I was refused to get service because of my appearance/​race today (Dec 29,2014).
I stop by to ask the workman to take a look at a crack on my windshield glass.
Th guy said, «I don’t work for Chinese». When he saw I was confused, he said, «I don’t like Chinese people». I just said «OK» and left.

I call these guys early in the morning. I didn’t even tell him anything all I saw was the car and he said three hundred and fifty dollars right away without even checking anything. Then he goes I will call you right back or call me back in 15 minutes I have a paying customer. And then he hangs up on me. That is the worst customer service ever. I will never ever go to them I will never refer anybody to them. I don’t understand how they can do business with customer service like that.

I happened upon this place after seeking quotes online and by phone. Luis the owner was exceptionally courteous and friendly. I asked him for a quote and his price was $ 65 below my previous quotes. He ordered the glass and installed the glass beautifully. I highly recommend Luis Gallegos. He also has a mobile service.
