Steaming Mad Carpets & Upholstery

I had a professional appointment set up with Kevin Meek and Steaming Mad Carpets. The first appointment he said he would meet me then he texted me and said sorry traffic was too heavy and was not able to make it. Meanwhile I wasted gas and time waiting for him. I discussed rescheduling and we both agreed to meet today at 10:30am. I called him at 10:15 am while I was waiting for him. He answered and apparently didn’t remember our appointment, but said, «i’m on my way now». 30 minutes went by and never heard anything from him. Called his phone 3 more times and now he doesn’t pick up. Not a very trustworthy person to work with. Highly do not recommend working with a company run by a person who is not interested in being respectful to others time.

I had not had my carpets cleaned in over a year and having a husband who won’t take his shoes off and always eats in the same spot needless to say there was a nice black spot right in front of the couch where he sits, the other areas of the carpet had some spots that I had tried to get out but with no luck. My stairs were getting kind of bad also but I was just not sure who to have come clean since the other company I used before was no longer in business, I heard about Steaming Mad from a family member and decided to give them a try, they did an AWESOME job, all the stains came out even my husbands nasty little area (he’s so happy with it he agreed not to wear his shoes anymore), the stairs look great, all the carpet looks like when I first moved in. Best of all the carpet dried very fast, that was one thing i really worried about. I will definitely be using them every 3 months now, will have them do my couches next. Oh and by the way they are really nice and great guys, very personable

This was the first time we had our carpets cleaned and theses guys did a great job! Quick response to the phone message we left. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Our carpets came out great and the price is unbeatable. We will use Steaming Mad every time.
