Burger King

This location seems to be cleaner than other locations. I feel a bit safer eating at this location. This place gets three stars because the lady who was behind me got her order before I did. On top of that, the guy who was handing out the orders walked outside and the cashier just stood there talking to her Co workers while I could clearly see my order sitting on the ready to bag area. After 5 minutes, I finally got out my seat and walked up to the counter. Then, the cashier finally looked at me and grabbed my order. Get the orders out first before taking it easy, your customers will feel more appreciated

This has got to stop. My family of five wonderful children got eerily sick from this specific Burger King. My first kid dropped down after finishing his second milkshake either in disgust or as some sort of protest. My second kid groaned in utter pain from the food he just ate. I also feel weird after eating their new Halloween from hell burger. Never have i experienced this with any type of food regardless of its fast food agenda. Not only will i not be coming back, but i will be filing a case in the near future. May anyone who dares enter in this burger king have mercy on their stomach and soul.

Horrible service and the food was cold. The place was not clean and the workers and management seemed like they were hating life. I couldn’t wait to get out of that place. I prefer McD’s also it’s better food, better service and a clean restaurant. I would not recommend…

9÷30÷15: Since we all know what Burger King is about, and many of us are know their food more intimately than we should, most people don’t usually write reviews for such ubiquitous fast food joints unless to note something truly awful. Well, today I experienced something noteworthy as well, but of the good kind!
My main reason for coming tonight was to investigate their black burger. I was so jealous when I saw pictures of black burgers in Japan’s Burger Kings. Well, it appears the American side came to their senses and found a way to put these gorgeous things in our face, disguised as a Halloween special.
Anyway, burger aside, I was pleasantly surprised by the service!!! I know huh… never would expect that. There’s one cashier who has colored hair – blue if I remember correctly who was especially nice and always had a huge smile on her face. And I think the other person next to her was the manager, and he was very nice too. After I took my order they laughed and conversed with each other politely.
That’s VERY DIFFERENT from almost 99% of other fast food experiences where the counter and kitchen people tend to tell dumb inside jokes super loudly, but no one in the dining area knows wtf they’re talking about. You probably know what I’m talking about.
That’s also very different from the typical teleprompter cashiers who follow their script so closely…
«Hi. Can I get a whopper with cheese for here?»
«Is that the meal?»
«No.»
“You don’t want the meal?”
«No.»
“Is that to go?”
«No.»
etc.
Anyway, that’s not what happened today. Totally the opposite. Definitely one of the better Burger Kings out there.

Not really a fan of Burger King to begin with, but for some reason everything from this location has a strange metallic taste…
I know the burgers are «flame broiled» but the after-​taste from the burgers and the chicken nuggets are the same, which really makes me wonder…
Also, this location is in the middle of a plaza — just not the way I expect to see a fast-​food establishment here in San Jose…

This place is always clean, friendly and fast!
I love that Burger King offers veggie burgers, they’re not the best but are pretty good for a quick & filling meal. Now that I work nearby I’ve been stopping by more often to grab lunch and am always pleased with my food. Also like that they don’t seem to charge for sauces.
The fries are always hot too!

Burger King associates were all very friendly, saying «Hi» while i waited 10 minutes for coffee. menu is large, easy to read. pricey too.

Bad experience. My husband had went to this Burger King went home and found they shorted us a whopper. He didn’t check the bag there because he was the only one in line and he was getting self-​serve drinks. He did see 2 whoppers on the line that were wrapped and ready to go assuming they were his. So he trusted that the worker would do his job correctly and put the complete order in the bag. After calling 5 times he finally got ahold of someone. He spoke to the manager explaining the situation and the «MANAGER» insisted that he couldn’t do anything about it but give a free whopper. The manager had a careless and unfriendly tone. He won’t refund the money which is quite upsetting considering all the time he wasted. Our daughter was hungry and we didn’t want to keep her from eating. It’s an unfortunate situation because we don’t eat out much and we thought we’d have a family movie night and enjoy a meal from Burger King as a treat. That was ruined. I find it disappointing and unprofessional that the manager doesn’t put customer service first. I hope any one else does not have an experience like this.

