Miguel and his team at Blue Splash are the best!!! They gave me a quote early in the week and were able to make it out that weekend to fix leaks under my spa. Miguel identified 3 leaks under my spa. They knocked the whole job out including the concrete work in one day. Since then I have had Miguel out for a few things (i.e., Pool Cleaning, pump replacement, etc.). I have dropped my other pool guy and have only gone to Miguel since. He is prompt, punctual, and does excellent work. Hands down the best pool guy I have worked with.

I’ve had a small pool leak for over several years. I finally realized how much the water bills been adding up for wasted water, not to mention our California drought. I decided to call Miguel at Blue splash pools. He came out right away and spent over three hour checking out all possible leaks in my pool. We identified 3 culprits. He fixed 2 of 3 leaks ad no additional charge. He is very professional in his manner and did a clean job. No pushy sales tactic to fix the third leak as that one will be costly. He did give a reasonable estimate though. When I’m ready to fix it I’m definitely calling him. I noticed after a couple of days the repairs he did cut my water loss by 90%. I highly recommend Miguel at Blue splash pools so start saving our water today.

There is nothing worse than discovering you have a leaky pool during a drought. Well, maybe that the source of the leak is buried beneath you outdoor kitchen.
Miguel and team did a fabulous job of identifying the problem and solving it without breaking the bank. The work was thorough, fast and clean. When they left the job, it was like they had never been there.
Other kick-​ass traits — always on time and very communicative. A situation that terrorized me with fear of a five-​figure fix, was discovered and solved in a week for a helluva lot less than that.
Two months later and it’s all good. My $ 800+ water bill is now back to normal at $ 150. Thanks guys!

I called this guy on Monday and specifically asked if they give free estimates, as I have a leak in my pool, He said «yes, we give free estimates.»
So I schedule him to come look at my pool. He comes to my house but never calls me like he said he would with an estimate. I call him and he says «It’s $ 300.00 for him to find the leak» then AFTER I send him the check through the mail and he receives it THEN he will give me an estimate! You dont give free estimates if I have to pay you $ 300.00 first!
Don’t bother with this company. All they want is your money!

My pool has had small leak over 4 years since I bought the house. It suddenly leaked severely this Feb. I lost over 1 inch of water everyday. I am so glad I found Blue Splash Pool Service, Miguel, the owner of the company is very knowledgeable and provided fantastic service. He has very busy schedule, but still managed to come to my house to check out the leak and give me a free estimate. Quite a lot of pool companies I have worked with charge at least $ 75 for coming in for estimate. I decided to let Blue Splash did the work. Miguel and his workers are professional, well equipped, and very efficient. It turned out that one of pipe underneath concrete is leaking. They broke the concrete and replaced the pipe. I am very satisfied with the outcome. For the first time since I owed the pool, there is no leak, and pool is in excellent condition. On top of great quality service, they offer the best price. I have worked with quite a few pool service company, Miguel and his company gave me the most satisfying outcome.

Nice people but untortunately they were wrong about finding the leak. We paid for detection and the repair and pool is still leaking. I called 2x and they never called back. Now I have to call another leak detection company. the saying is true — you get what you pay for!

Our pool has been losing water and I suspected a crack in the suction lines. Other leak detection companies were reluctant to test these lines because of access issues. Blue Splash however, went ahead, with the help of their custom built detection equipment to test all suction lines (skimmer suction, spa drain and main drain), all pressure lines (spa, aerator, pool returns, cleaner) and the underwater pool lights. No plumbing leaks were found which was a relief since repairs might have required jack-​hammering the pool deck! However, additional sleuthing found that one of the skimmers had hairline cracks that were leaking (demonstrated with dye) and that the coping stone grout at the spa spillway was leaking (water was traveling underneath the coping stone base and exiting into the surrounding soil). Blue Splash recommend repairing the leaks with epoxy. They came back the following week and spent half a day applying epoxy to the necessary areas. The repairs are excellent and you have to know exactly where to look to notice the epoxy (which effectively blends in with the existing grout).
I found the owner/​operator to be very high integrity and proud of his business and results. He arrived on-​time, had the right equipment (including SCUBA), left the work site spotless. He was articulate about what he found and even repaired a piece of pipe that acts as a vent stack for the aerator (free of charge). This is a company and a man (the owner) you can rely on. He faithfully answered all emails I sent him and arrived promptly at the appointment time. In my opinion, they are under priced compared to other companies that provide less but charge more. I recommend Blue Splash highly!

Great service and fixed several leaks that were difficult due to the fact that they were encased in concrete for the past 14 years. Would not hesitate to recommend or use there service again.
