Wayne is amazing. He’s one of those people you think is too good to be true living in the city, I definitely felt like I was getting small town treatment with him. I’d sent him an email about a dent on the side of my car that I wanted to get taken care of as a holiday surprise for my partner. After contacting a few places I was told because of the type of car regular mobile dent removal wouldn’t work. So I contacted a couple body shops and it was pretty ridiculous. One woman told me I’d have to remove the entire side panel. Like, okay lady, I’m not a pro but I’m not a total idiot. Right as I was finished up with another evaluation that was running up nearly $ 500 dollars more than I’d expected, Wayne called me. I explained my situation and told how it was time sensitive — I needed it done before the holidays. The other reviewer is right, Wayne genuinely seems to care. He expressed frustration at the quotes the other shops gave me and straight up told me that they were probably jerking me around because I was a woman — I’d already suspected this but it was just so refreshing to have someone be honest with me. He connected me with Dave at Market Auto — Truck Collision (also AMAZING) and got me an awesome rate ($ 500 less than one shop, $ 600 less than another) within my rushed timeline! Here I’m having this one shop tell me it will take almost two weeks for them to get it back to me and he’s saying it’ll be done in two days. I love how I was able to communicate via text and how accessible he and Dave are. I have a couple other small aesthetic issues I want taken care of and you better believe I’m going exclusively to them.

The best part about this business is Wayne’s friendliness. I contacted a couple other businesses and they weren’t nearly as personable as Wayne. He really took the time to talk to me and listen to my concerns.
Not only did he fix the dent in my car, but he somehow got my passenger door to stop jamming! I called a couple other auto dent businesses and I was told that the dent in my car would not be repairable and recommended a traditional autobody and paint shop. So basically Wayne saved me tons of money.
He was very honest and told me that it would not be 100% fixable, but he could get the dent out 95−97%. He sure knows what he’s doing because it looked like 100% to me.

Amazing service! He came same day and took care of the dent on the spot and carefully explained to us every step of the process as he was completing it. It was like a crash course in dent removal. Very personable and it was actually entertaining watching him work. Highly recommended!

Was it Wayne giving the autobody shop the finger or was it me? Maybe it was a combined effort. The thousands be saved me certainly made it feel like that.
I was about to give up after getting several overpriced quotes and auto body shop who would’ve kept my car for days and had quoted me $ 2,300 for a full replacement of my liftgate with paint and new emblems. All that made me feel like I was getting hit while I was already down. Wayne proved that none of those extra services were needed.
I am still high from the excitement of having my car fixed so well at a reasonable price by an awesome guy. I have never enjoyed my 1 hour and 15 minute commute in traffic heading home from work so much as today.

1. Yes, Wayne does provide quotes over text message and answered my initial phone call right away. Very pleasant to talk to. Quote given within minutes.
2. Yes, he arrived at our scheduled meeting place so early that I did not have a chance to go pee. But when I saw the amazing work he did, I would’ve wet myself if I hadn’t already gone.
3. Yes, he is very personable. I felt he had genuine concern for me having wrecked my 2016 car (it’s barely October 2015).
4. Yes, he explains clearly the situation and his process for repairing the dents. He reminded me that even if I am not totally satisfied with the work, the cost of an auto body shop to continue the work would be very minimal and even when combined with his cost, the total would only be a fraction of what the autobody shop quoted originally for the full repair. I will not be going to an auto body shop. His work is excellent. He said the repair would be 96% to 97% perfect. I would have to agree.
I learned from a friend who works at a dealership that Wayne is their special secret sauce. So as a consumer, why not go directly to the source?
5. Yes, he happened to have an opening the day right after I called him. I couldn’t have asked for a better schedule.
6. Yes, Wayne even buffed out some scratches that weren’t even part of the agreed work.
Wayne is proof that you can be successful by running a legit business backed by awesome customer service and providing amazing work.
I don’t wish for my friends to run into anything anytime soon, but I’ll know exactly who to refer if/​when they do need dent repair.

I just had Wayne come out to my work to repair a light ding on my 1-​month old shiny new truck. :(I literally watched the blemish disappear in real-​time and it happened so fast! It’s almost as if it was never there! Wayne does great work and he was very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to call him again for any of my future dent repair needs.

Wayne came to my office to fix a nasty door ding on my 2014 A4. He was a few minutes early and went right to work. Unfortunately due to the placement of the ding and the interior mechanics of my door, he was not able to reach the spot to fix it. However, he let me know right away and did not charge me a dime, and he was pleasant and left me with some hope.
I will still be recommending him due to his excellent customer service!

I went to fix a dent in the lower back door panel and I was told a price and how long it would take. But when I receive my car after the job was completed I was surprised they actually did a wonderful professional job. I recommend everyone to go to this place. Wayne and Dave are the best!

I got that big dent on my rear passenger door and my hunt for PDR started. I tried contacting number of professional via Unilocal but none of them were actually turned up for the work. Either the quotes were super expensive or they wanted me to take the car to them. I found this guy Wayne. What to say. Is he a dent fixer or a magician… Luckily for me he was so close to my place he arrived in a few minutes. His quote for the job was way lesser than other professional but his work is exceptional. He knows what is he doing and explain the things that he was doing. when he was finished with work. I was surprised. Was there any dent before. He promised to fix 98% but he exceeds his promise. 100%

Wayne has taken out 3 dents on my 3 cars. He is honest and has fare pricing.

this mobile person came and put more damage on my 2010 prius and i was charged for it. Luckily i found Autodentwork! Wayne such a super nice guy, easy to talk to and totally saved me ton of money. This guy is legit and knows what hes doing! if you have dents/​dings on your car! he can fix it without messing with your paint. unless you dont mind spend alot at a body shop. From now on i would send anyone to him for any dent job! this guy is honest and great to deal with!
