This is An-Jan’s newest location at the Cahalan Square Shopping Center, that’s been open for about three months. It’s taking the place of the Bernal location, that was recently closed down. If you’ve lived in the South Bay, odds are you’ve heard of An-​Jan who has been feeding our furry kids since 1969, with seven different locations scattered throughout the area. I was very happy to see this new one open up less than a mile from mi casa. The new store is super-​clean and fully stocked with all your usual Petcare products (e.g., treats, toys, foods, cat furniture, cages, etc.). They also carry my favorite cat food brand (Blue Buffalo) and litter (Everclean), and with very competitive prices. Here’s a few ancillary items that I found about this particular location:
–VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic every Saturday between 9:00 a.m. — 10:00 a.m.
–No live animals on site for sale
–Self-​Service Dog Washing station
–NO Dog Training classes at this facility, but they do have them every Saturday at their Downtown facility. Visit this website for more info:
–Join their customer rewards program and earn a point for every dollar you spend there; after 200 points you get $ 10-​off your next purchase. $ 200 seems like a lot, but when you’re plopping down $ 40/​bag of cat food it adds up quick!

Saturday 9:00 a.m. — 7:00 p.m.
Sunday 10:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m.
