Great friendly service !! First time there and first time doing fingerprints. Felt super comfortable. Amazing job !

This was my second time coming for a live scan fingerprint service within the past three years. Both times were reasonably priced (depends on your form) and took 10 – 15 minutes to complete. Location is tucked away in the back of a shopping plaza next to a nail salon.

UNRELIABLE PLACE! Came in to fax some important papers to court twice and only one time made it through. The first time they charged me $ 5 and the second time they charged me $ 2 FOR THE SAME PIECES OF PAPER. Don’t let them scam you. Horrible horrible place.

This is the worst service I have ever received. Not only did they charge me $ 80 for fingerprinting, but they charged me $ 37 dollars for two notarizations and to send out one envelope out priority mail (they charge $ 15 for this). The worst part is the priority mail didn’t even make it to the destination. They didn’t provide me with a tracking number! And when I called and asked them to look for it, they said that I should’ve been responsible for asking for a tracking number at that time because they «lost it.» What kind of business is that? It’s incredibly shady and deceitful and I’m very upset. They put me on hold on the phone then hung up on me. Then, when I called back, they suggested I write this Unilocal review and then proceeded to hang up on me again. This is truly shocking. Instead of remedying the situation, they just treat their customers like nothing. I needed the mail sent out priority for a reason (I needed my visa documents in a rush), and EZ Mail did nothing to help. I am truly disappointed in the service here and will never go here again. Everyone PLEASE listen to the bad reviews here and do not come here. They do not listen to their customers, make them feel little and small, and are truly abrasive and negligent in their duties as notaries and owners of this mail store. Do not trust what they say.
I plan to file a complaint to the notary office.

My husband and I came today for public notary. We Unilocaled this location as we needed our document notarized asap. Mr. Patel, the owner, presented himself as a quiet but nice gentleman. The service provided was good and it’s $ 10 per signature. Credit cards accepted.

Nice family owned business, great service. Got my passport pics taken there last week, ended up submitting my application as well. They do that, I did not know that. So much better than standing in the line at post office. Their charge even less for pics than other places. Had a great experience. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend to others.

Poor Customer service. And if you need a piece of tape, it will cost you $ 1.50 (not the roll, just the piece)

I had to apply for PIO card for my two month old baby and had to get some documents notarized. This place was perfect as it had everything in here, — taking copies, taking passport photographs, notarization, Fedex, taking thumb print for baby etc.
The person was very helpful and also helped us to take thumbprint for our baby. I would definitely recommend this place for notary and for taking passport photos, fedex.

Giving them 2 stars for the $ 2 they charged me for dropping off packages that I have already paid shipping for. That makes no sense at all. They don’t even give u a drop off receipt. When I asked for one, she was going to give me a receipt for the $ 2 that I paid. What am I going to do with that?

A local business run by an old, Indian couple who are both friendly and accommodating!
My friend and I needed to get our fingerprints done for Nursing school, as well as 2 day shipping and decided to go here instead of UPS. We got our fingerprints done quickly and they explained how fast they could ship our official documents for a good price.
The price did seem hefty, but with the shipping to Arizona it seemed pretty reasonable. I looked up other places that had fingerprinting services and they cost a lot more than $ 30. Glad they gave us some paper towels and cleaner to remove the excess fingerprint ink as well
I’d definitely come back because of their professionalism and how caring they seemed to be. Yay, for supporting local businesses!

Went in for a notary service with an apostil. Service was great and they were curteous and friendly. Called them couple times with some questions and they were very helpful.

Go there weekly to pick my mail. Great service. They keep the big size packages safe. I had to get my photograph taken for passport/​visas. Owners helped right away and gave a lot of useful information about the forms I needed to fill. Got notary service as well. Again, owners were very helpful and very informative about everything.

Went in to have ink fingerprints done for a background check. Service was friendly and efficient. A cute older couple run the place. Fingerprinting seemed pricey (31 $ for a sheet? Maybe that’s normal, not exactly up to speed on typical fingerprinting costs), but the friendly conversation and good service made up for the price. Would definitely come back!

Fast, friendly and convenient service from a nice family owned business. I had to get LiveScan fingerprints done here and they were very professional and courteous. Had some questions over the phone and they were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.

the owner and his wife two wonderful people. Jay is so brilliant with his immigration knowledge he will do all the paper work for you, he helped me fill and process all my documents for my American citizenship and OCI for the entire family and everything was done at a very decent cost, actually you don’t mind paying for such good help more so they are so friendly and always smiling. They make you feel like a part of their family and your work gets done to the best. Five stars to E-​Z mail for their service.

I would NOT recommend this place when there are other near by notary, ups, copy places. I called to make an appointment and the woman was rude to me. I called back to confirm some information and she gave me even more attitude. Once I arrived she was on a personal phone call almost the ENTIRE time. When I asked for a receipt she couldn’t produce one. I felt as though I was burdening her by giving her my business. The shop itself did not look organized either. Go to the ups across the street for better services!

Fast, friendly, courteous service. I had my fingerprints manually inked here, for an employer’s background check. Would have been nice if they wore latex gloves while handling my fingers, but they did give me free doses of hand sanitizer solution and paper towel wipes afterwards.
Well-​stocked with assorted envelopes for mailing, convenient shipping service and service prices were reasonable. Very accommodating to my shipping needs (offered free pieces of tape, wet sponge for sealing envelope, etc.).
I would recommend this place.
