I, Eric Rynne, started my company back in 2001. E. R. Productions is a web design company located in San Jose focusing on small to medium sized businesses. There are thousands of businesses located in the Bay Area that don’t know what it means to have a successful website. Many of these owners think they need to pay thousands of dollars to get a web design firm to construct a profitable and viable online marketing tool. E.R. Productions was developed to keep the small man in mind. We focus on helping the small business sector in making sure they can compete with the big dogs.

This means that Eric works with you to understand your business, then he offers his consultative expertise to provide several options. From there, he works with you and your marketing team to continually fine-​tune a site that is not only aesthetically beautiful but also intuitively functional and, most importantly, very productive. In other words, it will get you results. (And «ooohs and ahhhhs.» ;-)

I worked closely with Eric during the building of our salon website. We are so happy with the results and would absolutely refer him to anyone. Our old site was simply sad and neglected. Our new site is polished and just beautiful. He was always quick to respond and was even kind enough to come to our salon and take the stylist bio pics. Having your photo taken can be a very uncomfortable experience but Eric was kind and patient and everyone was happy with their photo. At the beginning of this journey I had no idea of what went into a website build and had no clue of where to start. The owner Eric is a true professional and absolutely amazing he helped me create a wonderful personalized photo poster that I wanted to have before the Christmas holiday. I gave him my ideas and the pictures I wanted used and told him there was no rush and that as long as I had it by Christmas Day. To my surprise he had it done in one day! Seriously one day I could not believe it. He obviously really cares about his customers and will take the extra effort to make sure you are happy and satisfied. He works extremely hard and is worth every penny, If you want professional and good graphics work done, he’s your guy. I couldn’t have asked for better service at a reasonable price.

ER Productions built our web site and did a tri-​fold brochure for our business. Eric is a pleasure to work with. He has a good sense of design and what works for a small business web site. His process is organized and efficient. Even though we took some time to review all the materials, Eric was very patient. He stayed in touch but was not too pushy. We did have several specific requirements. When he did not know how to implement a specific feature, he took the time to research and learn for our sake.

I would highly recommend ER Productions for Graphic Design services. I was in a rush to have something fixed and it was an emergency! The company I had been working with spent 2 weeks trying to fix it and couldn’t. I blindly called ER Productions to fix my issue, (found them online) and without having worked on my project at all prior to my worried and desperate phone call, they fixed my problem IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. Amazing. They are currently finishing my project and I will use them again in the future. Great company. No need to look elsewhere for graphic design services.

Eric gave us a great sampling, found out what we liked and when we were (finally) clear with him, he nailed it. Tiny little modifications, but the end result is wonderful. Eric is amazing and really knows the ins and outs of the industry. Whenever I sit down with Eric to hash out some ideas of what I would like to accomplish he is always one step ahead of me and let’s me know exactly how to put my plans into action. One example would be that I was having a hard time trying to figure out how to drive customer traffic and he sat me down and we created a Google adwords campaign for me which was amazing and I could measure the benefits as people started pouring in. He knows how to market every different business out there and is great at showing you the numbers so you can actually see any kind of return on investment.
Eric is so creative and does an amazing job of managing our website on a daily basis and making sure that things are running smoothly with our social media marketing and updating any specials or pictures of things going on in our business. People are constantly praising us for our online tools. This is all Eric!!!
