The Showroom at Rubenstein

Went to Ruebensteins to pick out a new shower system for bathroom remodel. Got lots of information and help. Think I went there 4 times to compare items. Worked with Amanda who was very friendly, informative and patient. Very good experience. Would definitely go there again. Really like the look of the Hansgrohe Handheld shower unit that I bought. Looking forward to using it.

Yes as good as it gets. Absolutely positively best service/​price EVER. Worked with Robert who helped me plan my whole new house with two kitchens and 7 baths. Extremely pleasant, precise, accurate and helpful. Many times I had to bug him with questions and changes and he had no issue helping me out every single time. All other people in San Jose showroom are as courteous, pleasant and helpful. This was the best user experience I had through the whole process. Will only do business with them going forward and recommend them 100%.

Robert at Rubenstein Supply saved my sanity during our remodel! He is funny, patient and has great advice. If you’re considering construction, the Rubenstein Showroom is definitely worth your time. In addition to displays of faucets, tubs, sinks, etc., they have two beautiful real functioning bathrooms where you can test drive the showers and washlets! Their separate display of functioning shower heads was helpful too.
Service at Rubenstein was superior. Their prices are very competitive and for fixtures it’s really helpful to see products in person and talk to someone live vs online. Robert ensured that we had everything we needed and Rubenstein delivered on time. Rubenstein is local and they have a huge warehouse. For me, it meant quick delivery, no down-​time in construction plus supporting a local business. A bonus is that the sales people are not on commission. Highly recommend!

Let me just start with saying that we did a full house remodel. With three young kids and having to move out of our house, it was a very difficult time for us.
We did not want a «Home Depot» house. We wanted something that had top-​of-​the-​line fixtures that would not break in a few years. We were willing to spend a little extra on items such as bathroom and kitchen fixtures knowing how much abuse they would take.
Our contractor got us in contact with Rubinstein. The person that was in charge of our account was Heath.
After sitting down with Heath and explaining what we wanted and our objectives, he was able to provide us with the perfect merchandise. Heath explained to us where our money would be best spent. He even advised us NOT to spend money in areas where we thought we needed to.
Because of Heath and the advice he gave us we couldn’t be happier! Our fixtures are PERFECT!
We have been back in our house for almost one year. The two or three times I’ve had questions regarding our fixtures, Heath is always available to answer questions. Heath has even offered to come to our home to help with questions. Heath is always friendly, respectful, professional and never makes me feel stupid for asking a dumb question.
