Great service. staff is really friendly and helpful.
I had a flat tire on my car & all other tire centers I called didn’t respond well. These guys attended the call & fixed my car flat tires within an hour even though they were busy.
All this for just $ 30. I highly recommend this place. Talk to the manager Bruce, he was very knowledgable and helpful.

Bruce helped me out with my flat tire and I didn’t feel overpriced at all. Because of Bruce, I will definitely bring my car back here for service. Great customer service!

I had a great experience here. So the first time I came I had a nail in one of my rear tires. I talked to Bruce and he set me up with a new tire because the nail was in the sidewall. I was in and out super quick and was offered donuts and coffee while I waited. So a week or so later I got another nail in one of my rear tires, I don’t know what’s going on in Santa Clara but the city might wanna step up its street sweeping my wife got a nail in her tire too… Wth. Anyways this time I came in today and I think the managers name was Peter he was an Asian guy, super nice, quick, and pleasant to be around. Another awesome experience this time the nail wasn’t in my sidewall so they guys there patched it up super quick. Awesome place this will be my go to mechanic shop from now on.

We got a flat tire nearby Goodyear. Christian was so helpful and courteous. The nail was removed from the tire and the tire was repaired. The personnel from this location really went beyond the call of duty. It wasn’t about selling tires. They really cared to help someone in need. This is where we are going to have all our tires replaced.

I got my car aligned here after upgrading my suspension. Quick professional warrantied service. A few days later I felt my car pulling, and they took a look and re-​tweaked it free of charge under the warranty. No high pressure sales tactics, no upsell either. Granted, I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, with brakes and tires less than 6 months old, and newly installed shocks, so not a whole lot of upsell ability, but still professional service

I thought the upselling stuff was a myth. They tried telling me ALL of my tires are bad and when I told him i just got two of them two years ago he looked like he didn’t know what to say. Yes, I might look like a tiny Asian girl but I do know a few things about my car. Wheels should last at least 6 years. And they gave me wrong info about when my tires were made.

Guy called Eric — was extremely RUDE. He told me that I selected wrong options on online coupon you sent and wanted to charge more than $ 24 that the coupon provided. When I resisted — he grudgingly accepted the coupon. Made me feel that I had done a huge mistake by bringing the coupon and did NOT have any sense of how to talk to a customer courteously.
When the car was in service — Eric called me and said that there is a nail in the tire and wanted to charge another $ 25. I refused and took the car to another mechanic to check it for nails in the tire. There were NO nails at all.
It was clear that Eric was fleecing me. I left a voice mail for John — District manager — and NO response 4 days later. his no 209−834−1252.
NEVER NEVER go here…

Went on to get my tiers balanced, got in and waited 20 minutes at the counter for the manager to get off his phone with his wife or the person at the back to get off of YouTube, never happened so I just left. I have never see a place ignore customers like that before, this place sucks.

I have been going to this Good Year for years, and have never been disappointed. This my first Unilocal review of them, which I just normally don’t do. I felt compelled to write this one because of the excellent customer service I received there. All of the associates were very nice and helpful, and they repaired my car in a very timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend this Good Year location to anyone and everyone. This place is FANTASTIC!

Friendly ppl too bad they asked me to wait an hour and a half for an oil change when I made an appointment days in advanced. I even had my own oil and filter. What’s the point of creating an appointment?

Love this place the men who work here are so friendly and helpful. I have purchased four tires here. Amazing experience! I called because I was currently at pep boys and they did not have my tires in stock. Not only did they have them, they had the better grade plus the tires plus installation was CHEAPER! Than pep boys! So amazing! So convenient since I work at the mall as well if I need help with tire pressure and just pop in after my shift they are more then happy to help me out! I come here for my oil changed as well. They have such a speedy service when you make an appointment and give me a great deal especially when I have to purchase full synthetic oil for my car. It can definitely hurt your wallet at other places. Would and HAVE recommended this place to family and friends!

