I contracted Aaron to repair some bad stucco jobs that was leaking around the windows. He completed the repair in time, and there are no leaks anymore after some heavy El Nino rain. He even repaired other potentially problematic areas in the stucco at a nominal cost. Lastly, he came in with a pressure washer to clean out the film of stucco on the new concrete floor, on his own time without charge. Throughout the process, Aaron kept me informed of the progress, and showed me the exact cause of the window leaks. After he repaired the moisture barrier, he showed me his work and explained why his method would prevent any leaks before he closed it up with stucco. Now I have a much better understanding of how a proper stucco job should be done. This is truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor.

No job is too small.
I had a dented baseboard due to a fallen painting and did not want to replace the whole section. Aaron came over and did an excellent job repairing and patching the dented area. I can’t even tell that it was damaged, even on close inspection. He kept the area clean by rolling out drop clothes and cleaned up afterwards. I would use him again in the future.

We booked this job well in advance. It was worth waiting for, Aaron and his crew showed up on time and did a great job. We had a room addition that still had stucco on one interior wall. They removed all of it with minimal mess and put in new electrical and sheet rock. It was a challenging uneven job but it looks great now!

We couldn’t be more pleased with Aaron & Diannas work. They were very professional, explained everything they could do and when things were happening. We remodeled our garage making it a usable playroom for our kids. Their quality of work was superior. They never over committed to what they could do and especially timing! When they said they were coming, they showed up and finished when they said they were going to finish. They led us through the whole project making timely decisions all along the way so their were no delays. I would highly recommend them and actually already referred them to a couple people who want to do similar projects. They were not the cheapest of the groups we talked to originally but still reasonable and WELL worth the cost. Great team and so pleasant to work with!

Ok, I’m having trouble thinking of enough superlatives for Aaron Bradley. We had the whole inside of our home painted by his team. First, Diana had to make some cracks (thank you, earthquakes) disappear. She’s a magician, or maybe an artist. But the 9 yr old house looks brand new. The promised start and finish date were right on. The painting was the best I’ve even seen: precise, detailed, perfect! They cleaned up everything. The crew was very dedicated, and very welcoming of nit-​picking I did. Clearly dedicated to having a happy customer. Happy? I’m ecstatic!

I have had Aaron and team work on my house two separate times. The first time I met Aaron I really liked the way he looked at the requested work. Aaron works through every detail in his head and creates quotes that are thorough. Aaron and team performed the work as quoted and were able to make little adjustments requested with no issues.
The first time Aaron and team worked on the house we had some interior remodeling, acoustic ceiling removal, wallpaper removal in the house and fine detail work completed in the kitchen. The quality of the work performed was exceptional and cannot be distinguished from the original construction. We liked their work so much we immediately put ourselves in the que to have them complete the wallpaper and acoustic ceiling removal in the rest of the house as well as re-​build our deck and trellis. The quality of the work was again remarkable.
Aaron and team were great to work with, we were able to trust them with the house while we were out of town for most of the projects. Aaron’s communication was exceptional and he was able to convey the progress and any issues very thoroughly. I must commend Aaron on his attention to detail and his ability to identify and correct issues that even we overlooked. We are so happy with Aaron’s work we will be calling him when we look to complete other items on our home improvement to-​do list.

Found him on Unilocal to do painting and drywall work at my house. The lead time was maybe a bit longer than what I would expect but I was not in a rush. The timing actually worked out perfectly. Quality work. Cares about customer satisfaction. Accurate estimates. Knows what he is doing. Crew is hard working. I would recommend him to anyone.

The quotes are reasonable. Bradley came to my condo and fixed up the holes quickly. She even did some clean up after I left. Quality is good. Very nice guys.

Nice guys, but caulking should be done the day before painting and not on paint day. Aaron was apologetic, but that doesn’t get the caulk behind the windows when it should’ve been there at least the evening prior so there is no question that it has dried/​cured before paint goes on. We’re not talking about a couple small holes that were missed but large cracks between the wall and the vinyl window. (shaking my head,.I was really surprised to see this)
We felt that a price adjustment may have been warranted but was not offered. And in general feel like they were very expensive. I want to add to this by saying that Aaron and crew did agree to come from SJ and we knew in advance they would be more expensive because of this, and we knew our job would be more expensive since we made a color change. Maybe the crew is used to working on contract jobs where there may not be as much need to show the customer that extra sense of expedience and probably mostly our fault for not getting a clearer idea of what the total job would cost in advance. Aaron and crew are good people.

Diana did an excellent job repairing my dry wall after my water heater busted. They even did the texturing, beautiful work.

