Wow how the heck do u run out of ranch. doesn’t someone take inventory! Had I known I would’ve just canceled but the cashier told me I can’t…WTF!

Came in and ordered the chicken tenders. It tasted as if they were reheated and wasn’t really crispy. I wouldn’t recommend coming here even for a quick fix.

We just left their drive thru around 8:40 PM (Sunday 12/​27/​2015), and the woman operating the intercom was arguing against us on our order. The sign said street tacos, 3 taco combo, $ 3.99.
On the screen she put 2 street tacos, a drink, chips, $ 8.49. She said that what we wanted was on the screen.
Woman, how can you tell us it’s not $ 3.99? It’s right there on your physical board. Why would we make this up? Step outside to see the drive thru sign or let us come up and discuss one to one. She kept arguing her point.
We said good night. Went to the milpitas location down the road. Management please address this.

There was a lot of hair on my burger. It was so nasty I disnt even eat it at all! I won’t ever come to location and the guys restroom close the while time and don’t have the keys. Like really. Managers should have the keys. Not coming back at all

Beware your food may be prepared with no gloves. Now you wonder why people get food poisoning such as that Shigella outbreak. My cousin complained about the worker not having gloves and instead of them being apologetic, they were offended! Bs!!! Stay away!

I ordered ½ lb guacamole bacon thick burger and jalapeño popper. Came home to find the burger with little amount of guacamole. I was expecting to see more guacamole. Maybe next time I just pay extra for extra guacamole perhaps. Other than that, the service was prompt and the food came out fast.

My boyfriend and I rarely ever eat fast food but tonight we wanted something quick. We decided to go to Carl’s Jr since they are suppose to be quality fast food with their expensive burgers. I use to love Carl’s Jr but tonight turned me off. The drive thru night shift lady here is extremely rude and is unattentive to customers. First, she gave us the wrong drink. Then we pulled out of the drive thru and realized we were missing fries. The front door was locked but I knocked any way. She looked at me like she was already annoyed and told me to walk around the drive thru. I walk around and there is a car that was also upset at her service. She gave them their change and the coins just dropped on the floor. She didn’t even acknowledge or apologize that she dropped the coins. I ended up picking them up for the customers. She then gave me the fries but was very rude about it. We finally get home and the food was so sloppy and served cold. This establishment gives the Carl’s Jr franchise a bad name. I will never eat at this location again. NIGHT SHIFT LADY IS SO RUDE!!!
I typically never give bad Unilocal reviews but I felt compelled to do so due to the horrible customer service and sloppy cold food.

The service here sucks! I would not consider this a fast food restaurant. I recently went to the drive through and waiting about 20 minutes to get my food. When I was up to pay, it seemed as if the lady «threw» my card at me. It didn’t reach my hand and feel outside to the ground. All she said was, «Sorry, it went that way». I then got out of my car and it took me forever to find. It wasn’t in the direction she pointed. It was way underneath my car. Never going to this place again! Sloppy service!

The food is not really that bad. However you get something that tastes like McDonald’s with a much higher price tag. The portion is indeed quite big for their thick burger but I completely don’t think it worth the money.

I’ve never complained about a restaurant and it’s honestly sad to even make one. Got burgers with my family, as I was practically devouring my burger I put it down so I can open up some buttermilk. and when I was going to put buttermilk on my burger I look at it and see mold all over my bottom bun!!! That is the most disgusting thing ever!!! Sadly my bf had already finished his, which I’m sure had mold on it as well. I’m sad to say I will not eat at this place ever. The woman that works the night shift is also rude, and careless about the customers, and I say this due to past experience, I’ve waited over 20 – 25 mins at a «FAST FOOD» joint, what is the purpose of a drive thru if your not going to get fast service? Okay, going back to the food and my moldy rotten bun, that is just a very very serious health issue and this place needs to get revisited by the food & health department. I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star, but Unilocal is a bit generous.

Very expensive for a fast food worse than Burger King McDonald’s this is why we say God Bless In N Out. Worse than I ever ate their before the food was between bad to satisfactory never get the spicy chicken sandwich it was bad I just give 2 star for the customer service.

They serve you food, fast food, burger falling apart, not enough sauce, not freshly made, I received a re-​warmed up burger that was somewhat stale. The onion rings were rubbery, but very tasty. Good luck keeping alive in a competitive market if you can’t serve it as fresh. Fries were rubbery and not enough in my container. If I order large, and pay the up charge for it, make sure you fill up my container, not just serve me food. That’s not how I want to eat. I want to get what I pay for people. Learn how to be successful and grow up workers. They didn’t care, I almost walked back and asked for my money back due to bad food. But I was hungry, and that’s why you got a star.

Every time I come here I have to anticipate a 20 minute wait. It’s usually do to the employees not paying much attention and messing up orders.
I clearly asked for:
Famous star meal with criss cut fries and a sprite
Extra order or criss cuts
Order of fried zucchinis
Chicken tenders
Ranch, and BBQ sauce
And a chocolate cake
Was not impolite and spoke very clear.
The girl was nice… she handed me my drink then the bag of food… then a chocolate shake. I told her i asked for cake. She looked at me like I messed up and naturally I felt bad so I paid for the cake on the side (another 5 minutes) Hands me my change and I’m still waiting for sauce. Still no straws .ask for the sauces again and some straws. she brings each item one by one! BBQ walks away, I ask for the ranch and sauce for the tenders. Hands them over and walks away. I ask for straws when she comes back around. finally fed up and drive off.
Get home and I’m missing an order of criss cut fries I was billed for and my Burger was wrong.

The lady who is cleaning the table with a dirty rug is the one who make our hamburger she dont even wash her hands so in the end i refunded our money.

Closest CarL’s Jr location to my home. One of those dual fast food joints– serving both CarL’s Jr menu as well as the Green Burrito food items.
Typical fast food joint with the perks of having a mini Mexican condiment bar because of the Mexican food being served. YUM! AYCE: jalapeños, HOT banana peppers, & salsa fresca.
Good tasting food, cheap prices, and quick service. SCORE!

The thickburgers now come in ½lb patty size.

So awkward in there even though it was 2PM… It’s one of those carl’s jr places that’s connected to green burrito. It’s either just me or the awkward place because I couldn’t eat my chili fries! Didn’t even touch my cod sandwich too even though they were freaking $ 8 all together without a drink.

I would say the food is at the top of choices for fast food. It may take a long time to get the food, but it’s always fresh.

Bought a page full of coupon tear-​outs at work because it was an impulse buy and because I felt bad for the girl that was just standing there underneath the tree out in the parking lot w/​no potential customers around.
There were a lot of deals but I didn’t want to spend a lot so I kept my spendings low. I got this deal for $ 5.99 and for Cold Stone for $ 10.99. Either a free burger w/​a purchase of a small beverage or a free burger w/​a purchase of a burger and a drink. It wasn’t too shabby seeing as how I love burgers.
I came this past Saturday. Customer service was nonexistence at first but after my order was ready, the lady delivered it to my table w/​a smile; I can’t complain. I tore off the «Free Western Bacon Burger w/​a Purchase of a Small Beverage» however, I added an order of waffle fries. Not the greatest but definitely satisfied my burger craving.
The dine-​in area was kept decent but the front lobby (where you order and pay) needed a sweep. Other than the usual stuff about any/​all fast food joint, I’ll be coming more often because my coupon expires at the end of this year!
