History
Established in 1987.
Elias DeHerrera and Camelia DeHerrera are Legal Document Assistants. They operate a family owned business providing self-help services for over 25 years. They are authorized by law to provide legal document preparation services to consumers and are registered and bonded in the County of Santa Clara. Elias and Camelia are bilingual (English/Spanish). In 1987 they founded D&C Paralegal Service in San Jose, California (Santa Clara County). The name was later changed to D&C LDA HELP.