I employed Aaron Bradley and crew a second time help me tear out some walls in my kitchen, preparation to build a wall, building the wall, and various changes to interior surfaces that require perception on how to do things in remodeling.
My walls are lath and plaster and they were careful and clean in the demolition — in fact I told them they did not have to be so clean as I had other work I would be doing and would make a mess anyway.
Additionally, since I used to be a remodeling contractor I was able to work alongside them as they did their work and Aaron was always ready to understand the situation as I had designed it.
He and his crew are real nice people to work with and I will have them out again for more stucco tie-​in on other areas of the house as the project proceeds.

Aaron brought his equipment and volunteered his time to paint graffiti covered fencing alongside dozens of neighbors this past weekend and asked for nothing in return. He did the job quickly and professionally with care and detail. There is no way we would have finished the job in less than two hours without him. Anyone who does that in his spare time has my vote of confidence!

Aaron just finished a stucco job at my house. Him and his workers are great. Very professional and very attentive to details. I had stucco damage from house settling so they had to remove a pretty big piece of old stucco and put a new one in. they also painted entire house, fixing all the stucco cracks and fixed some of the dry rot i add. every time i notices something and talk to Aaron he always fixes it without any issues. he even accommodated few of my requests that were not even part of the job. Like he let me add a power box to the outside of the house before he finished the stucco and he took some of my old garbage left in my yard from other jobs. Cant say enough good thing about him and his crew.
He is also the only contractor who actually came by my house and gave me a detailed bid. i had contacted at least 10 and he is the only one who actually looked around before giving me a price.
If you need to do any kind of work on the house definitely use Aarron. only thing is he is very very busy so need to schedule it ahead of time. But he is worth the wait

Aaron deserves every single one of these 5-​star reviews on here. His work is beautiful and impeccable, he’s incredibly professional, and beyond that, he’s just a super nice, cool guy.
I reached out to him to get a quote for retexturing all the walls in our house, and his estimate was significantly less than what we’d heard from our contractor. I could tell he was an expert in simply the way he inspected the existing (very heavy) texture, and I really liked that he was very open to working with us as we decided on exactly what kind of texture we wanted to go with. We felt confident in our decision to move forward with him, and he and his crew haven’t let us down. They’ve just been great — professional, timely work, and Aaron’s commitment to quality is awesome. I’d also like to note that Aaron has been fantastic about communication and keeping us up-​to-​date throughout the process (so appreciated!). Oh and — our walls are GORGEOUS!
Highly recommend him and will definitely be calling him if we have any work down the road.

Aaron Bradley and his crew came out to our place and did a fantastic job repairing and reconditioning three areas that needed attention in our home (master bedroom, children’s bathroom and downstairs laundry room). Their professionalism, demeanor and positive attitude were right out of the top shelf. The repairs have an impressive breathtaking quality and attention to detail I have not seen in years. these guys are true skilled magicians. Their prices are reasonable, and they work in an efficient, clean and knowledgeable manner. We are going to be calling on them for more business in the future. They say what they do and do what they say. It doesn’t get any better than that. This crew is HIGHLY recommended as a no non-​sense world-​class interior home dry-​wall repair outfit. We moved a window and needed the stucco closed at the old opening location and then do the surround stucco around the new window blended to the existing stucco. Arron did a FLAWLESS job, and I was impressed at how his estimate of the hours matched the actual time it took to do the work (exceedingly rare!). Nice work Arron — thanks!

I have nothing but good things to say about Aaron and his crew. We’ve used him for a few different jobs; twice for drywall repair/​texturing after some DIY remodeling and once for vinyl tile install.
He and his crew are always honest, hard working and totally trustworthy. We had no issues leaving the house for hours at a time while they were working.
The quality of their work is top-​notch as well. We’ll have some more DIY remodeling that will need repairs in the near future and I plan on using Aaron Bradley again.

I found Aaron by doing a Unilocal search and noting the stellar reviews. My experience with him proved that these are well deserved, and I am also giving him 5-​Stars as well.
Here’s some more detail about my experience: I called and explained that I had a «fist-​sized hole in my drywall not caused by a fist» (Seriously!). Over the phone, after asking a few quesitons, Aaron gave me a very reasonable estimate and was able to come to my apartment ahead of our originally scheduled appointment (asking permission, of course). Once at my apartment, he and his apprentice, whose name I cannot recall (sorry!), proceeded to complete the job very professionally, matching both the paint and texture with their own supplies. The job was done in a timely manner and on budget. I looked at the room and had no idea where the hole had been! A GRAPHIC ARTIST COULD NOT HAVE PHOTOSHOPPED A BETTER JOB!
Needless to say, I would definitely recommend Aaron to others. Thank you!
