Here at Ava Tailoring and Dry Cleaning, we provide alterations and tailoring. From weddings gowns, dresses, suits, shirts, pants, jeans and custom tailoring. We also do Dry Cleaning and laundry services; Wash and fold is also available. Come in anytime at our store hours and we will be delighted to assist you.

Note: As of August 2014, the current owner is Van Nguyen. Feel free to ask for the owner whether through phone or our store hours. With Van as the new owner, we provide new management with service and accommodations specializing and catering to the customers needs.

Established in 2009.

We have been doing alterations and tailoring for over 20 years. We make it our specialty to tailor wedding gowns, evening gowns, prom dresses, women suits, pants, shirts, skirts, blouses… and more!

Drove right by it when my freind had moved around the area and looked really freindly and decided to give it a try. First impression was wow ava is freindly and seems like she is a really nice and prices were on point! So dropped off some pants and came out really better then I even thought that I needed for a last minute party which I really didnt want to buy new pants for… thanks Ava you saved me time and money! Will be back again and with family and freinds!

As another customer already stated, if I could give this place a zero, I would as well. I went to Ava’s to have the top of my wedding dress taken in and had a terrible experience. First she scheduled an appointment with me to pick up my dress after having it altered. I showed up on the day and time only to find out that they decided to close for the weekend. I came on Monday to pick up my dress and although they fixed one problem, they caused another. This happened to me twice. I received my dress just 2 days before my wedding after having it altered 3 times. I also had them add a bustle to my dress. During my wedding the bustle did not hold and the back of my dress kept coming undone. I would never go to this place again.

So far so good— this place was the only one that would repair my favorite quilted puffer vest. It looked hopeless but when I got it back 5 days later it was good as new! And cheap! Only $ 20 to repair… I also brought in my fav track jacket (the zipper was gone and the metal slider that connects the 2 sides was lost as well… Also $ 20 and looks great too) other places wouldn’t do that one either. I hope I get to stick to one place from now on, I hate jumping from cleaner to cleaner! Oh and they do a decent original hem for jeans too! AND the gas station on the same lot is one of the cheapest around! BONUS!!!

If I could rate this place with ZERO Stars I would… My husband and I recently came to Ava’s for dry cleaning service and had purchased a coupon to use. The coupon was purchased from Unilocal and was $ 30 for $ 50 worth of service. Before we took the trip to Ava’s I called to make sure that the coupon was valid and that there were not any limitations. I was told that the coupon was «fine.»
Upon arrival, the owner (who stated on Unilocal that he has been at this location for 4 years) refused to honor our coupon that specifically had «Ava’s Tailoring & Dry Cleaning» name on it. The owner said that this coupon was «from the previous owner» and «he had just moved into this location.» In doing research about this place, it seems that he has had ownership for 4 years. This leads me to believe that he was scamming us for the money… that he would take our money via Unilocal and not provide any services for us. Do not purchase any coupons for this place and avoid it if you can… the place is seems to be scamming its customers.