Came in for an oil change today and the customer service at this shop is top notch! I got home shortly after I had left the shop and had noticed that the wrong oil was used for my car (2013 Ford Focus ST) there system stated that 5W-​20 was the correct oil and the owners manual states that since it is an ST 5w-​30 is required. Usually I would be upset with a mistake like this, however Bruce and Eric were very accommodating and told me to come back in and they would take care of it. All in all it was a simple mistake, their system said one thing and the Ford manual recommended another, in the end it didn’t matter since the customer service provided here was totally awesome! I will definitely be coming back here for service for both of my cars. Thanks Bruce and Eric, you guys rock!

My pilot had nails in two tires after driving home from Tahoe on Labor Day Weekend. I called early on a Saturday morning and the staff was so friendly, but Peter did warn me that they were really booked up. I pulled in around 8am and they took time to examine the tires right on the spot. They decided to work on the tires right there and in 10 minutes I was on my way.
Luckily, I didn’t need any patching and if I did I am sure I would have had to wait longer. I just think the attitude of the staff at Goodyear Auto Service is just amazing and for me that makes all the difference.
Also, this is not my first experience with Goodyear and each experience was like this.

We have purchased new tires there 2 times and have been back for alignments and rotations. I am concerned with some of the non-​US made tires and am happy with the value and performance of the Goodyear tires they sell. We gained 3 mpg with the MPG Goodyear all seasons over the Bridgestone OEM tires on our Pilot. Staff is good and knowledgeable.

I have been here twice now, both times to get damage tires replaced. I have had the pleasure of working with David both times. David is honest and will not hassle you– which I so appreciate. The work done on my car is always fast and efficient. I had a weird tire light problem which David looked into, figured out, and explained what was going on, Toyota could not even figure it out! One star off because I think Goodyear as a whole, has more expensive prices than other places. Corporate should try to match prices to be more competitive.

Took the 4Runner here to put on a new set of wheels and tires. All went smoothly but, I do have a few complaints:
1. They did not bother to clean to the white grease I’m assuming was used for mounting the tires, off of the new wheels.
2. They told us that the new spare wheel and tire would not fit under the car because it was «WAY too big». At first we just agreed and moved on, thinking of other places to put the tire… until yesterday. we took it down to our shop and attempted to place it under the car ourselves. Guess what happened. it fit… just fine. sure it sits about a half inch lower than the other one but sheesh. its like they didn’t even try… They could have at least mentioned that it sits a little lower and asked if that was ok, not told us there was no way to get it under there. They put the larger wheels and tires on even though there was a chance of rubbing… because we gave them permission… next time give us options.
3. They also did not give us back the lug-​nut key. We have since had to go out and buy a new one.
Other than that, the guys were super nice and helpful, and they gave us a great deal with a price match.

Got a nail in one of my tires and felt like I could only drive my car so far with the air i had left in it and i was already so close to home so i came here hoping that they can just patch it up and i will be on my way… Was that too much to ask for???
Nope! I walked in and told the guy working my problem and he walked out with me to check it out and told me that patching this up would be no problem! Awesome news!
They quoted me for $ 25 for the patch up and i was beyond thrilled as i just wanted to get it fixed and be on my way.
The tire tech was on lunch so they said it will take about 45 minutes and so i went home and 45 minutes just like he said, they called and said my car is ready!
Good customer service and they did an awesome job!

These guys are the most honest auto repair in the world. The dealer told me I needed new tires and brakes. I went in and Bruce told me I didn’t need new tires for 20K miles and only one axle needed new brakes. Oil change at a very reasonable price also.
Don’t believe the bad reviews. This place is the real deal for auto maintenance.

I was driving my new car when the low pressure light came on so I swung into here and asked if they could just check the pressure for me (I always assume the new car stuff is broken…)
They quickly checked all 4 tires — 3 were over inflated, 1 was under… they got them all to the same pressure for me and told me to come back if the sensor kicked on again. I offered to pay and they said no thank you! I was shocked but happy — you don’t find companies that are willing to help you out in a bind and not charge you for it — will def go back here when I need my next set of tires.
