it myself.
GoPro shows up on time and gets the job done quickly. Staff is friendly and professional. Movers genuinely care about your precious cargo and put in the time/​effort to make sure it all gets to your new place without damage.
Truly deserving of a five star rating.

2^nd time I had them move me. They come and do an assessment and give you a quote. Set up a time and you are off. All the workers were super professional and hard working. Both times were a great experience.

A month ago, I was sitting right were you are now. I, too, was researching movers. GoPro came to me recommended by a friend. I’d heard the horror stories about moving companies (lost items, broken china, etc.) I wanted someone I could trust, but was still skeptical.
These guys were fantastic! They were professional, incredibly hard working, and totally trustworthy. They packed their truck and my trailer to a point you couldn’t fit a piece of paper in there. It was amazing. Every single one of them worked tirelessly to squeeze in every last box, bike, plant, and nic-​nac. When it came time to unpack, they put everything in its particular room, moved furniture to precisely where we wanted it, and reassembled beds and dressers.
I’m giving enthusiastic compliments to Danny, Vic, Albert, and Larry. These guys were phenomenal. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to call GoPro if I had to move again!

We’ve moved twice in three months. Our first move was with a terrible company who damaged our furniture and ended up stopping halfway through our estimated move time. It was a miserable and frustrating experience so we were determined to find a better company the second time around.
GoPro was the only moving company to respond to my inquiry for an estimate. This made me nervous to not have a price comparison between companies but Deanna’s prompt response to my questions was very helpful and reassuring. She was also flexible when we had to change our move date several times.
On moving day GoPro did not disappoint — they were phenomenal! The movers were extremely fast, friendly, and very polite. All of our furniture was carefully wrapped and protected. They took great care covering our new hardwood floors when moving items into our home. They asked where we wanted everything placed which made unpacking less time consuming. They also came in under the estimated move time and we saved over $ 200.
Hopefully we will not have to move again any time soon, but if we do, GoPro will be our moving company.

The move was good — Danny and his team were great in packing and moving stuff. Came in much lower than the estimate. No damage to goods. The whole team was very pleasant to work with, that’s a big deal when handling the stress of the move. So this part was excellent
My only feedback to them would be they should have used a bigger truck — we fell short of space in the truck by approx. 10%, as a result we left some small stuff behind and we will just move that in our car. Our house is a 1811 sq ft home. so not huge.
Also, because of the space issue, things were tightly packed which could have a potential of damage. But space is premium… so I think its a balance which needs to be struck.

Moving is stressful! One cannot foresee weather, traffic and all those nasty inconveniences that you just can’t plan. Please read the entire review.
I used Go Pro Movers three different times during my long month move from a big four bedroom house.
Experience 1
Although Go Pro ran late to move the first load from Morgan Hill to Fremont, they kept me notified on what was going on. It did put a damper on my evening however, they showed up and finished the job even during rush hour traffic.

Experience 2
I used Go Pro Movers again to help me wrap and secure heavy furniture into a 16′ PODS (by the way, I didn’t know GO PRO MOVERS also have the same storage service that PODS offers). During this order, I didn’t think to ask for assistance to move the furniture into the PODS but they did it anyways with two of my peeps from the corner, lol. It took Go Pros three hours to do the job. The POD was completely full and to my surprise, I needed another POD, shoot me now!
Experience 3
My final moving experience with GO PRO MOVERS was loading a 12′ PODS (this time I asked for help moving and securing the remaining items into the PODS (ask for the Samoan guy, he’s awesome!)).
Of course PODS ran late and my GPM guys were nice enough to wait for the POD .
They had another job to do and they were kind enough to help me out.
In conclusion, please remember that as much as you can prepare and book jobs, unforeseen things will happen!
Just be nice, say please and thank you and understand that they are their to help you ease the insanity.
I absolutely recommend Go Pro Movers for your moving needs!
Stay flexible and talk to them like a human being when things happen because when it comes to moving, something always happens!

I am a real estate agent, and I started using GoPro to help me move furniture to and from my storage locker to the houses I was staging. They did such a good job working with me and taking care of my things that I have started recommending them to all of my clients. I have used them for over a decade and have never been let down.

Disclaimer: I have not used their services (yet) but have made an appt for an estimate and also scheduled my move.
I called and spoke with Teresa (sorry if I misspelled, Theresa?) over the phone this morning. I gave her the rundown of my situation… basically I am in need of moving svcs in the next day or two and need to book something asap. Unfortunately, my husband and I thought we could move everything ourselves and well, we’re both exhausted and still have about less than half of our home left to move.
Teresa provided great service over the phone and was able to answer all of my questions. As a property manager, I am always asked if I know of any good moving services. Though I have not yet had Go Pro move my belongings, they have done a great job so far! Estimate is scheduled for tomorrow and move the day after. Will definitely update my review after the move. 5 stars off the bat!

