LOVE THIS PLACE! Mike and David (the owners) are always very pleasant and on top of things. I’ve gotten two cars tinted here and they look flawless.

Hey guys don’t get fooled!!!
The guy that first answers is a total duche. He was nice and all but I was trying to get a price check with him and as well as other places. As I found a lower place else where, he was dying to know all the numbers and details. Then he really got pissed off cause he was loosing me over another tinting place. He tried telling me that I was making the wrong mistake cause I should be going to him. Hey it was a really good deal. In fact they did a really good job!
Then he started yelling at me (over the phone!) saying oh it’s my fault saying he’s loosing out on me and his rent needs to be payed by next week. Like he kept repeating himself and telling me all of his nonsense bull. Like I don’t want to hear all this. Then he tried telling me what of a bad person/​customer I was.
Like what happen to the olé «the customer is always right?» Like it’s clear to me and prolly to you too that he’s mad cause he isn’t getting all the business he wants. Maybe it’s because of a lousy job on his tinting? Or maybe it’s because of his bad customer service ON THE PHONE!
To be on the safe side, when calling, make sure you are willing to be threatened and feel terribly uncomfortable.

David and Mike did an awesome job tinting my EVO. They got it done in a very timely manner and provided great service. I highly recommend these guys, they are very professional and I am extremely satisfied with their work.

It was refreshing to receive such an excellent and professional service. The glass had to be sourced for my vehicle and Mike was very particular about his supplier to ensure he got the best quality.

I have been comming to this place for 8 years now. Mike the owner is top notch in customer service and satisfaction! Prices are unbeatable. And he gives a lifetime warranty on his window tint. He just installed a billet chrome mirror on my ’64 fleetside. I was only comfortable taking my truck here because the mirror was custom and needed to be glued on and I know the glue they give u wit the mirror sucks. So mike took great care of me. Thanks buddy!

I can’t say enough about the service I received at Best Auto Glass. After my car was broken in to, I needed a quick repair to my back passenger window.
After calling around all morning and receiving estimates, Best offered me the nicest deal by over $ 100. In addition to having the lowest price, it was also able to get me in sooner than any of the others.
I was told the job would take about an hour – it required exactly that. When it was time to pay, there were no extra fees and I was happily on my way.
Best Auto Glass made this experience as pleasant as possible and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in need of similar services.

I was really impressed with these guys. After a smash & grab I was left with 2 busted windows and glass all over the inside of my car. Best Auto Glass was super polite and empathetic. They were able to fit me in for an appointment the same day I called for an estimate (on a Saturday nonetheless). They even went out of the way to locate a replacement window that wasn’t in stock at the typical glass warehouses just so they could get my car back to me on the same day. They matched my existing tint exactly, then vacuumed and cleaned entire the inside of my car.
I really felt like these guys had my back, and it’s great to feel taken care of, especially if you’ve just had your car broken into.

Great place, quick fast and easy. I have a broken windshield and Dude quoted me cheaper than the rest around, told me it would take about and an hour and half. Came back in the exact time frame and my car was ready to go. Done deal. Super happy. The guys that’s were there were super nice, and I would recommend them to anyone for windshield replacement!

I spent my morning calling several different places hoping to find the best one to replace my shattered driver side window. I spoke to at least 15 different people and was immediately sold after speaking with Mike. He was completely solid. He was able to explain why there were so many different options and prices when it came to replacing my window and helped me determine what the best choice was for my car. He never bad mouthed the other businesses, as I noticed the others were doing this.
I explained how I was confused at the huge difference in prices. Some places quoted me $ 200
while others quoted $ 900. This left me really confused, as I didn’t want to pay any less or any more than I should for the service. Mike quickly explained how this worked and made me comfortable enough to bring my car to his shop.
In the end, my window is now perfect and there isn’t a huge hole in my pocket either. They helped vacuum not just the driver seat area (broken glass) but actually did the whole car. Thought that was pretty cool of them. I’m coming back for window tinting and trust that I’ll be just as happy.

Review for windshield replacement:
Best Auto Glass had the lowest quote out of the three places I tried. Mike emailed me back quickly ever time I asked a question. He was able to set up an appointment to replace the glass at my place of work the next day (from my request) and let me know when his technician was running late (it happens). The technician arrived shortly after the appointment time and was friendly and professional. My new windshield looks great :-)

I want to start off with saying the support staff are great. They are very polite and help out without batting an eye. Mike on the other hand (the man who seems to run the shop), is an arrogant punk with atrocious customer service skills.

Arrived early (8:45) at Best Auto Glass to have my windshield replace (after waiting too long when a crack started). Was told the whole process would take about 45min to an hour.
10:45am
Two hours later I’m still waiting, Mike had taken a hammer to the windshield because he claimed it was too difficult to remove with the proper tools. Said it would be another 30min.
12:25pm
Truck is done. GLASS IS EVERYWHERE. all on the carpet, dashboard and in crevices along dash and doors. Mikes brother apologized and vacuumed the mess. I asked if my windshield trim was supposed to be super loose, to which I was told it was because if it was too tight fitting (as it was from the factory) it would crack the glass.
After obtaining a second opinion, I called and returned on ²⁄₁₆. When shown the work, and how improper fitting it was; Mike called me anal (yes he outright called a paying customer anal for wanting the work done right) and said I would have to pay to have them fix it (new trim clips needed). Even after admitting they where wrong and should have done this the first time. After explaining if they KNEW they where wrong, good customer service would be to just fix it and make it right.
They obtained new clips, fixed it promptly. But I can’t recommend this place based on the reaction given to improperly done work.

This place was referred to me by a glass place in Sunnyvale. I called and got a nice greeting along with a DETAILED quote. Mike was very and made sure to ask me if I had any questions. I called around 930 am and had an appointment at 1pm!!! No waiting no games and best of all no HIGH AZ PRICE! I’m very appreciative for the customer service and work done on my hubby’s truck. Thank you guys again. I’m back good as new. Ps. Mook Saif my name correctly and walked me to my car (he walked everyone from what I saw but I felt special lol)

Came in here because my passenger window wasn’t rolling down & the guy that helped me (who also answered the phone when I called first) was SUPER nice & cute ;) he kept it real with me & didn’t try to beat around the bush to take my money like other shops would.
My parents were the one who referred me to this place because they had so got one of their car window fixed for a very good price & they absolutely love the entire team at this place.
5 stars for HONEST service & pricing! Definitely recommended.
