In an effort to help our patients meet their dental needs both physically and financially, we will assist you in reaching a comfortable financial solution that will fit your situation. We submit insurance claims on behalf of our patients with insurance companies paying our office directly. In addition, we have in-​house financing as well as several private financing agencies available.

We will do everything possible to maximize your insurance utilization; please do not let the lack of benefits dictate your desired or necessary treatment.

Established in 1994.

Our practice focuses on aesthetic and restorative dentistry for the entire family. We treat patients as young as 3 years old and we have many patients in their 80’s and 90’s. We focus on providing all aspects if general dentistry including routine periodontal (gum) care, treatment of decay utilizing the most advanced techniques for white fillings, onlays, and crowns. We help our patients with many forms of tooth replacement for missing teeth and we love to help our patients look and feel their best with tooth whitening and smile makeovers.

Dr Takeuchi grew up in San Jose and graduated from Leigh High School. He received a bachelor of science degree from The University of the Pacific in 1990. Dr Takeuchi graduated with honors from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry in 1994 and has been in private practice since then. Our dental practice has been serving San Jose for over 85 years! Dr Jack Nakamura and Dr Breene each practiced for over 35 years. Dr. Takeuchi is a member of the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association. Dr. Takeuchi has been in private practice since 1994 and continues to focus on providing state of the art dentistry with a personal touch. He annually exceeds the number of required hours for dental continuing education by over 50%. He combines that with a commitment to providing the best high technology equipment and facilities for his patients and a caring and friendly staff who will strive to ensure that you and your family receive the best care.
