Hands down best caterer on the area. I have used Joe for many of my large events and he has always done an amazing job! Food and service is outstanding. I highly recommend him to all my friends, family and colleagues.

Taco Man! I cant believe I haven’t written him a review before. He has catered 3 – 4 of my sorority events at my school, my dad’s 50^th birthday party, two of my friend’s graduation parties, and most recently a party I attended in Fremont. Every time he comes, he has a huge spread, chips, a nice salsa selection, toppings, and you get a great selection of meat. His food is always AWESOME, and he comes with plenty of food. They are all so friendly and happy to make whatever we want. (His quesadillas are the best!). He is reasonably priced as well!

We attended a wonderful birthday party today and the food was provided by Fork & Spoon/​Joe. Let me preface this by saying we were late and it was raining. I never got to try the chicken-​which I heard was amazing. My husband doesn’t eat red meat, so the fish and veg option were so appreciated/​creative and SO delicious. I had Carnitas and Pastor-​seriously– at a taco bar??? it was so good! every stitch of food was eaten by the crowd and Joe was very professional and fun to talk to. I will definately call Joe next time I have a party.

We had hired Joe tacos catering services for a 30^th birthday party, i was very Impress with the food and the customer service. They offered a verity of meats and side dishes to accommodate everyone. Very happy and recommend him for gatherings and events.

I contacted Joe a two weeks before my event, and from the beginning, he was helpful, accommodating and friendly. We had a few changes to our headcount, and there was never an issue. The day of our party, Jorge arrived on time, was super friendly, and everything was seamless and delicious. I will absolutely use Fork & Spoon again, and would recommend them as well!

We hired Joe’s tacos catering service for our wedding. The food was very good. Everyone loved it, even our guests were interested in hiring Joe for their own events. The crew was friendly, professional, and great service. They showed up on time and were ready to serve in about 20 minutes. Strongly recommend for anyone looking to serve tacos and more for their parties.

Joe did an event with us last week on the UC Berkeley campus and the attendees raved about his services. Street tacos, fresh homemade salsas, and 5 types of meat! Our attendees were very happy and we will definitely use him again. Joe was friendly and arrived early to setup his grill and spread. He also mentioned he does other catering (not just tacos) so I’ll have to look into that for future events!

I was trying to find a Taco Service for my Son’s 1^st Birthday that was going to be in a week, but I was having no luck. My friends and family gave me several numbers to call. First one I called: She was booked. Second, third, fourth and fifth one I called: Never got a call me back. My Aunt texted me and gave me Joes number and I texted him and 30 minutes later, we got Joe’s Taco Service BOOKED. He was very helpful and assured me he will be there. The gentleman that was cooking for our event, showed up the time they told me, and had the food was ready for all my guest who were arriving. Nobody waiting around to eat. My guests were pleased with the food and they all wanted his number. I’m definitely a fan and recommend Joe’s Taco Service!

We used joe for my daughters baby shower It’s was fantastic Everyone loved the food. The price is so reasonable and I didn’t have to do a thing. Thank u joe for making our event a hit.

I hired Fork and Spoon (Joe the Taco Truck guy) for my daughter’s college graduation party last summer and then hired them again for my husband’s surprise birthday party. The fact that I hired them twice says a lot. They were referred to me by a friend originally and did such a fabulous job, that I really couldn’t stop thinking about the food for weeks. We had some leftovers, but they didn’t last long at all, so this time I was sure to order more. The ordering process was super easy and Joe did everything! He made it all so simple, took charge of where best to set up, had everything well presented (he includes plates, utensils, napkins, is very friendly, and even helps with putting all left overs away so that I could focus on my guests. Now I just need to plan another party so I can hire them again!

