Excellent work! My mother who has couches that probably haven’t been cleaned in 20+ years were looking old and dull. The process Gerald uses is fantastic in cleaning a very old fabric. The amount of dirt he was able to extract was unbelievable. Now these couches look like they are white again.
Also cleaned 2 club style chairs that had a velour type fabric and they also look good as new. We will be using Dynamic Carpet and Restoration again for sure.

Gerald is the best. He takes his time to ensure your carpets are fully cleaned. I used to run my own carpet cleaning business in the 90’s so I know when someone is good. He is professional and communicates very well and will let you know any concerns he has. Today, I had my cleaning lady show up and she complimented me on our new carpets. I told her they are the same carpets we had for 11 years, just cleaned very well. She was shocked. I also have a Lab and a Cat so cleaning my carpets can be a challenge. If you are looking for cheap carpet cleaning, look elsewhere. You get what you pay for and I even gave him more than his quote because of the spectacular job he did.

Five stars aren’t enough for Gerald! My 10 year old couch wasn’t in terrible shape but it now looks good as new. I was planning to have him clean our carpets too but we’ve decided to replace them very soon with hardwood instead. I’ve never really had a professional clean my carpets before but I can tell you if he does half as good a job on carpet as he did my couch, he’s worth every penny and more. I will be highly recommending Gerald to all my friends and family.

I recently bought a condo that has an older carpet with ripples. I called Gerald to see if he could stretch it and clean it. He arrived on time and wow, what a job it is to stretch carpet, he did an excellent job. He cleaned it thoroughly as well and now I can probably get 10 more years out of it as it looks brand new! I am absolutely thrilled with the results and am so thankful to him for saving me from having to buy a brand new carpet. I recommend him highly, he is the REAL rug doctor.

I spoke with Gerald for the first time over the phone. He is very courteous and explained the carpet cleaning process. He gave me appointment and came on time. He was doing very detail in cleaning. He was doing it with patience. Carpet got cleaned very nicely.

We have a heavy commercial-​grade living/​dining room carpet which gradually developed some ripples. The treatment was challenged by some large heavy furniture which would have been very difficult to move. Gerald surveyed the situation and though requiring a lot of extra work, was cleverly able to successfully re-​stretch the carpet with the heavy furniture in place. He clearly understands carpet and is able to successfully work with problematic situations. Highly recommended!

Our Persian rug was one of a few casualties of a mold infestation that we encountered a couple of months ago. A shower faucet had leaked behind our wall for long enough to require the need for a mold remediation company. The first person, in a long list of contractors, was fortunately Gerald from Dynamic, who we found both on Unilocal and Angie’s List, instantly put our minds at rest at ease as far as knowing our valued rug was in good hands. The mold had eaten into the fabric that was underneath our antique desk so Gerald had to first thoroughly clean the 6ft X 9ft rug and then patch the holes. His company is capable of actually re-​weaving the rug but, in order to match the pattern, etc., the cost ramped up to a point where we opted for the ‘clean ‘n patch’ option, but I was impressed with their expertise to do the re-​weave. Gerald was kind enough to keep our carpet until the mold remediation was completed last week. His pricing was extremely reasonable and that, mixed with his obviously strong work ethic, has made him our lifelong carpet expert & go to guy. This guy is worth a sixth star!

If I can give anybody a 100 star it will be this man Gerald…
Flexible and does such a perfect job. My carpet was full of pet pee stains because my pet has a bladder issue. It looked ghastly — lucky for us we had no odor because we used urine destroyer. But that left so many stains behind. But Gerald was quick to give us a quote and came and did an awesome job — our carpet looks spanking new :)
We were considering having a clean up with Gerald initially and replace it next yr —- now we are thinking we ll just get our friend in another 6 months for another clean up and keep our carpet.

My husband and I are happy we found Gerald. Gerald is a true professional who takes great pride in his work and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied with the results.
He used the truck mount system is powerful and efficient. He uses many hoses plus a three step process to make sure that the carpets come out looking like new. Chemical cleaner, deep brushing and then a deep cleaning with a rotary cleaner that I have never seen before, the results amazed me.
I highly recommend Dynamic and Gerald. Will referral his service to all my friends and people out there looking for carpet cleaning.

I have been working with Dynamic and Gerald for several years. First, he cleaned the carpets at my condo, then carpets at my office, and now carpets at our new house. He’s reliable, fair, and hard working. He uses clean products and overall I have been very happy with every cleaning we get. My only gripe is that many times you have to leave a message, but he always calls back.

We had Gerald to clean a 2 BRD apartment — and the service was great! He was very responsive and patient, walking me through the quotes on the phone and answering all my questions. He’s also flexible with his schedules, calling me couple times to confirm and reschedule to find a time that works for both of us. On the day of cleaning, he was on time, efficient, courteous; most important of all, our carpet was sparkling clean (my husband even said it’s a different shade of color even it was not in that bad of a condition prior to cleaning)!
Highly recommended, and will definitely use his service again!

I wish I could give 6 stars, frankly.
First, let me begin by reminding folks what it’s like with vendors and contractors often times — empty promises, lack of punctuality, lack of caring. With Gerald, I think I have had one of the most painless, positive experiences EVER, during one of the most stressful couple of weeks of my life.
He is punctual.
He is unbelievably kind and respectful.
He takes an OBSCENE level of pride in his work.
He does something OTHERS DO NOT.
I had a DECADE of high traffic soil on white carpet that three chemical and steam cleaners couldn’t remove. I had a two year old yellow stain from a dog with a sick stomach. I had an area rug over it. I had given up. When I needed to prep my home for sale, I thought I would try ONE LAST TIME, and I found DYNAMIC. Gerald has a unique three-​tiered system — I’ve never seen anything like it. By the time he was done, my real estate agent said the carpets looked brand new. Those carpets helped sell my home. Period. I was able to remove the area rug and show off the carpet in a way I hadn’t done in years and years — and I had just had the carpets done a YEAR ago… but they did NOT look like this, of that I can assure you.
You are doing yourself and your home a disservice if you don’t work with Dynamic. I referred him to my agent within 24 hours, and look forward to hiring his company again when we need it. It’s clear when Gerald works in your home, he is treating it as he would his own. THAT’S A RARITY.

Recently I rented my condo to a new tenants. My previous tenant did ruin all carpets. They had pets inside home and odor was smelt even from outside. So I had no chance rather than find a professional cleaner to do the cleaning.
I found them through a friend. They did the job. Most of my carpets are clean now, still some parts have a little dirt. But the smell is totally gone.
If you are renting your property make sure not to give it to pet owners.

It’s after 10pm on a Friday night and Gerald is still hard at work making sure our carpets are thoroughly cleaned. After 4 years of stains and dog accidents, our carpets look brand-​spankin new! He also did an amazing job stretching out our carpets. A real, honest, hard working guy.

I recently moved out of my 2br condo. I hired Gerald to perform his 3-​stage deep cleaning to the entire condo. Unfortunately, my dogs stunk up the carpets pretty bad and I wasn’t sure if I would get my full security deposit back. Well, Gerald worked miracles! The carpets were restored to near-​brand-​new condition. His 3-​stage deep cleaning process works wonders to remove dog funk. After the carpets dried for a few days and the condo was aired out, it was like my dogs had never been in the condo! I got my entire security deposit back! Also, his prices were very fair, about 5−10% less than I was quoted by some other local carpet cleaning companies.
