Evergreen KinderCare

This center had a homeless camp, complete with alcohol, drugs, and a loud raving man, ON THE PROPERTY for several months, literally feet away from the play area, and the manager, Lynda, had no idea; the neighbors had to inform her. Her response, nothing for two solid weeks. She couldn’t even be bothered to walk outside to assess the situation.
Only after informing the parents of the kids staying there did KinderCare do anything. And their response was to cut all the bushes and dump them on the neighboring street, where they have sat for three weeks now. Stop on by the center and see for yourself.
The manager is worthless. Calls to the district manager haven’t been returned. Meanwhile, the dead bushes sit in the street gathering trash.
This place looks shiny on the outside but is rotten on the inside.

My grandsons LOVE coming here everyday, Ms Linda and her team are so caring, patient and loving. I cannot express how grateful my daughter and i are for this center. Everyday I am AMAZED by how much my grandsons have learned. Staff at this location works really close with the children and we appreciate all of their hard work. ALSO THANK YOU FOR providing COFFEE to start off my mornings. WE ARE TRULY BLESSED TO BE PART OF THE KINDER CARE EVERGREEN FAMILY. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO !

I cannot say enough great things about this location. Ms. Linda and staff have been nothing but awesome and I am very thankful to them for making our stay with them nothing less than GREAT! I happy to have my daughter enrolled and Mrs. Biren has been a wonderful teacher while she was transitioning from Pre-​K to Kindergarten. If you are in need of daycare in the Evergreen area, this is the place! Great job teachers!

Parents BEWARE!
Im sorry but our experience at this «care» facility was awful. First of all and most important to us as parents is our child’s happiness, health and safety. This place was very dirty, smelly and some poor kids were always walking/​running around with a runny nose, no one would clean them. On the safety end they get a star for having a code to go into the facility. And for the happiness part my child never got used to this place because she got sick every week. It came to a point that the Doctors even asked if she had Ebola! (Fever, throwing up, chills, lost so much weight, colds) I now laugh at this statement but it was a horrible experience while going thru it.
I stopped taking my child here because of all the times she got sick. I called them to tell them I was not taking my child there anymore & I was still charged for the last 2 weeks for not giving them a 2 week notice! How are we supposed to take a sick child to a «Care» place when she is sick? These people dont care, they just want your $$.
Fortunately I was on maternity leave & I had the time to take my child to the hospital and be with her while sick & to do my research on more daycares. I found out that there are good, bad, great and excellent places to take your child. Unfortunately this was not a good place for our child, it was dirty and unprofessional.

I highly recommend this Kindercare facility for infant and toddler age. My daughter was 19 months old when she started here in the toddler room and we had such a wonderful experience. My daughter had no prior daycare experience so it was hard for her to adjust at first but I know the staff and teachers were so caring and compassionate with her that she eventually looked forward to attending. It was hard to me to get used to her attending daycare but I remember that all of my worries went away when I would show up to pick her up and see her happy and engaged. I feel like my daughter’s first daycare experience couldn’t have been any better and I highly recommend anyone looking for a quality daycare facility to check out kindercare in evergreen!

My son is excited to meet new kindergarten students. Plus side they provide transportation for kids that go to school around the area! A working parents savior!

I love this place, so are my kids. We’ve been with them since my son was only 9 months old and he’s now in first grade. My little one is almost 5 and also enjoys it.
Safety was my top concern when we were looking for a daycare center. Knowing that they have procedure and policies in place and have routine safety drills is a peace in mind.
The facility is bright and well structured. I’m very font of the outdoor playground area which has plenty of space for kids to run around and let out their energy. The staffs and teachers are very warm and wonderful. As a parent it feels great to watch my children happily running up to their teachers and giving big hugs. That tells me they are very well cared for and received lots of TLC (Tender, Love, and Caring).
The monthly Parents’ Night Out is great. We get to enjoy a dinner or movie without kids. And kids get to have fun with their friends outside regular school hours.
They also offer many enrichment programs. Growing up in a bi-​lingual family, my children sure benefit a lot from the phonics and reading program. And that gives me a great relief knowing they feel confident and positive about their language abilities and learning experience.

I’m on a quest to find a new daycare for two of three of my children (possibly all three) who are currently ages 5, 3, and 1. I have passed by this Kindercare multiple times, always impressed with the landscape and cleanliness of the outside. Lots of curb appeal.
What I look for in a non-​denominational day care provider is that they have a rigorous approach to education at all ages, distribute learning throughout the day (not just in one time block), the ratio of children: teachers, parent involvement requirements, etc.
I like Kindercare in general because all three of my children can go here, up until age 12 for before/​afterschool care. They also take government subsidies with the option of a copay. Extra tutoring sessions are offered in 5 – 6 different areas of academics for an additional fee.
For my 5 yr old they offer private kindergarten, and when he goes to school they offer transportation to/​from neighboring schools. Love it!
For my 3 yr old, the classroom setting was standard.
For my 1 yr old I loved that the ratio was 1:4 children
A few things that stood out about this location. the administrators were all friendly, the kids have an abundance of learning opportunities, and each age group of children has their own outside play area (even the infants).
I was not a fan of the indoor set up. While the 1 – 2 yr olds have their own classrooms, the rest of the school is an «open» layout and partitions divide most of it. When I walked in the noise level was incredible, and granted it was free play, I can only image what it sounds like during structured activities.
Overall, I would send my children here if the location fit my needs, but fortunately I found another Kindercare facility that was a better fit for our family (see other review!)
