Five Star Linemen Academy specializes in position specific football training. We also specialize in throwing (shot put/​discus) training. Our signature services include youth, high school, collegiate, and professional level football and throwing training. Five Star Linemen Academy offers services pre season, off season, and during season.

History

Established in 2015.

Five Star Linemen Academy is the vision of Owner/​Coach Arpedge Rolle, who has over 20 years of combined playing and coaching experience. It was established by Coach Rolle as a commitment to not only offer great service to his community but to also teach the mind, train the body, mold the character, strengthen the spirit and progress athletes to perform at their full potential.

Coach Rolle has coached over 15 WCAL All-​League defensive linemen in 4 years with several more All-​Dade county defensive lineman achievements. The D-​Linemen that he has coached have received honors in All-​NorCal, All-​WCAL, and California Div I All-​State teams. In 2013, his entire starting defensive line was honored on the WCAL All-​League team while his DE was named «WCAL Defensive Linemen of the year». In 12 years, many of his athletes have gone on to play collegiate football and a few are currently playing in the NFL.

Coach Arpedge Rolle has also been acknowledged as one of the best high school throwers coaches in the country. Two of his female throwers in 2015 earned California State titles in the shot put and discus and because of their efforts, the team of two finished 2^nd over in the team standings. Coach Rolle’s throwers have been recognized as CCS Throwers of the year, Mercury News Athlete of the Year and placed on the high school national track and field all-​time lists.
