Best convention based party *ever*.
Klingons, good drinks, Klingon decorations, great drinks, Klingon singing, amazing drinks, Klingon charities benefit, superior drinks and did I mention cool drinks.
Great theme, great fundraiser (for real charities) and great people (once you get past the armor, pointy boots and hostile attitudes).

A man in a Browncoats shirt shuffles up to the bar and drops a couple bucks in the donation bin. «I’ll have a Revenge.»
«REVENGE!» The ridged-​foreheaded man behind the counter shouts as he pulls out a Powerade bottle loaded with rum and vodka among other ingredients. «Revenge is a drink…»
«BEST SERVED COLD!» all the other bar patrons declare in unison.
Klingons really know how to throw a party. While no bat’leth matches erupted during Convolution in Burlingame, lots of people had a good time at this Star Trek klingon-​hosted bar.
At $ 2 suggested donation per themed drink and with all the klingons walking about, maintaining character, we had a blast. Drinks ranged from tasting like spiked Kool-​Aid (Blood Wine) to 90 proof shots of cinnamon and vodka shots (Disrupter Blast) that burned oh so much.
«We don’t speak of WORF! He’s not one of us! He was RAISED BY HUMANS!!» one klingon yelled at a patron who wanted to chat about Worf’s prune juice being considered a «warrior’s drink.»
Black Hole hosts parties at cons all around the Bay Area. As their business card reads: «Available for Conventions, Private parties, and Boarding parties. We guarantee a kill ratio of 12:1!»
