Best in Class Education Center

I am very disappointed with Ms. Sangeetha, manager/​owner at Best in Class in Cupertino.
I had to give her my bank account so she charge the tutoring directly from my bank account on every first day of the month. When I want to change my daughter’s tutoring classes from two sections a week to one section effective August 1^st, I met her on June 27 and requested a written form for this change. She told me there is no form for this request, and all I need is sending her a notice email, then she will change the automatic withdraw from my bank, which I did in the same day.
It is turned out that she doesn’t want do it even I noticed her more than one month ahead! In August, I had to call my bank to dispute the charge after receiving the Upcoming Charge Notice from my bank, and I let her know immediately that I won’t let my kid taking any tutoring in her center anymore (she still owes me few sections due to previously cancelling the classes during summer without advance notice.)
Until today, I still received the upcoming ACH notice from her center which attempts to charge my bank account again for September’s class!
Being a manager of an education center, I think she should not being greedy, should act professional and respectful to parents, even to the kids (My daughter once told me that she did marketing about some international phone call services to the students during class! What’s terrible! Kids couldn’t make up something like this if it did not really happen!)
