Good service.

The customer service of this place is horrible. They are rude, disorganized and discriminating especially the tall/​latina look lady. Dont go to this place guys. They dont care there customers right. Place like this cant be trusted.

FedEx = FedUp. Didn’t realize it takes 45 mins to get packing tape when it should have been available at the packing kiosk. And then you have to go back in line after a 1 min self packing job for another 20 mins? Really really disappointed in the ‘express’ concept here. They guys in front of me were here even longer. I could have probably driven my package to where it needed to be shipped to a lot faster. And I’m still in line typing this as I’m waiting…

I’ve been visiting here since my SJSU days to print stuff out and man has it changed (Class of ’10). Before, the folks working here does the printing for you (I like human interactions) but now you have to get a card and prepay it. Machines aren’t detailed on how to work it. A few cards didn’t even work for me after it dispenses. Didn’t know you have to insert the card and leave it there. The lady working here didn’t seem interested in helping much. After the print machine failed on me, she was no where to be found. I pressed a few buttons (thank goodness I know how to work these things) and it printed. Its… different overall compared to the past. I used to stay here all night when it was 24 hours. Now, I just print out work stuff, have a card that still has money in it, and hopefully get a computer with a printer to do everything at home.

Every year I mail Happy New Year postcards for my business.
They are printed 4 to a 8.5×11 page.
One side (the unique side) is the names and addresses and the other side is a message that is the same on every card.
I have the printers to do this myself but I have used Kinko’s for the past 5 years because I don’t have the means to cut them as accurately as they do and they charge much more for cutting somethign you bring in vs something they print so I just have them print it.
The cost has only been $ 30-​$ 40 for the whole thing.
I went into the Oakland Rd. Kinko’s, the same Kinko’s I used last year.
After being ignored by the staff I finally got a quote on my printing. They said it was going to be $ 30 dollars per page and since I wanted double sided it would be $ 30 more so $ 60.
I said this seemed high but they claimed that was the price so I gave them my thumb drive and walked them thru the data on it.
The first 2 years I did this I created 125 pages of the non-​unique side. The back side that doesn’t have the name and address. The people at Kinko’s said that they didn’t need that large file because they only submitted one page for the back side to their printer job computer program. The last 2 years I gave them a back page file that contained one page.
Yesterday they told me that they were going to have to charge me a computer charge for creating the back pages. Even though I argued and said that I had brought the data the wat Kinko’s wanted it they insisted that there would be a computer charge of $ 25 for every $ 25 pages! Yes they wanted to charge me $ 125 in computer time (on a $ 60 order) for something they just invented on the spot.
I walked out and went to the Kinko’s on Calaveras in Milpitas.
1) The order was not $ 60 it was $ 30
2) I watched the very helpful and friendly staff enter the order into the system and they select the single back page as the back page in one click. I asked them if I should bring 125 back pages just to see what they would say and they said no we just need one page.
Bottom line. Kinko on Oakland tried to charge me $ 185 for a $ 30 order.
I also noticed that the way that Oakland Rd entered my order into the system was different. I believe the reason for this was to overcharge me because in Milpitas they just selected all of my options page count, double sided, paper type, cuts, and then entered my two files as front and back. Each option was from a pull down menu and the price was automatically calculated. It was also printed out in under an hour.
Oakland Rd was using some other method of entering my order. I believe so they were not constrained by Kinko prices.
You would expect this kind of slick price coughing at a used car lot.
Who knew this kind of robbery happens at a Kinko’s in San Jose.
I will never got this Kinko’s again. Milpitas was 10 minutes away. I recommend you go there.

I wanted 19 pages of colored paper laminated. 50 dollars for 19 pages of paper. This was an absolute waste of money. It was pictures of my family and i needed them laminated for our family christmas party today. All of my pictures turned green and the worker said it was from the process of laminating it. I’ve laminated pictures before and they never turned green. Seriously, every picture. My family now looks like the grinch stole christmas.

I have been to this location a number of times in the past 3 years to get things laminated for school purposes. I have never had an issue until tonight. I walked in fairly happy, and I asked for laminating services, the lady behind the counter quickly asked me when I needed it by… And I said right now. She said it could be done in an hour. UMM. What? It literally takes a couple of minutes to laminate one piece of paper, I would know since I have had the service done multiple times. She then said the store was busy working on some projects, and I was like «oh, so the laminator is currently in use?» She just simply says «No.» Like WHAT. The only other customer was using a printer on his own.
Seriously just lazy. This person clearly hates her job.
Never coming back here again.