Clean place, good service. Better quality food here in my opinion.
This place is the KING of all burgers in America; they don’t call it Burger King for no reason. I usually come here about once a week, but since I’m on a weight loss diet, I tend to eat just about three burgers and a diet drink here, rather than my four burger meal (they currently have 2 for $ 5 mix and match deal.)
In conclusion, this place is great. Workers are cool, sauces are free (unlike some of the McDonalds I’ve been to) like most BK’s. Also, what better way to spend you day then to watch a movie next door? If I was pretty enough for a hot date, I’d totally take her here.

It has been many years since I’ve sat down in a Burger King, and I have only had food to go from BK once in the past approx. 5 years but this place was amazing!
Ist — clean! — WHAAAT?
2^nd — pleasant!
3^rd — got the order right!
4^th — friendly intelligent staff!
5^th — food was fresh and hot!
If all Burger Kings were like this one, I may stop by more that once or twice every 5 years!

this is the best burger king ive ever went to. seriously, their service is genuine, they build the burgers perfect and neat. they are a humble crew. its always clean.

Took a while for my order yet hit the spot!

Honestly, Jack in the Box for any franchise burger joint for me. Cravings and all that decided I should have Burger King today. I decided for something I’ve never ever had here before. And I’m glad I did :)
$ 7.79 total for a meal that over-​stuffed me. Which meal? #10! and tacos!
Alaskan fish sammich, small fries and drink meal. Wow, this cannot even compare to the fish fillet sandwich at McD. Unlike McD, there was a mouthful of fish in each bite, the fish pattie itself was HUGE, more than double the size at McD and wayyyyyy tastier and juicier! Even the buns were fluffy to bite into. not all crust like most burger joints.
What the… was my reaction to seeing tacos served there at Burger King, my first impression was, trying to be like Jack in the Box? But I’m also happy and glad I ordered this. $ 1 for 2 tacos that is not greasy, constantly crunchy, actually taste the meat and cheese like one should, and huge lettuce piece not like the shredded ones. I will go here for cheap instant tacos from now on.
Sweet potato curly fries — it says its seasoned, but it tasted like any other sweet potatos minus the seasoning. but it was still good!
Sadness — there was no ice cream or sundae’s of any kind. it just says «coming soon» they only served milkshake. After pigging out, I was totally craving an ice cream cone. Way bummer. Way, way Bummer.
Dining area clean, the employee often wiped the windows and tables as I was eating there. Constant cleaning. Major plus for that :) — Restrooms, one stall is missing the locks, and there is no baby changing table in there at all!

Service was good. Clean bathrooms too.

I do love this place and my food is never cold and I have never had a bad experience which is why I keep coming back. I do love their fries… yum… The workers are always friendly instead of the gloomy attitude you experience at some other shitty places. Definitely would recommend this and keep coming back!

How is it possible to give a Burger King 5 stars when it doesn’t even have a drive-​through? Easy… great customer service, well prepared food and sometimes it is nice to sit down and have a Whopper, fries, shake, etc. without having to worry about spilling all over your car or being cooled by the time you get home. It is always clean and even has a play area for kids. It is in a convenient location next to a Cinelux theater (nothing like a burger before or after a long movie), gym (ironic :)), etc. This is not the closest Burger King to my home but it certainly my favorite.

This place has fresh frys. The staff are friendly. The place is always clean. The whoppers are tasty.

Burger King has got to be one of the better fast food restaurants. The Whopper just really hits the spot.
Tell me why I was excited to learn that the Burger King on Blossom Hill (across the street from Oakridge) is 24 hours! That is about to become my post Bar destination on my way home.

I like to get fast food once in awhile. Burger King’s whopper is far superior to any other fast food burger. I also like the play set at this particular location. I can fill the kids with junk food and they can play some of it off their booties. I can then sit back and relax while the food takes it’s spot right on my BUTT! YEE-​HAW!
P. S. They onion rings are served with a spicy dipping sauce. SOOOOO TASTY!