I used fork and spoon for their taco truck services for my daughters 1^st bday party. This was my 1^st time using these guys and I took a chance based on the 2 reviews posted below :/​I must say, I’m glad I did. I live in the Tracy area and there are not too many taco truck caterers in the area. These guys are based out of Milpitas and serve the Tracy for an additional fee that is pretty fair. They offer a lot on their menu for what it’s priced at which pushed me more towards them than other vendors I came across. If I didn’t get a response back w/​in the day that I called and left a message I would of moved on w/​another vendor. I got a call back w/​in an hour and was sent all the info/​contract that very day. I confirmed everything w/​the owner Joe a month before my event. The week of party, It took me a couple of days to get a response from him but he called back to reconfirm things. The day came and I thought they were running late but the food ended up being ready at the time I asked. That’s the only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars, because the heart skip :) The Food was great! The set up was great! My guests enjoyed their food and service. If there is food left over, they ask if you want to keep it. I would def go w/​these guys again!

Honestly, I have never seen such horrible service!!! I left multiple messages and texts that he NEVER responded to. Then he responded via text asking for my email. He emailed me a menu and said to sign and send back if I wanted to book my event.
Then I left multiple messages and texts (again!) because I had questions, with no response for days. Then he emails back asking to send the signed contract back!!!
Really??? Dude, call people back if they have questions!
I can imagine how well organized my event would have been. Thanks, but NO thanks!
If you want a caterer that will actually serve you, do NOT contact this fool.

I hired Ford and Spoon FS after a recommendation from a friend since I was looking for someone to do a taco bar for my husband’s birthday party. It was fun to have them grill the meat right there and then make personalized tacos for each guest. The tacos were delicious! They also brought drinks and all the toppings for the tacos and set them out nicely on a table. I didn’t give them 5 stars only because they also offered nachos and quesadillas, but that wasn’t on the paper they had out for the guests to choose from so no one really knew they could order those options. Also guests had to ask for cheese because the cook had it behind the grill rather than out on the table. It was nice after everyone ate, they asked for bowls for the leftovers so we could keep them.

I used their taco catering service in May that came recommended the meat was tough the beans and rice were cold we didn’t get the majority of the items we were promised. As a result I was told I would receive a $ 100 refund as of today I yet to see any refund or communication from Joe or his wife Mina. Id give no stars if i could and no recommendation

Absolutely terrific! Did a party for us yesterday. Joe was prompt (arrived very early), friendly and made excellent food. Everything was fresh, nicely presented and tasted great. We will definitely have him cater our future events. I’ve had many bad experiences with caterers, do it was nice to have a reliable caterer with great food

Booked Joe for my sons 1^st birthday party over a month in advance and yet his guys showed up over an hour late. I confirmed the time with him several times, including the day before the party. They were supposed to be there at 1pm and didnt show up until 2:15pm. I called Joe 4 – 5 times from about 1:30pm-2pm and he NEVER called me back. At about 2:10pm I got a call from his son saying «sorry stuck in traffic».
There are a ton of catering companies offering similar services — I’d suggest booking someone else. I’d never use these guys again.

Joe did a party for us last August. Food was great, Joe’s service was impeccable.
We’re having him back for a repeat performance in July.

Amazing food and service! Joe and his assistant were very professional and worked within our budget. Set up was prompt, the food was fresh and fantastic! We had rave reviews from all of the participants at our meeting. Each of the meat options, sides, and salsas were great.
Our group works with different catering services each month, but Dominguez Catering has set a new — very high — standard.

Absolutely fantastic worry free catering! I was hosting a surprise birthday party for my son’s 30^th. My son LOVES Tacos so I was looking for a Taco Truck. Every place I tried, were dreadfully expensive and provided very little. This small business owner was referred to me by a colleague at work. The wife & son were at our house a few minutes before their scheduled time and although it was wet & rainy, they came prepared with their own canopy, stove, grill, utinsils, plates & glasses… we did not have to do a thing! They were fantastic! The food (Tacos with choice of five meats, quesadias, Nachos + all the trimmings, rice water & strawberry??) was delicious and fresh because they prepared everything in our back yard and took individual orders from our guests.
Our guests were very impressed and many took their business card! They have already done another party for my cousin where they did an equally great job and were asked for their business card. Our company plans on using them for our next outdoor company event. VERY Inexpensive too! I will definitely use them again.