Take your printing business to Staples and you’ll be much better off.
I wanted to print a couple blue prints and the original size is 8.5×11. They want $ 7.00 per file to resize it. For a few clicks of the Mouse they want $ 7.00. Staples gladly asks what size do you want, clicks the mouse a few times and resizes it for free. Staples per page printing is also less expensive.
Total cost
Fed ex office $ 18.50
Staples $ 3.20
Easy choice to make.

Good service so far.
My hubby and self choose to come here at non-​prime hours to use their printing facility and work station or to make enquiries if any. I must say the trick works very well. It helps us to get things done quickly by not getting caught in the big waiting line.
Look for Frieda, Assistant Manager of this branch. She’s a big time savior. You can spot her at the office area, mostly in the evenings and nights. Any help regarding printing, package or general enquiries, she’s there for you, well attentive & informative. Appreciate her sincere service.
This place is kept neat and tidy. Store also offers useful stationery items, creative greeting cards, latest books and even quick bites like chocolates. Big parking lot and long service hours during weekdays are their other major plus.
Hope they continue to provide similar professional support in my future visits as well.

Really don’t like complaining about place but this was probably my worst experience with a print shop ever… I’ll like to say that I’m not a hard person to deal… I came in to the place with a smile and the person that was there didn’t even responded when I said good morning… Strike 1
Then she send me to print my staff to a machine that didn’t support the file that I need to print… Respond uhhhgg then yes you will have to send over to the store email!!! After 15 mins… With one more customer in the store besides myself…
At the end she waste it about ½ hour of my time to not print what I need the way I need because she wasn’t even willing to listen for some unknown reason… Or print my documents
And had to drive another 5 miles to the Santa Clara location to print my documents that person with that attitude should have not been at work that day

I’m writing moreso in regards to the customer service, or lack thereof at this location. First of all, I do not use FedEx office services very often so I approached the counter asking for help in sending a fax. Denise just sort of stared at me at first then told me to use the self serve machines. Although she was not doing anything at the time, she somehow could not be bothered in sparing 2 minutes to physically help me. Not a big deal, I was able to figure out the machine on my own. It was the lack of consideration that through me off. I was unable to send my initial fax. I even received a confirmation report that the fax was unsuccessful. I decided to return later.
After returning and attempting to resend the fax again, I waited. This time the fax did appear to go through. I sent two seperate faxes successfully, however, I did not get a confirmation report.
I went back to Denise at the counter to get my report and her first response was to informed me that I could have helped myself (once again) at the purple kiosk. Then she printed my receipts. I guess I assumed my confirmation would somehow be on the receipt, but I realized as soon as I walked away that it was not.
I returned to the counter yet again. Denise was helping another customer and another female worker was helping a different customer as well. I waited patiently for a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Finally, a 3^rd female worker walked up front and was about to help another gentleman. I quickly interrupted and asked if there was anyway I could retrieve my fax report. The woman that did not acknowledge me said «oh you didn’t wait long enough. You must have pressed ‘done’ before it was finished.» Well then I guess it must have been all my fault.
Actually did wait a long time and didnt touch anything. There was no report at all.
Obviously this place has serious customer service issues that require revisiting. I decided to write this review based on how I was treated and how I felt. Then, after seeing all the existing reviews, I understood that I was not the only one that had such a negative experience. Others actually had far worse.
I truly hope FedEx managers look at this and provide better training for their staff. Customer service is what keeps people coming back, afterall.

Oh hell no.
I came here with my diploma because I wanted a copy of it. It’s my dental school diploma, worked really hard for it, and so obviously I baby it. I have it in its cardboard protective case. So I asked the lady in the front (she’s rude and slow as hell, but I’m patient so I didn’t mind) to help me make a copy of this precious document for my records.
She grabs it SINGLE-​handed in the middle (I almost had a HEART ATTACK). It’s a big, pretty document, meant to be carried with two hands because it can be dented! I ran after her after she walked it across. She literally was holding it like it was a McDonalds coupon!
She copied it and didn’t bother helping trim it to size or anything. It was approximately $ 3 for each black and white copy. For a colored copy they wanted me to leave it overnight — no way in hell was I going to leave her alone with my document!
This lady (she’s a bigger black lady) made me feel like I was bothering her when I asked for help or when she rang me up. Good lord. Don’t go here unless if you’re desperate.

For the past three times I’ve walked in to pick up an order, there were no people standing at the counter but they were near the back. I had to call them over to help me. Not very good service.
My final project’s cover page’s quality was significantly decreased but I don’t have time to correct it.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Terrible service, slow. I came to get access to PC but they dont have any earphones and the people that work there dont even bother to help. Terrible
