After my horrendous experience at office depot, I Unilocaled a place that could print a PDF into a 24×24 sized poster and found this gem. It was close to home so I thought I’d give it a try and I am so glad I did! I called before coming to ask about pricing and how the process worked and a man gave me all pricing options and the choice to either email them the PDF or to bring the file on a USB drive. I believe there’s a $ 3 convenience fee if they have to access the internet for your files, so just bring a USB drive with what you need printed! I believe the man at the counter (I think his name was Francis but I’m not too sure) was the owner and the same person I spoke with on the phone. He exemplified amazing customer service. He quoted me half an hour for the poster to be cut and dried, and suggested I wait for him to call when it was ready. Since I was already in the area, I just ran a quick errand and got back in 20 minutes. It was still drying so I let it dry for a little longer and then it was pretty much ready to go. I would absolutely come back for any future printing needs. Thank you for the fast and amazing service! I paid about $ 19 for the 24×24 printed poster, which is the same price you would pay at office depot, minus the headache!

Saved my life! I had to print about ~15 pages of documents to show my credentials and sign paperwork for a new job. I found Copy Plus on Unilocal about an hour before I had to go in to the office with my paperwork and the entire process went smoothly.
I emailed the documents to them (email is
), printed it, and paid for them in less than 15 minutes. A word of caution: If you need to email them, do it before hand. They do not have public wifi (at least to my knowledge) so I used the hotspot on my phone.
The lady who worked at the front is willing to help though she’s not exuding with excitement by any means. I don’t know what the process is for more complex orders as well so you’d have to read other reviews for that.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The prints I requested were made the same day. This shop offers several different types of services, including notary, banners and posters, as well as keys and fax services. This place is also a FedEx drop off location.
I recommend this shop if you are looking to have something printed fast.
Another perk of this shop is that they have a business in the back call design outlet that makes apparel wear at a decent price.

Okay I have a lot to say about this place.
I had a really good experience with this place last time so decided to come again even though it’s pretty far away from my place.
Idk what was the tough life of the printer for the past two months but im pretty damn sure it must be tough as hell. The quality is going down like a roller coaster. Me and two friends came here to print a total of 7 posters. More than half of our posters need to reprint because of the quality. Some areas on the poster are faded out and some of the fonts even have shadows behind them (was not on the original design). You can actually see some lines on the poster like it’s out of ink or sth (it’s not really noticeable from far away but still). The reprinted posters are better but still noticeable. We didn’t want to stay any longer to reprint it again since my friends were there for 4 hours (yup)and I was there for two hours and the girl who printed for us was kinda mad. Oh and the professor told my friend to print it at somewhere else next time since the quality isn’t good.
Aside from the printer quality, the girl obviously is confused and mad. So one of my posters and my friend’s poster didn’t come out as the size we required. She reprinted my friend’s poster and recut it but no apologies. For my poster, she adds a border on the left side and cut out my right side. I told her this is not how I want it and she argued with me that if you don’t want a border you have to tell me but the thing is there is no border on my design and that didn’t even consider as a border, she just add something on my design and cut off the other thing. Isn’t it a common sense to print what your customer ask you to print? Luckily the super friendly boss came out to help. I bet he was confused by the girl either. He told the girl to reprint it and the poster isn’t the right size as well.
Honestly if you have bad customer service and really good quality, I would still come back again. But bad customer service and bad quality cannot exist at the same time. The only thing that still attract me is the price or maybe the friendly guy from last time. One of the two stars is for the price and another star is for the friendly boss.

My printer at home broke so I came here to print my resume. The person behind the counter was very helpful and he offered me «resume» paper which is a much fancier paper for your resume. The charge for six copy is 3 dollars, and they only charge 50 cents per piece. I will definitely recommend friends for this fancy paper, and I will totally come back if I need more.

This was my first time here I needed to print some journal articles and the girl working behind the counter was rude and not very helpful at all, I felt like she ignored me half the time and whenever I asked her a question she seemed like she wasn’t interested in really answering them, it seemed like she was working on her hw assignments while trying to help me out. I forgot my wallet and she charged me one extra dollar for every article on my visa what a rip off. I will NOT be going to this place again the employee there seemed to have an attitude problem and was not very friendly or helpful and totally ripped me off I ended up spending almost 8 dollars for 3 journal articles. Horrible service and a rip off. Left there pretty upset.

I had a great and smoith transaction wuth thisbawrsone printing place and the quality of my tickets and posters was great too!!! Will definitely recommend and use their servuces again in the future

I thought I might give this place a try since I heard good reviews and reasonable price. Price for one page black and white is $ 0.11. Plus to use the computer is extra $ 3, with a maximum of 5 minutes. 1 double sided page cost more than to print two pages! This place is more money driven than going green! In my opinion, that’s a rip off!

I can’t believe this places charges $ 3 to use the computer and print one page (black and white)! Sadly, they weren’t willing to accommodate when I said I had no idea it would cost that much. For that reason, I’d give it no star if possible. It was definitely a mistake going here. Be careful everyone!

I’ve done many prints and reprints for flyers for our shop and Francis always have jobs done on time and reasonable price. I love small shops like his because he pays attention to every jobs and always call us to update us if he catch any mistake.

Came here to Fed Ex an overnight envelope. Customer service was great. Thought I had to fill out the envelope myself, but you just give it to the employee and they print out an envelope label for you. Was out within 10 minutes. By the looks of the place, looks like a «one stop shop» — copy services, fed ex mailing, notary public and you can even get keys made here.

I’ve gone here a good bit. The owner (I believe his name is Vincent) is a really genuine and nice guy who is kind to his customers and was able to give me some solid advice about how he started his business from a tax expert perspective.
I have printed a lot of graphic art here and the prices are certainly better than Kinko’s.
Their tax preparation prices are definitely competitive and they will take good care of you here.
I just wish there was some heavier photo-​glossy card stock here!

This is my emergency spot to go to when my printer is out of ink. You can easily go in, borrow their comp and print out what you need. And unlike kinkos, you won’t be charged by the minute.

forget kinkos. better service and less expensive. their space is a little bit small though. and they do get busy sometimes.
