HORRIBLEPLACE! We saw an ad on Craigslist about this place, they had the cheapest price of the phone we wanted so we figured we’d give it a shot since it would be a new phone, what could go wrong right? When we go to the place they tried to do a bait and switch on us. There were signs posted everywhere about what payment methods they accept but they didn’t want to take credit cards from us because we found the ad on CL and they didn’t take credit cards from craigslist ads. Doesn’t make any sense at all! They sold me a cell phone that didn’t work(Brand new BB storm) and refused to do anything to mitigate the situation. They told me the warrany was void cause we took it out of the country. The ONLY reason we took it out of the country was because we thought it was NEW and we wouldn’t have any problems with it. This place is bad and I don’t recommend doing any business with these shady people!

I used to get my phones at Streetel Communications, which is this same place, but under different management. When I came in today to get my mandatory bluetooth(stupid July 1 law), they had moved a couple of doors down and changed their name. Oh, and they no longer carry AT&T, which is a bummer for me because that’s my service. My friend upgraded her phone and got a bluetooth. I had to buy three sets(I’m on a family plan and everyone apparently«needs» me to buy them one). Anyway, the girl hooked us up! Get this: She even let me leave a couple of my business cards on the counter. Free ad space! I love it!
