Coco Coffee Milk Tea & Snacks

I went back here again about a month ago. I don’t know why I wanted to keep trying. Maybe because it’s close to where I live and I was hoping they will get their act together. I asked for a black milk tea with boba and they gave me black milk tea with these weird little balls filled with some very sweet syrup of some sort. I left it in the fridge for about 30 minutes and when I came back to it, these balls all exploded in the tea and it made the drink taste disgusting. To the garbage it went.

So I tried to give this place another try. What a mistake!
Upon arriving, this place was hot inside! There was an employee, a young man who was on his cellphone. He kept his phone attached to his ear as he took my order.
There’s a beautiful menu sign but it’s false advertisement since they don’t carry all of the items. I ordered a milk tea drink with pearls. The young man said they don’t have any pearls prepared because they don’t sell enough drinks. They should remove it from the menu.
As I waited for my drink, while this guy was on his cell phone preparing my drink and now his phone was on speaker, I took a look around.
This store is confusing…
— Is it a florist?
— Is it a balloon store?
— Is it an ice cream store?
The owner here needs to rethink this store to make more $ and gain more customers.
Upon paying, my change included 1¢. He tells me that he doesn’t have any change and with ease, tells me good-​bye.
I tried to like your store… but it’s not worth my time or money.

It is located on the corner of Alumrock and Capitol Avenues and providing beautiful flowers for party events in your area. If that special little princess of yours loves Hello Kitty… This is the place to find a giant Hello Kitty balloon… They also have wonderful Valentine’s Day bears that say,” I love you!“
I tried their Thai milk tea today. It was very good!
This establishment is very clean and organized. The employee who was here today was just absolutely delightful! She said they have another one this located over and Berryessa… But that store doesn’t sell balloons…
Sometimes the lines at Safeway or Lucky are so busy when you’re trying to get balloons for graduation… This would be a good alternative place to go find balloons if you need to have them for that kind of event!
A big plus… $.99 ice cream cones on Tuesday from 5 PM to 9 PM!
Go go to Coco and have the time of your life! And when you do… Tell them you read about them on Unilocal!PS… Tell them Karen sent you!

I love how the cashier was very cute and helpful. She was very helpful and I like how she label my drink for me. They use fresh avocado and the ice cream was hella bomb. Plus the guy who made my drinks was very good at his job. I would be coming back to try their other drink.
