Although we do offer very competitive pricing on our standard products, our strength is being able to do customized packaging. Contact us if jewel cases and DVD cases are too plain for you and you need more elegant fancier packaging. We are confident to be able to meet your needs, and most importantly, at competitive prices you can afford.

History

Established in 2000.

New Cyberian was initially a fictitious name for a business game among few MBA students at San Jose State University in 1999. A team of MBA students who happened to be musicians, indie filmmakers, graphics artists, and software engineers participated in the game. They chose compact disc manufacturing industry as their virtual line of business because they had common interests in the CD and DVD products. The students carried on the business to the real world after the business game.

Jet has been with New Cyberian since 2001. He oversees the whole operations and is active in sales and marketing, distribution and logistics, customer services, after sales customer satisfaction, etc. Uncle Jet is normally what he is called.

Love these guys! I print about 2 – 3 albums a year with them. Always really fast, professional, and helpful. The turnaround time is one of the fastest ones I could find in the Bay Area for digipacks and it’s a short drive from SF or Oakland. Jet’s awesome!

Fantastic service. Cd recording and duplication used to be how I made a living and I used a company in Oakland for years. Their product was decent but their customer service sucked still it was convenient. Then I got sick of it and found these guys!
Amazing service. Top quality product and super fast turn around times.
They checked in with me every step of the way making sure my client got the package they wanted.
I was nervous switching but now I wish I’d switched years ago when the demand for CD’s was much higher. Oh well.
Anyway. can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

The staff are great, and their service is something I was avidly searching for FOR MONTHS.
I specifically needed artwork printed onto some DVD and Bluray disks I had burned, and was desperately looking for a business that would help me out. I called up every office store and printing center in the area, but no one offered the service I was looking for… nobody even knew what I was talking about! After a lot of effort I finally discovered New Cyberian online and decided to give them a call. I finally had the chance to talk to an employee who told me I could come in any time and that my needs would be taken care of.
I showed up without an appointment and even received help editing my artwork prior to transferring it onto my disks. The staff were extremely knowledgable and made sure their processes were correct multiple times before they even got started. I wasn’t charged until I had the finished product in my hands, and I was happy to pay a very fair and affordable price for something I was so eager to have!
As a film major, I will definitely recommend this business to my friends and colleagues. Thanks for the great looking disks, New Cyberian!

I’ve used Discmakers, I’ve used Oasis, I’ve used about a half dozen other CD manufacturers (I produce artists, and often guide them through the manufacturing process), and I’ve got to say, I’m really pleased with my experience with New Cyberian.
The quality was really good, both the packaging and printing, as well as the CD itself, and the project was completed in the time frame they had estimated, and finally the care they provided was just that little bit extra. For example one of my images was lower resolution, and they informed me ahead of time that it wouldn’t be super-​clear — there wasn’t anything i could actually do about it, but it was nice to know they noticed and took the time to actually look carefully at each image.
Also, in terms of printing quality, it’s as good as I’ve seen — I had tiny writing on the CD face itself, and while it might have gotten blurred or washed by other manufacturers, it was as clear as could be from NC.
The thing that brought me to NC at first was their variety of packaging options, not offered by others in general… I went for a recyclable cardboard CD tray, which meant no plastic… and they have a bunch of other choices not on the regula r packaging menu.
Thanks guys, I’ll be back!
(oh, and the pricing was very competitive, especially as I was able to pick up my order in person)

New Cyberian is great — personable, helpful, and good quality. I worked with another manufacturer before and learned some lessons. Google reviews introduced me to New Cyberian. I called first to ask general questions, and they even taught me how to get barcodes done.
I found it important to visit manufacturers in person at least once. Good thing I did! I saw all kinds of customizable options for packaging, and the film/​art/​music projects they did. It’s a small company that genuinely wants to learn your needs, talk about what they know and what’s possible. Friendly, good price and great customer service.

I have used New Cyberian twice so far for CD replication, and it’s the best deal I have been able to find anywhere. I play in a band that isn’t selling thousands of CDs, so I am very grateful that I can order low minimums so I don’t have boxes of CDs filling storage units.
The folks at New Cyberian have always been very quick to respond to any questions, and are very easy to work with. Placing orders online is easy too.
The CDs look great, and the printing is super high-​quality. I have never had any problems with any of the CDs or with anything, and have referred many friends to New Cyberian to get stuff made. The turnaround is also SUPER fast. I have had to place an order pretty close to a deadline, and without even using the rush service I got my stuff with time to spare.
I definitely recommend New Cyberian and will continue to use them for future orders.

I order my DVD’s from New Cyberian. I usually order in quantities of 1000 because there is a large price savings starting from this quantity.
I have ordered 3 times for a total of 3000 disks already and I have never had a problem. What I really liked was the great service I received for each of my orders. Even though some of the information was on their website, they were always patient and explained everything carefully.
Also, when I was pressed for time, they would answer honestly if I should purchase the rush service or not. At that time, they said they could deliver on time and I received it two days before my deadline. This saved me money and I got my job done.
I am very happy with the quality and service from New Cyberian Systems and I would recommend them to anyone.
