Meet the Business Owner
M Cecilia S.
Business Owner
Having an interest in dogs and animal training since childhood, Cecilia started training her own dogs from the age of 12. It wasn’t until a few years after college, however, that she became involved in the profession of dog training. In 1992, she started out with a Flyball and Agility club, and teaching pet dog classes to earn money for team competition fees.
She continued to work part time in the dog training field, getting her CPDT certification in 2003. In 2004 she finally «took the plunge» and launched into the full-time career of dog training and behavior counseling.
Now she specializes in dog sports and working with children and dogs. Her primary work is in behavior counseling as well as dog sports, specializing in high drive dogs. As a public service, she offers no-cost child-dog safety presentations to schools and other organizations.