These guys rock! We had to relocate for work and I was super stressed because my husband couldn’t help me much with moving; so I called these guys to ask about
Prices and offered to go to my house to give me an estimate.
Chelsey showed up in my house at the time of our appointment and asked me some questions and started to check the contents of my house, within 10 – 15 she was done. She offered me the service of packing, but I said no I would like to do it myself, and I asked her how many boxes would I need and she said 60 total, because you would want to put everything in a box. I thought it was exaggerated, but she was so acurate! I counted the boxes at the end of the
Moving and I used 62boxes!
Anyway, moving day rolls in and The crew showed up in my house, Many I believe is his name (sorry!) a really nice men and two other guys, they started to take boxes and furniture room by room, they were so organized and careful with everything. They took care of every detail I was so happy, because I was overwhelmed about the moving nut they made everything so easy!
I would not hesitate to call them again for our next move! They are so professional and their prices are fair, I actually ended paying less that what showed on the estimate.
These guys are totally Pro and awesome!

TL;DR: Was stressed to the max about the move. GoPro completely diffused any worries we had, and absolutely NAILED it. Would HIGHLY recommend.
Longer version:
NorCal to SoCal move. Absolutely fantastic experience all around. Some notes:
— This was the ONLY company that would send someone out to do an onsite estimate
— Deanna did a great job explaining and scheduling everything
— Sean showed up on time, estimated the property in about 20 min, and then explained more about how the service worked
— On move day, Sean, Chelsea, and team showed up early and did a FANTASTIC job of padding/​wrapping our sensitive stuff (wine bottles/​glasses, paintings, electronics, etc). Was worried about this and just watching them put me at ease. Staff was sufficient for the job, and they finished by the end of the day.
— When they moved us in, we had the exact same experience as the move out. Chelsea ran the show like a seasoned pro. They were extremely careful with the sensitive stuff. NOTHING was broken, which shocked us given how much delicate glass we had. Not one chip in anything. They were great about placing/​replacing items as we desired without complaining about having to move things a couple times.
— The price was very reasonable, especially given that they under-​estimated our shipping weight (but still honored our «not to exceed» price without complaint)
Put simply, use them. They’re family owned, take pride in their work, are friendly and reasonable, and take care of your stuff like its their own.

I don’t normally write reviews but I have to let people know my experience with Go-​Pro Moving. My family moved twice this year, and Go-​Pro moving has been our go-​to spot for moving both times. The first time they helped us move, the two gentlemen were very professional and terrific at making sure everything was safe and secure. They came on-​time, delivered on time and even went the extra mile by helping us throw away some things. It was time for us to move again, and we called Deanna for another quote. Once again, great pricing and terrific service. Everything was delivered on-​time, no damages, and extremely helpful with everything.
I will definitely refer Go-​Pro moving to all my friends and family for future moving needs. Thanks again Go-​Pro!

I have used Go Pro twice. Once for a local move and another for a NorCal to SoCal move. Both times the staff and movers of Go Pro have delivered excellent service, professionalism, honesty and gosh darn it… THEY MOVE FAST. No lagging, laziness, sloppiness and running the clock. Both moves, the movers came on time, were ready to rock and roll. They disassembled my furniture and put it back together with no damage or scratches. They didn’t ruin my carpet or place when moving.
Moving can be scary and overwhelming, but Go Pro made me feel at ease and less stressed. They made moving a breeze.
Deanna gave me a great quote and she was always on top of with communicating with me. Sean who helped with my second move from SF to LA was amazing. He got all my belongings out of my home in less than hour and we were on the road to LA. He cray!
I am referring all my friends and family to them. They are AWESOME. Also they have really nice looking trucks. Clean and not sprayed all over with graffiti like some I have seen.

I hired go pro to hoist a couch into my living room through a second story window. I knew it would be a complex move so I sent them detailed pictures and measurements and asked them to review carefully before committing. they said they could do it, that they had plenty of experience hoisting furniture that wouldnt fit through stairways. But the movers only tried 10 minutes before giving up. my credit card was charged $ 170 and I got nothing in return.

I just moved last week from San Mateo to Campbell. and this was my third time using GoPro. The first time I used the service, I was blown away at how nice and quick they were… very impressed. The second time, my movers were very slow and not very personable… mediocre experience at best. This 3^rd time was a pretty awful experience.
My movers were supposed to show up between 8−9am. I got a phone call at 8:15 letting me know that the truck got a flat tire (i get that these things happen) and that they would be arriving before 10:30am. After not hearing from anyone for 2 hours, I finally got a phone call at 10:30am that they were 15 minutes away. Go Pro did send an extra guy and the movers were very nice, however, it threw off my whole day.
I hadn’t made arrangements for my puppy walker or with the landlord to move in at the later time and the lack of communication that morning was unacceptable. I left a voicemail with the office around 10:30am and have still never heard back. In the end the move was finished around 3:30 (should have been 12:30). I highly suggest they work on scheduling and communication in the future. My advice, if you have some flexibility in your moving schedule, they are great. If you are like me and need things to run efficiently… there are other moving companies that will suit you better, that was my final move with them.

great experience with this company. they were able to move a small sized company within a day. They took good care of all the items and were very courteous.
It amazed me how they handled some of the big and how they maneuvered to get therm in awkward spots. Although a few things had to be moved back from their original spot, the did not hesitate to make that change. They are definitely a good value.
