Crystal And Confetti Events

Worked with Taryn and Chanell this past weekend as a DJ/​MC for a 80^th birthday (husband) and 50^th GOLD wedding anniversary.
It was at a beautiful private residence in the Fremont Mission Hills.
It was challenging venue with a slight slope that made loading in and out a bit tricky.
The Crystal and Confetti team handled all the outdoor furniture rentals, bar, décor and parking.
The most important thing in a great event planning team is being flexible because producing events is its own animal. Rolling with whatever comes your way is key.
We had a smashing great event that went overtime and everyone’s on the same page.
I look forward to working with Chanell and Taryn in the future.

Taryn and Chanell were honestly really fun to work with! Before meeting them, I already had in mind what I wanted, but also wanted to know what they thought, and that’s exactly what happened! I told them what I wanted, what I didn’t want, and they literally put it all together for me! I celebrated my 21^st birthday, it was glitter glam themed party, and it was really tough cause the venue didn’t let us have glitter out in the open, but Taryn and Chanell made it happen!
Another thing I thought was also really important was the communication, especially when you want specific details to be exact, communication was definitely key. They were willing to meet up with me a few times, to see the venue and to measure the place, they came with me to my meetings at the venue, and for details of all the decorations. That’s one that I really appreciated because they literally made sure that everything was EXACTLY how I wanted it, before they actually put it together and made it happen. They’ll definitely go around YOUR budget, which is something that I also really liked.
The only one thing that was a little disappointing to me was that they were pushing for a credit card on file, maybe half an hour or so before the party. I totally understand why they needed the card on file, there was nothing wrong with that! But moments before the party when the birthday girl is running around busy and hectic, I’m sure it was just all bad timing! (Knowing I’m just the birthday girl and not the bride or something!) I think it would’ve been a little bit smoother if they ask for credit card on file for any damages maybe a day before the event or something to make it less hectic for the party-​hosts! But without a doubt, I’ll definitely refer them to anyone that’s looking for party planners, they can do whatever you want, just speak up!

Outstandingly organized, this catering and party planning company is fresh, fun and pulls out all the stops. Chanell is a delight to work with, she is flawless in design and décor, and the food is to die for! I highly recommended Crystal & Confetti for ANY and ALL parties, they don’t disappoint.

By far the BEST parties I have ever been to have been planned by Taryn and Chanell. From a last fling before the ring bachelorette party out in the city to one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever attended, they truly know what it takes to make an event unforgettable.
Whatever idea you have for your next event, take it to these two and they’ll make it into a reality, PLUS MORE. Not only do they have the best ideas, but they take the time to look at the little details that make things just that much better.

I attended a party that Crystal and Confetti hosted in Atherton. I was so impressed I hired them to host my «Divorce Party» in Danville. I had a couple ideas that I was tossing around in my head, they took my ideas and made them work and added so much more. From the room rental, food and limo rides. They even planned our hair, makeup, and nails. It was a fantastic night! I highly recommend this company for any type of party!
