You should have gone with your initial thought of not responding to this post, because obviously Tracy is another customer that apparently had issues with your company too!
Plus, this is not a debate– it’s a review site, which is, by law, freedom of speech, under protected of our first amendment, under the United States Constitution.
After I posted this review I was contacted by two people sharing their horrible experience with your company, one being a lady that also had issues with another one of your family members, but was hesitant about writing a review, as she didn’t want you to strike back on her post.
In response to your faulty rebuttal:
I am not on welfare, nor did I babysit. I did however file a complaint with the IRS and they kindly helped me fix the mess you and your company got me in, at no cost!
Thank God for Unilocal!and freedom of speech to inform others out there, as to just how unprofessional your company really is!
