This company is a JOKE!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM! They will rip you off and NEVER answer your phone calls!

For those that want to get straight to the point, let me start with the basics, DO NOT hire this company if you are looking for a reliable, high quality vendor that cares about their clients. I had a terrible experience hiring them for my daughter’s 1^st birthday party and I will NEVER consider them again for any of my events, nor would I recommend them to anyone I care about because it will only lead to headaches, frustration and a mountain of phone calls/​emails that will lead nowhere.

I’m in San Jose, CA, and learned that this company was trying to expand up north and has someone handling the service up here. I decided to give them a shot since they had some decent reviews and competitive pricing, and while I knew I was not going to get the cream of the crop, I certainly did not expect to get the bottom of the barrel. Drew (who lives down South) has someone named, Jensen, running his operation up here, and let’s just say that professionalism, responsibility and reliability are not any of his strong suits.
He employed a girl to work our party, and she started the day off being 30 mins late from her scheduled arrival time to our event. Once she arrived, she had issues setting up the booth and could not get up and running for over an hour. Keep in mind, our party was only to be about 4 hours total, so we are now 1.5 hrs behind schedule and none of my guests were able to use the booth until about the last hour of the party.
She made several calls and finally Jensen appeared to try and take care of the situation. He assured me everything would work out OK, would discount the package a bit to make up for the debacle, and would ensure a USB stick with all my images would be sent to me after the event. Well, out of all the things that he promised, only one thing got taken care of and that was a small discount, but the quality of the images and the memories book was terrible, so I didn’t even feel very good about the discount. At the end of the party, the girl who worked for him could not even take down her booth alone and needed to ask several of my guests to help her so that we could get out of the hall we rented in time without penalty. Totally unacceptable in my opinion!
I contacted Drew a few days after the party to complain about my experience and let him know everything that had happened. While he did apologize and seemed genuinely interested in making things right, his focus on making things right with me was short-​lived. He basically left me to deal with Jensen alone, and I have spent several weeks through phone and email trying to reach Jensen to get everything straightened out. His replies come several days later and then he disappears off the face of the earth and never follows through with any of his promises. Somehow, his computer crashed, lost all the images from our event, never sent me my USB drive and has yet to address any kind of refund with me successfully.
I can’t believe how much time and patience I have wasted dealing with this company, and I’m left with nothing except an awful review for a company trying to sell customer service and memories. Don’t give them your time and money unless you want to risk an experience as awful as mine. These people are not professionals and do not deserve your hard-​earned money!
