These guys are amazing!
I contacted Christian at ABC on a Wednesday evening to see when his next avaliable appointment would be. I have an extremely busy schedule between work and school so I’m usually out of the house from 5:30am-8:30pm, Mon-​Fri and I needed my apartment cleaned by the upcoming Friday.
Christian literally moved his schedule around in order to accommodate my busy schedule and came the next day at 8:30pm; now that is what I call customer service!
They cleaned my apartment in about 20 minutes and it went from a disgusting carpet that I was embarrassed to have in my home to a clean carpet that I wouldn’t mind laying down on.
The customer service was second to none and the job was done in a timely manner and was exactly what I’d hoped for, a clean, good smelling, presentable carpet.
Thank you Christian and ABC, you’ve earned yourself a faithful customer.

Christian and his staff did an excellent job for a move out cleaning. One of the advantages was that they could come at a short notice and had various tools to clean the house — they polished tiles, steam cleaned carpets, and vacuumed cabinets. The end result great! They even moved appliances for a thorough cleaning. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

We have a contract with ABC for daily cleaning of our Sunnyvale office. It has been about two months now and I am very happy with the service they’ve been providing. It is consistently good and Cristian has been great to work with. He is professional, attentive and has high standards in quality. I would definitely recommend ABC for your regular office cleaning or detailed floor cleaning!

Update: 1 month later everything is still nice and shiny and our contracted employees that come in here and there are impressed— as if the floors were cleaned the day before. I asked ABC Janitorial Mobile Service to clean and wax our soup kitchen’s dining room where as many as 400 people are served free hot, nutritious meals. Christian and his crew gave us a very good price plus donated the cleaning of our hallway and office. They did a fantastic job! I recommend them highly!

Christian and his staff really showed excellent professionalism and business integrity, I’m very impressed. I hired them to do my 1b1b move-​out cleaning on November, they were able to come within a very short notice, the cleaning staff were very professional and nice, they did a great job.
A month later, I received deposit from my apartment, and they charged me $ 100 for cleaning the carpet. I was very surprised because ABC has cleaned it thoroughly. I called in and my apartment said they need to clean it because I didn’t send them an invoice to prove that I had professional cleaning (wtf, how about use your eyes and see the carpet that it’s clean? thanks a lot, Solano apartment). So I emailed Christian, and he agreed to refund me the $ 100 because he forgot to send me an invoice — even though they did a wonderful job on the cleaning itself. I’m extremely impressed with his professionalism and business integrity, and will definitely hire them again. Thanks so much ABC Janitorial Service!

Christian and his staff helped us out in a pinch! Our family was about to move into our recently renovated home but the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room were a mess from the construction, paint crews and contractors! Within an hour of my call, Christian came over and quoted us a reasonable price and could execute the deep clean that day! A member of his staff came over later that evening and literally worked into the wee hours! Christian showed up to check on the job and ended up vacuuming and steam cleaning the carpets!!! Not part of the original agreement, yet he went above and beyond that! We plan on calling ABC again for any janitorial services we need… and will recommend him to anyone! Last weekend I had ABC Janitorial Mobile Service polish and wax the VCT tile floor of my garage and my daughter’s house garage. Both homes are in San Jose. I’ve had this service done before but this time it was outstanding. I couldn’t be happier that I found this business. It is rare when you find people that care so much about the final result and take the time to do it perfectly.
I would recommend this company to anybody and I keep their card with me all the time to quickly call them for other type of jobs they do when I need it.

Awesome service!
Our previous janitorial service for my workplace was horrible! Restroom floors were covered with dirt. It’s like they didn’t put any effort in cleaning it plus they keep using the same mop that was filled with dirt. Spider webs were hanging over the corner ceiling walls every week that I walked in. Dust was collecting over time and they wanted us to pay extra for dusting? Um no thanks!
I knew I had to look for someone else. So I looked on Unilocal and found Cristian! Great reviews at first site! Call him and very easy to talk to. He came by for a walk thru within 2 days and jotted down all of my concerns. Very quick in response!
They went above and beyond my expectations! Bathroom floors were like new again! I can see my own reflection! Carpets were clean! No spider webs on the ceiling! Dusted all the bookshelfs! Wipes down all the office tables! They even cleaned inside the microwaves! Our office location is super big and they did a great job accomplishing everything by the end of day. All my employees gave me great feedbacks for their services! Now we’ve hired them to clean our office 2 times a week! Thank you Cristian!

Why oh why did we wait so long to switch?! Cristian and his team of miracle workers at ABC Janitorial Service transformed our office — it’s hard to believe that it’s the same place that we left last Friday. I seriously wish that I’d taken «before» pictures, because it’s almost unbelievable what they were able to do.
The back story on this was that we’d been using the same janitorial service for 5+ years, and the service had been going downhill. We’d called them 2X in the last 6 months to try to get them to remedy the issues — nada. By this time, our bathroom floors were _​sticky_​— even though they were cleaned weekly — and looked like a grubby gas station floor. Yuck. Plus, the dusting and vacuuming were subpar, and it was time to get the rugs shampooed and the floors stripped. Our old provider was even doing the basics well — no way that we wanted to pay them for extra services!
Thanks to the wonderful reviews here at Unilocal,I found Cristian and ABC! We interviewed a number of other providers, and chose ABC. We were impressed their knowledge of floor care, their easy-​going manner, and their willingness to do whatever it took to win us over as happy customers.
ABC isn’t the cheapest service that we spoke to, but they’re very reasonable for this market. More importantly, the _​value_​that they provide is truly exceptional. I’ve never seen our bathroom and kitchen floors look so good, or our windows and rugs either. And, the layer of dust that had settled on everything — as well as the little dead bug cemetery in the window sills — is now gone.

ABC Janitorial came and did a great job at the company I work and usually only does commercial cleaning, but I asked them if they could come and clean the carpets in my apartment. These guys are as a professional as it gets. Christian and his team are reliable, honest, and simply phenomenal. They have been cleaning my café for more than a month now. Unlike the company I dealt with before that simply surface cleaning, christian and his staff are amazing when it comes to keeping our shop spotless. Amazing Job! Our first scheduled cleaning with ABC Janitorial was night and day compared to our current janitorial service. Employees arrived to work and noticed the difference instantly. All our desk were left smelling clean and new. Our office is dog friendly so the carpets can get very dirty. But ABC Janitorial came in and afterwards you would never guess we had dogs. The office smelled clean the instant you walked through the door. They turned a black warehouse break room floor into a white and shiny floor! Wonderful company with GREAT customer service.
